Its a shame that when you are paying premium prices and beer is not available? Surely this is just poor management planning. Detracts for the stay for me.

Everything! It is truly 5* in every way - Hotel aesthetics, location (right on the cliff), staff, people, client experience, food, room…. everything! Special shout out to the front of the house staff - who were phenomenal. All the other staff also were exceptional.

As an interior designer, I absolutely loved the interiors—the rich textures, harmonious colour palette, and beautiful mix of materials were outstanding. Combined with the stunning canyon views and exceptional staff, it made for a truly memorable experience.

For my personal preference, I found the pillows a little too firm.

Absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking canyon views and the genuine warmth of Omani hospitality. Our Pool Chalet was nothing short of spectacular, featuring a private horizon pool overlooking the dramatic canyons, elegant décor, luxurious amenities, a coffee machine, welcome fruits and chocolates, and a beautifully appointed bathroom stocked with premium products. The addition of a fireplace made the chalet feel even more special, creating the perfect setting to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. A special thank you to Jalal for his warm welcome at the reception, and to Vinayaka at the rooftop bar, whose meal and cocktail recommendations were impeccable. Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Hotel Indigo Oman has firmly earned a place among our favourite hotels, and we are already looking forward to returning.

It would be great if the resort was equipped with EV charging station, but apart from that - everything was absolutely perfect,

لم يعجبني الزياده في الاسعار والمطعم مرتفعه أسعاره كذلك تعامل الاستقبال عند المغادره سيئه اماً عند الاستقبال وجود عدد 2 عنصر نسائي في الاستقبال قمه في التعامل والخدمه الطيب والمساعده .

Great vibes and fantastic spa

- Staff training could be improved, they speak too fast and too loud especially while place is meant to be quiet/serene (they seem on edge and unable to communicate clearly) - Have a think of overall music/volume in the hotel, they are generally very high and there is no considerations to reduce volume during call to prayer - A bit on the pricey side for what you get

I like the location and the rooms.

The vue was amazing and weather was great , also rooftop and food was excellent

One of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was incredible they made us feel so special and welcome i genuinely cannot think of a single thing they could improve on. Special shoutout to Alrich at the Rooftop restaurant and Silverina for such kind and amazing service.

For me I felt that reaching the hotel is somehow difficult due to the nature of driving through the mountain, however for other they might found it advantage

The breakfast was good and well prepared. The location is remote need a 4x4 vehicle to get to the Hotel but is location on the end of the escarpment is out of this world. The Hotel is very modern and well managed.

More promotion of tours into local history and lifestyle of people living in Akhdar Jabal. Inform guests to expect very dry cool air, experienced nose blocks because of dry air.
