L'albergo comunica dopo che sono già passati i termini della cancellazione gratuita la policy dedicata ai bambini. secondo l'hotel è previsto che i bambini fino ad 8 anni dormano nel letto coi genitori, se viene richiesto un altro letto addebitano una cifra aggiuntiva. Eravamo due famiglie a viaggiare ai nostri amici sono stati proposti due materassi in terra ad un costo aggiuntivo, nella camera non rimaneva spazio per camminare. Inconcepibile da un hotel 4 stelle, attenti al prezzo è allettante ma dovete considerare i sovra costi e la camera che diventa inagibile se viaggiate con la famiglia.

Niente servizio pessimo e assistenza al cliente inestitente

sul Portale di Booking ho prenotato per 4 persone, 2 Adulti e 2 Bambini di 8 e 10 anni. La camera offerta da Booking e dall'hotel è una doppia dove non c'era spazio per i letti e l'alberto si è offerto di mettere dei materassi per terra, facendo diventare la stanza un accappamento. Abbiamo chiesto il motivo all'albergo di come mai questa soluzione e loro ci hanno risposto dicendoci che nella la loro "children policy" (che non si capisce dove una lo possa trovare) prevedere che i bimbi sotto i 12 anni possano dormire con i genitori. Ora la mia domanda è coma Booking possa permetterlo, ma soprattutto non controlli. Ho chiamato l'assistenza di Booking, operatore efficiente, ci ha offerto delle alternative che abbiamo prenotato, ma soprattutto si è scusato dell'incoveniente e ci ha comunicato che la stanza sarebbe stata rimborsata nel giro di 7 / 14 gg. (telefonata registrata), bastava che cancellassi la prenotazione. Noi l'abbiamo cancellata ma la struttura l'ha rifiutata e soprattutto BOOKING non ha mantenuto la parola data, soprattutto dopo essere stato contattato diverse volte. Ma la cosa peggiore è che quando eravamo là il titolare si è dileguato lasciando al receptionisti, tutta l'incombenza ma giustamente senza responsabilità

Nos dieron 1 habitacion de 2 personas para una familia de 4 personas. Solicitamos camas extra y nos proporcionaron 2 colchones muy delgados en el suelo. Las niñas tuvieron que dormir en el suelo los 4 dias. El personal no nos soluciono nada. Muy descontestos. No volveria.

Lovely staff, very clean and great location highly recommend

מלון זול בקרבה למרכז העניינים של העיר העתיקה, צוות חמוד ואדיב, עזרו והיו מסבירי פנים. קיבלו בצורה יפה מאוד בהשקעה רבה בחדר. החדר מעוצב מודרני ומרווח.

החלון של החדר היה על מרפסת שירות והחלון היה סגור עם סגירה קלה שהרגישה לא בטוחה לפריצות. היו קצת יתושים בחדר. האזור של המלון שקט אבל היו רעשים מכנים וציפצופים בלי הפסקה, לא ברמה של לא לישון אבל כן מציק... המיטה קשה כמו פלטת עץ. ניקיון ראוי לשיפור פלוס. זרם חלש מאוד בברזים.

Breakfast was simple but good. the size of the dining room is limiting when there is a large family. For the first 2 days some of the western food was not kept hot. The pool hours does cause a bit of an issue with noise.

I cuscini troppo morbidi ci hanno fatto venire un mal di collo terribile poi la posizione su booking avevo letto che era ottima ma a mio parere non mi ha soddisfatta era nella città vecchia con alcuni deo templi vicini ma oltre a quello non c era nulla me l aspettavo più viva come in molte altre parti di chiang mai

Realizei a reserva de um quarto para 4 pessoas , porém só tinha uma cama de casa no quarto, e somente no dia seguinte q nos foi fornecido uma cama extra que teve custo extra. O quarto estava sujo, o ralo do banheiro entupido, a cama era muito dura. E um cheiro de esgoto no quarto insuportável.

We rented 3 rooms, The first night the air conditioner in one of the rooms made terrible noises, we asked the staff to change rooms but he did not agree and offered us earplugs, yes earplugs!!!. Even though we explained to him that we got up early in the morning and we want to get up early the next morning too and we cannot sleep in a room with a noisy air conditioner and we need air conditioner because it is very hot at night, they offered an alternative hotel that costs a third of the price of what we paid and in a terrible location. We tried to sleep in a room without air conditioner, but it was very, very hot, so we moved to sleep on the floor in the other rooms we rented, yes we slept on the floor!!! Because I filed complaints with the Thai tourist police and other bodies in Thailand, they moved us to another room in the morning and gave our room to another couple, of course I talked to them and they suffered the same as me, the heat and all the other things I will list below. The rooms were on the pool which is open 24 hours, at night people come in and make a very loud noise that woke up half of the guests in the hotel. In all three rooms the jacuzzi did not work and they did not wash them even though that was one of the reasons we booked the rooms. Hardly any water comes out of the shower taps. Very very hard food and a high pillow that is not comfortable for most people. Breakfast at a very low level. Location is not the best. Every few minutes another lamp flickers and bothers the eyes. Very bad hotel staff, they did not want to give the name and details of the hotel manager and he was not interested in the suffering. We arrived on vacation and suffered and you could even say it was a nightmare. We will soon file a lawsuit against them in addition to the complaints we have already filed with the authorities in Thailand.

Quarto grande, óptima piscina e ginásio. Excelente localização. Todos muito simpáticos.

Ouve-se um barulho no quarto toda a noite de alguma máquina a funcionar. O quarto tinha uma janela muito pequena e por isso pouco iluminado.

We got to the place and we didn't have an extra bed for our kid neither we had a cot for our baby - that we already asked before hand. When we asked, they provided a blanket for the kid to sleep on, only when we said again she needs a bed and not a blanket - they provided one. The towels were not so clean.

The people who work there are so friendly, the breakfast lady the front desk lady , in fact everyone is very friendly

We had problem with our toilet for two days but they did change the room for us, so it’s ok

The room was really big, really lovely, we booked the Executive Suite and it was like our own little apartment it was nice to have the extra space..

The breakfast i think could have been a bit better to be fair, they offered cooked eggs, which was nice but every morning the hashbrowns and stuff were completely cold, if they were hot that would have been a lot better.. not much variety but lovely fruit and drinks selection ..

La camera ampia, pulita e fornita di ogni accessorio (tanti asciugamani anche quelli per la piscina, ombrelli, detergenti che venivano rifornito giornalmente). Ogni giorno rifacimento della camera. Palestra ben attrezzata (tapis rolant, ellittica, ciclette da seduto e bike da spinning, manubri e tappetini). Colazione varia. Piscina e disponibilità del personale. Posizione dell'hotel molto vicina a localini e a pochi minuti dall'esterno delle mura della Old Town.

Located in a quiet area away from the main road, but easily walkable to 7/11 and restaurants that are open late. The breakfast was also quite filling and nutritious.

침대가 너무 딱딱해서 3시간 이상 잠을 잘 수가 없었고, 위지가 너무 애매하여 식사를 가려해도 20분 이상 걸어야하고 너무 많이 걷게 되어 쉬고 싶어도 침대가 너무 딱딱해서 제대로 쉬지도 못하고, 발코니 문은 제대로 작동도 안하여 문을 닫지도 못하고 조금 계속 열려 있고 딱딱한 침대가 휴가를 망칠수도 있다고 절실히 느낌 전세계 2성급에서부터 5성급 호텔 30년 넘게 경험한 호텔중 침대가 제일 안 좋았던 호텔

Really nice boutique hotel. Great location. Spotless. Nice friendly staff but not intrusive. Nice simple breakfast. We stayed in the executive suite and we had a private balcony that wasn’t overlooked. We had a 4am check out and they prepared us the cutest little breakfast to take with us. So lovely.

Got a few bites by the pool but I didn’t have spray on and it’s to be expected in a tropical climate at times.

We love firmed beds, so it was great, we had a great night sleep. Location was good, many good restaurant near by, the restaurant “the house of ginger” was super good! Must go and try. The swimming pool was clean.

Wir waren vorab schon 2 Tage in diesem Hotel. Durften unsere Koffer dort für eine Nacht deponieren. Daraufhin buchten wir noch eine Nacht. Trotz Upgrade bekammen wir ein schlechteres Zimmer. Vorher Blick auf den Pool dann mit Blick auf den Hinterhof.

Avevamo prenotato una camera tripla per 2 adulti e 1 bimba di 7 anni. Su Booking mia figlia aveva alloggio gratis mentre una volta arrivati in struttura mi hanno chiesto 300bht a notte per un terzo letto. La Signora si è dimostrata infastidita dalla mia richiesta e per nulla accogliente. Colazione scarsa per chi non mangia salato

We loved the pool and the room. Each room has own little sitting area outside which we liked. Breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

We know some Thai hotels can have hard beds. For anyone with back pain, the beds would definitely be too hard for you. My partner doesn’t have back pain but the bed wasn’t comfortable for her either.

Ein Swimmingpool, der hauptsächlich nur von uns genutzt wurde (8-22 Uhr). Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt einfach nur perfekt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Mikrowelle, um sich jederzeit etwas warmes zu essen zu machen. Verdiente 4-Sterne Hotel

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. Das Küchenpersonal zuvorkommend und haben mit Freundlichkeit alles wettgemacht. Aber wer in Chiang Mai ist und im Hotel westliches Essen erwartet, der sollte zu Hause bleiben und nicht verreisen.

저 댓글 잘 안남기는데 여기는 꼭 남겨야할 것 같아서 남깁니다. 일단 사장님 및 직원분들 너무 친절히 대해주심에 정말 감사드려요:) 머무는 동안 내내 정말 편하고 감사했습니다. 위치도 올드타운 중심가에 있어서 대표 여행지 도보로도 10분 이내 이동이 가능하고, 공항도 차로 10여분 밖에 안걸립니다. 무엇보다도 친절함과 동시에 호텔 자체가 매우 깨끗합니다. 조식도 맛있었어요! 하나하나 정성을 다하시는 마음이 느껴지는 호텔이었습니다. 이 호텔 덕분에 치앙마이의 추억이 더 깊이 좋게 남습니다 :)

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. Pool, gym etc a bonus. Room was fantastic: kitchen, lounge room with smart TV, good internet, lovely bathroom with bath, dining table etc. Everything we needed and more. Cot provided was good.

Only issue we had was the neighbour property's water pump making noise all night. Drove us crazy. We spoke to staff who seemed to resolve it somehow, very grateful for that

The staff were very helpful ☺️ we were able to get an early check in after arriving via night train. It was very kind as we had a tired grumpy 4 year old with us. The pool was lovely and breakfast was enjoyable. Location is easy to walk to most areas or grab a tuk tuk.

SMOKING ALLOWED and Shared balconies…I was expecting a private balcony that was part of the room but this was not the case, hence when people smoked their toxic air would drift over to my balcony making it an unpleasant experience sitting overlooking the pool…

Me gustó tanto el hotel y la ciudad q me quedé 5 días más. Es el hotel que más me ha gustado en este viaje, por su comodidad, instalaciones, desayuno, su ubicación, y la amabilidad del personal. Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Chiang Mai me volveré a alojar aquí.

Quizá algunas toallas deben ser reemplazas, pero las cambian todos los días y están recién lavadas y huelen muy bien.

Maravillosos hotel, súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo caminando pero tranquilo para descansar. El personal es encantador, siempre con una sonrisa dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Buen aire acondicionado, piscina pequeña pero fresca y bonita, suficiente para refrescarte y nadar un poco. Desayuno variado con huevos hechos al momento, abundante fruta y otras opciones occidentales y tailandesas. Sin duda, repetiré en este hotel.

Being my first time in Chiang Mai i loved this hotel, the location is great its inside the old city, there are bars just around the corner, a really nice restaurant next door and loads of temples around. The room was nice and big with a hugeeee bed, hot tub and shower, great big smart tv and probably the most complete room i was ever in Thailand. There was fridge, microwave, indoor slippers outdoor slippers, umbrellas even a scale. If you smoke there is a table outside with 2 chairs just for you to use and also a pool and a garden. Staff is very friendly and can help you book all the tours and you'll be collected straight from your hotel door. The breakfast was really nice and you can choose how you want your eggs as they are cooked to order. There is a very cool night market with live music just 5 minutes walk. I really loved this hotel and definitely coming back.

There wasn't anything i disliked, the only i found was the mattress was a bit stiff for me but i wouldn't even consider that a negative. Everything was great and im really hard to please.

One of the best hotels i stayed in Silom for sure. Its very well located and there is literally a BTS station outside, the staff are super friendly and attentive. I absolutely loved the decor in my bedroom and the bed was super comfy. There's a really cool pool with a bar plus a really nice rooftop bar with amazing views. Already booked my next stay with them.

There isn't much i can say i dislike, probably the only thing that could be improved is the lighting in the bedroom is a bit too dim. I love how the room looks and its decorated but because its painted in such dark colours perhaps a bit more brighter lighting was be great. Apart from that i really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.
