We got private pool by our room. I highly recommend it. Quality breakfast, big and comfortable room. All in all for a reasonable price. Close to center, but very peaceful.

Small boutique hotel with cosy environment, very clean, executive room is spacious, facing the pool. All the staff are extremely friendly and fluent in English. They serve little complimentary snacks some days, and the bar drinks are value for money.

Thought the breakfast should be better with more variety of thai noodles and dishes. The daily main dish menu is fixed though they have specials on some days.

The pool and rooms are clean and specious and the location is central.

Could have make an effort to have a pleasant smoking area with a bench or so even if outside the main gate (as it should be) kinda annoying to sit on stairs with others guests

I wanted a relaxing hotel after a long haul flight and it was perfect. Beautiful rooms and comfy beds. Easy walk to most of Chiang Mai. The boys loved the Muay Thai boxing bar at the end of the road. I preferred the excellent Thai massage next door to the hotel.

The location in the old city is very convenient. It’s very close to Zoe in Yellow and many shops. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast is nice.

Gorgeous modern Thai style hotel, rooms are spacious and well decorated. Ample sized bathroom and a lovely balcony which was comfortable to relax on. Beautiful courtyard area with pool, looks amazing in the evening when all lit up! Staff friendly and very attentive. Would 100% return

La habitación es perfecta, las instalaciones muy nuevas y comodas, el personal muy atento y amable

La ubicación es muy buena, en la zona antigua, rodeada de buenos servicios, pubs, restaurantes, masajes, manicuras, etc..., , a unos pocos minutos andando del Sunday Night Market, a menos de 15 minutos andando de los mejores templos... genial... está algo escondido entrando por un callejón, lo cual sorprende, pero luego es un hotel bastante coqueto con unas habitaciones fantásticas, decoradas con muy buen gusto, especialmente bonitos los baños. En nuestros caso teníamos dos habitaciones una en la parte trasera con una pequeña piscina semi privada y otra arriba para los niños con terraza con vistas hacia la piscina principal.... ambas muy bien pero me quedo con la mia en la parte trasera.. sin vistas pero con la pequeña piscina... super recomendable.

El callejón que conecta el hotel con la calle podría ser decorado de alguna manera para hacerlo más apetecible... de entrada da miedo aunque luego llega la sorpresa agradable.

Airco staat precies gericht op het bed. Wastafel komt tot je dijbeen. En ik ben niet de grootste persoon! Douchecel lekt waardoor badkamer blank staat bij gebruik douche. Toilet zit in badkamer en je zit ingesloten tussen toiletpot en blind muurtje. Het ontbijt was niet uitgebreid. We zijn zelfs naar een ontbijtcafé gegaan om daar te gaan ontbijten. Misschien dat voor 1 dag het ontbijt redelijk is. Daarna ben je wel klaar. Het zwembad is klein, ondiep en veel te weinig zit- en liggelegenheden. Ingang van het hotel is moeilijk te bereiken. 4 sterren is echt teveel.

Het bed is groot, kussens zijn redelijk. Water wordt goed aangevuld. Personeel is vriendelijk.

We verbleven hier 6 nachten. Het ontbijt is redelijk, niet uitgebreid en niet hoogstaand. Het zwembad is klein, aantal ligbedden beperkt en bar moet veel beter. Airco direct op het bed gericht, toilet is zeer klein en je zit opgesloten tussen toiletpot en muurtje. Wastafel is zeer laag, komt ongeveer tot je dijbeen. Bij gebruik van de douche staat de badkamer blank.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Zeer comfortabele en mooie kamers, het hele hotel is prachtig koloniale stijl en zeer schoon! Ontbijt is fantastisch en het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijke bedden! Mooie badkamer met aparte douche en bad. (Familiekamer) Ideale ligging in de oude stad.

The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t a large hotel which was great. The buildings and pools are beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And the location was amazing. Would stay here again!

The shower door opened in instead of out, that is literally our only complaint!

Everything was great! Location was perfect, pool was very nice and relaxing, food from the bar was great and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were very well treated. We left our bags there for 5 days to go and travel around the north of Thailand and they kept them safe without any problem. Anita was specially kind and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed.

El mejor hotel en el que estuvimos en Tailandia. Era cómodo, las habitaciones super espaciosas y limpias, el desayuno buenísimo y muy completo. Pero lo mejor sin duda fue el personal. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos: contratar un conductor de día completo, excursiones y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Repetiríamos sin duda en este hotel. Además la ubicación era excelente, al encontrarse en una calle sin salida, era muy tranquilo y no había tráfico

Super vriendelijk personeel. Toen we terug kwamen van de trekking hadden ze onze bagage al weer in de kamer gezet. We hadden al uit gecheckt maar blijkbaar was ik de zwemkleding in de douche vergeten. Toen we terug kwamen van het eten lag het stapeltje netjes in een zakje bij onze bagage. Top service! Kleinschalig niet te druk.

Such a beautiful little hotel. I loved the black & white & wood decor. The staff was lovely. I was mostly out on tours during my visit but I was happy with my stay and i would recommend to others.

一切都很好，所有人員都很親切、笑口常開，尤其是check in櫃檯的先生。房間舒適，有個大陽台可以悠閒坐著看泳池風景。浴室也很大。早餐樣式不多但都用心準備。

入住期間旁邊建築物在施工，影響到巷口出入有一點小不便。另外大概100m有一家運動酒吧，不知道是不是世足的關係，晚上非常吵。

We were expecting a nice hotel when we booked. What we got was a breathtaking, traditional, home away from home. Our room was huge, clean, beautifully designed room with a balcony, spa and the largest bathroom we’ve seen in a hotel. The staff were next level friendly, always happy and a joy. A special call out to Monika and Plop (I think) who always greeted us with a smile at the delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, within easy reach of all the old town sites with several surrounding restaurants and bars close by. We cannot say enough about this property. This will be our go to when we return to Chiang Mai.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant, les petits déjeuners excellents, l’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu.

La piscine est un peu petite mais quand même confortable. L’air climatisé est bien et permet de dormir mais ce n’était pas aussi frais que dans les autres établissements. Ceci dit, j’y retournerais quand même.

This beautiful boutique hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was great, and we really enjoyed the wonderful breakfast with everything from little French toasts to specialty eggs prepared however you wish. There were also other Thai special dishes, fruit and great coffee! Amazing! The pool was so relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff were all terrific and so helpful. I can’t say enough about our stay! Book it if in the area!

Restaurant. Food wasnt good, we had a bad experience on our lunch on the first day of our arrival. They served us grilled chicken which was pre-prepared and reheated to be served! Something so simple and they got so wrong! We complained and they admited that it was warmed up to be served. It was tough and warm... Then, we had our meals everywhere else but in the hotel!

The hotel is located down a very narrow alley inaccessible by car, requiring us to carry our luggage. Nearby construction made the area dusty and noisy. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing: the selection was basic, the eggs were poorly cooked, and we weren't informed that items like bacon had to be pre-ordered. We ultimately paid to eat elsewhere.
