It is a simple but comfortable hotel, very clean and with a very attentive staff. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the bustling Thamel district, full of shops, restaurants, etc., but located on a very quiet street.

Price for the room was too much as compared to the room that was given to us. Booked the room by seeing photos but some another room was given and when inquired about it, I was told the given room is the one available and another room was given to someone else as we checked in bit late.

The place is well situated, quietly away from the noisier parts of Thamel. The room was big, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me organize laundry and a taxi.

The laundry vendor they do business with was significantly late with my laundry. Not the hotel’s fault. They did their best to push him to return sooner.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. Our rooms include a delicious breakfast. Located close to the center of Thamel but far enough for quiet rest at night. They will also pick you up and drop you off at the airport for a fee. We also ended up using their transportation to visit Bhaktapur and Nagarkot.

The hotel has an older key system, so if someone is still sleeping inside, you cannot lock the room and leave; otherwise, the person inside cannot get out.

Perfect location if you are interested in walking around the streets of Thamel market in the evening and enjoying the cafes. The hotel is a little off the main street, so the street noise was not disturbing.

There is renovation work going on in and around the hotel. There is no escaping the dust.

Lo staff poco attento: problemi per il pagamento al check out nonostante il prezzo era sulla prenotazione di Booking; richiesto colazione take away prima dell’orario di apertura, ci era stata accordata ma non l’abbiamo trovata.

La amabilidad del personal, nos facilitó bastante la estancia y ayuda para los treking. Tiene buena ubicación, en la calle hay varios hoteles con restaurante, cambio de moneda, un supermercado, tiendas... Nos ofrecieron además la posibilidad de guardar equipaje los días del treking y el traslado al aeropuerto. Gracias por todo Paras

Camera non propriamente pulita, molta polvere, poco insonorizzate. Sentivo gli altri clienti sputare dalle altre camere. Colazione internazionale abbondante ma non di altissima qualità. Doccia di difficile regolazione, o fredda o a temperatura ottimale per bollire pasta. La presenza di anche una piccola sala fitness sarebbe un upgrade interessante

La pulizia veramente molto al di sopra dello standard, la colazione ben fornita ed a buffet la disponibilità, la premura nel chiedere se avevamo sempre bisogno di qualcosa. La stanza bella grande, pulita e ben illuminata.la disponibilità a fornire ulteriori asciugamani all'occorrenza

L'assenza di un box doccia, il bagno si allaga ad ogni doccia. la mancanza di un porta sapone lavandino e di un porta sapone nella doccia. La mancanza di un set completo di asciugamani di prima fornitura.

Todo excelente. Muy bien ubicado en el area de Thamel, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La habitacion era grande y el desayuno muy bueno, con cosas distintas cada dia. Nos guardaron una mochila durante 12 dias mientras hicimos el trekking al EBC. Excelente relacion calidad-precio.
