Bathroom in chalet. Toilet is where you stand to use the sink. Finish around bath (silicone) could easily have been done neatly.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026فندق بسيط وجميل تعاملت مع احد موظفي الاستقبال مع الاسف نسيت اسمه، وكان في قمة الذوق والمبادرة لترقية الحجز الى اطلالة الجبل واضافة وجبة الافطار الى الحجز . كما قام بتجهيز الغرفة بالزينة كوني احتفل بذكرى سنوية خاصة. كما واستمتعت بالكوفي شوب في الفندق ولديهم شاي خاص بالزنجبيل والقرفة انصح بتجربته

Malheureusement, le personnel manque parfois de chaleur et de disponibilité. Les chambres ne sont pas faites quotidiennement. Le petit-déjeuner manque de modernité et reste assez limité en choix. Les équipements de la salle de bain sont également assez vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026View from deluxe room was amazing. The location was perfect. The pool was heated making it great for my toddler to use. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable with a lovely balcony.
Not great accessibility for my pram. The ramps were far too steep to use safely. The playground is nice but designed for older kids so my toddler couldn’t enjoy it. No parasols by the pool so no opportunity to sit in the shade when it’s sunny.

While one room was upgraded, it was below the overall value for money. The property was awesome and clean but has a small pool inadequate for a good swim. There are very limited amenities and no recreation facilities. No shaded parking is available. Breakfast was good.
Pricing could be more competitive. Recreation facilities (indoor / outdoor) will improve the resort satisfaction. The room rent is not satisfactory and is no value for money.
