A good breakfast was included. The pool was really nice.

Je remercie infiniment la Dame à l'accueil car le Taxi commandé sur GRAB n'était pas là et elle nous a offert un autre Taxi. C'est elle qui a payé le taxi et c'était très gentil de sa part. On la remercie infiniment. Le petit déjeuner impeccable et largement suffisant pour nous. Emplacement Top. Je conseille cet hôtel.

Bel hôtel face a un restaurant de très bonne qualité. Proche des activités et actions, dans une rue calme.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen und in der Nähe gibt es Märkte, Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Das Personal und Frühstück waren hervorragend! Der kleine Pool war angenehm und hat schön lange Öffnungszeiten (bis 22 Uhr).

Leider ist in der Nähe ein Nachtclub der in manchen Nächten zu hören war.

las habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas, con una terraza pequeña. La piscina aunque es pequeña, es perfecta para relajarse y refrescarse.

Noi eravamo una famiglia da 4 e ci hanno messo 2 extra bed, troppo! Non riuscivamo più a girarci, per entrare in bagno rischiavamo sempre di battere contro lo spigolo della branda, figuriamoci di notte, non si riusciva ad aprire le valigie. All’atto della prenotazione non conoscevo le camere e loro non dovevano proporre 2 extra bed. E anche con un letto supplementare si fa molta fatica a muoversi nella stanza e a entrare in bagno. Durante il soggiorno non sono riusciti o non hanno voluto risolvere il problema

The location is perfect for the old town. It is great value for money. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Loved this place! I was sick when I stayed and staff were amazing and generous breakfast. Rooms were so nice, loved it! Quiet.

Pool super small.

The room and the staff were fantastic. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The room I had was large with windows on 3 sides allowing for great natural light, with a very comfortable bed. The jacuzzi bath was perfect after a days walking and the rain shower was just powerful enough to refresh you in the morning, but not too powerful.

The reason I can't give this place a 10 is, whilst this is a quiet neighborhood during most of the day, at night the Sound Up nightclub behind the premises has a bass beat thumping every night from around 11.30pm-5.00am. I am a light sleeper and this caused many broken nights sleep and 2 nights where I didn't sleep at all.

Codzienna usługa sprzątania pokoju, śniadania na miejscu, bliskość wielu restauracji i knajpek z jedzeniem. Miła obsługa. Bliskość do centrum Chiang Mai, do niemal wszystkich świątyń i nocnych targów można dojść na pieszo.

Great value for money, the price does not reflect the stay. Lovely helpful staff and cleaners and the room is brilliant in a great location for a great price.

L’établissement est bien situé dans la vieille ville. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel a été très facilitant avec nous comme avec les enfants S

La chambre classique est un petit peu petite avec un extra Bed. Si vous choisissez un lit supplémentaire, autant dire que vous n’aurez aucune place pour circuler dans la chambre.

La cama es cómoda

Se oía música muy alta hasta las 4:00 de la mañana (hay una discoteca al lado). Apenas hemos dormido.

Its a lovely hotel in a great area. Room was excellent and staff delightful. Our room was huge and well appointed. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options for those of us that dont eat a cooked breakfast.

The beds are as hard as a rock and there is a nightclub not far from the hotel which kept us awake until 3am on both nights we were there (we realise this was outside the control of the hotel).. The pool was green and full of algae which was not mentioned during check in. It was the main reason we booked the hotel.

Localization is good

Host was not nice. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and they gave me a room with 1 Bed, telling me to sleep at 3 in one bed, and put blankets on the floor for the 4th person... Didn't even ask on how they could help change this situation

Hay una diacoteca en la parte de detras del hotel y retumba todo el edificio por la noche. Era necesario poner la Tv u otro sonido para poder dormir

El hotel es básico en todo sentido de la palabra. Además a las 11 pm comenzaba un tambor, musica que no nos dejaba dormir y terminaba a las 5 am, todos los dias, cuando mi esposo fue a comentarlo con la Recepción del hotel le regalaron unos tapones, llega a ser gracioso.-

A lovely, pleasant, and very clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. I only eat fruit and eggs for breakfast, so I cannot comment on the rest. There is a wide selection of exotic fruits, and the eggs are perfectly cooked. Also, during my stay, they acquired an excellent espresso machine. Located in the old part of the city, it is an excellent starting point for sightseeing. There are plenty of charming restaurants nearby, as well as stalls serving excellent Thai food. I recommend Hotel De Nara.

The hotel was in a great location for the nightlife. ,but far enough away so you didn't hear it. Nice local bars and restaurants close by too.The staff were really helpful and friendly and Chocolates are always available in reception after a night out

I had to book another hotel and leave that morning. At that point when I'm walking out the door the hotel manager asked if they can help. I informed her that it's too late I already booked another room. She had all night to help me. The nightclub music doesn't stop until 5:00 a.m. in the morning.

Está en una zona tranquila y a unos 15 minutos andando hasta el templo central. Camas muy cómodas y sitio agradable.

Chambre en soi bien mais à quoi bon puisque le bruit et les vibrations de la boite de nuit empêchent de dormir.

C'est scandaleux de louer des chambres où il est impossible de dormir, attenantes à une boite de nuit qui met la musique la plus forte que j'ai jamais entendue. Au point que mettre des quies ne sert à rien, le bruit est trop fort de toute façon et les vibrations et les infra sons rendent malades tellement c'est violent.

Staff were welcoming, very easy check in process. The hotel was on the older side of things but it was cozy enough. Beds are extremely firm which I liked, others may not, the room size was great

The location was absolutely awful. There's a nightclub downstairs that plays incredibly loud music that literally shakes the room (windows, fixtures etc) with the bass all night. Music doesn't stop until 5am. I found it incredibly hard to sleep which was a shame because the hotel was good value for money other than this. I wouldn't stay here again because of the nightclub.

Nebenan ist eine Großraumdisco. Tecno-Musik bis in den Morgen, die man z.T. sehr stark in den Zimmern hört.

Great location in the Chiang Mai Old Town! Very close to the night market, so lots of food options around. Room was very spacious and clean. The TV was huge.

dear staffs n managers, thank you so much, we really enjoyed our one weeks stay. good service, laundry , tour, taxi, they have everything u needed. staff was so manner and super friendly, always help, my friend fall outside by herself, they help to clean the wound and give suggestion n help assess to nearby clinic n hospital . good environment and facility. Huge room with lots of storage, u don't even need a adopter for your own country charge, i bought one but never use. A cool restaurant with multiple SET EGG options, nice buffet , we sat near window everyday, my friend and my kid was so happy and so sorry to his messes. There is a fish pond and tiny pool with towel and spa.

A localização é muito boa para quem quer ficar na parte histprica da Cidade e visitar os templos. Café da manhã excelente, com cozinheiro no lcocal para atender pedidos dos clientes e ainda conta com um Buffet. O quarto mais simple que eu fiquei já era muito bom, cama enorme, banheiro excelente, ar condiconado que funciona muito bem. O hotel tem uma pequena piscina que funcional bem para se refrescar do calor tailandes.

Gostei de tudo. nada a reclarmar.

Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, was außergewöhnlich gut war sind die vielen Stechdosen. Moderne Dusche sehr gut. Die Zimmermädchen, sind sehr aufmerksam und Freundlich, und machen einen super Job. Alle Angestellten sind hervorragend.

In der nähe gibt es eine Bar mit Livemusik, manchmal ziemlich laut.

All night there is a very hard disturbing music noise in the neighborhood. After a bad night sleep, we were told it is legal and can not change it.

Es war sauber und das Personal war super freundlich.

Ab 23:00 startet die Disco. Das Zimmer hat vibriert und wird hatten über 40 db die gabze Nacht durch im Zimmer. Glücklicherweise haben wir Ohropax bekommen. Gehört hat man es trotzdem und vor allem gespürt.

Friendly staff. Good filling breakfast. Homelike atmosphere and spacious room. An ATM is just outside the hotel, and there are lots of restaurants and live music bars or chill spots around. There's also a pool if you're into that. Finally, it is easily accessible on foot or by cab. It was a good choice. I'd stay again.

The bed was a little harder than im used to, but it's not a deal beaker ...
