Beds and pillows were great! Ideal for a quick night stay! Also really clear instructions on how to get in!

Room was very 80s deco plus didn't realise the bathroom was outside the room!

Ich war mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und es ist toll, dass das Hotel einen Hinterhof hat, dessen Tor nachts verschlossen ist. Dort kann man das Rad gut anschließen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sowohl das Zentrum als auch der Noorderplantsoen-Park gut zu erreichen (per Rad/ zu Fuß). Kaffeekapseln gab es zur freien Verfügung. Bad im eigenen Zimmer. Fach im Gemeinschaftskühlschrank hat gut funktioniert.

Im Flur roch es etwas, wahrscheinlich vom Gemeinschaftsbad. Aber man geht schnell dran vorbei.

Het ontbijt heb ik helaas moeten missen omdat het zondag was.

Enige minpuntje, de knop om te schakelen tussen de handdouche en regendouche ontbrak. Kamer 106. Verder perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Betten waren bequem, Lage etwas abseits. Zimmer sauber

Die Zimmer sind komplett im Reuse-Design, was ich persönlich etwas eigenartig fand. Leider konnten wir am Wochenende kein Frühstück dazu buchen.

Possibly one of the weirdest places, I’ve ever stayed in. Wants to be a stylish hostel? Defo does not deserve the term hotel. Seemed creative and also recent without being functional. A Box bed ( bed out of a wardrobe) hardly a queen and call this a comfort double room???? Nothing about that says comfort. Mattress super hard, pillows like bricks. Toilet no lid. But yes there are hooks on the bathroom wall, I give them that. Shower, good, in a tiny bathroom with a shower curtain. There is a 60s- 70s vibe in the design of this room, reminds me of a 70’s VW van self kit out, a sort of undefinable retro allure, however permanent color stains on floor and table, otherwise clean. An Ikea wardrobe in a rather large room, lit out minimalist with a hanging monkey lamp. And timber wall panels. Digital, self check in’ - mmh, great idea, when it works and one doesn’t have every time to go through a whole approval sequence on the phone to open a gate, a door or yet another entrance. Room right beside steel stairs giving on an inner courtyard, very noisy, windows actual doors, giving right on a seating area and the metal steps, not very safe, really pretty loud and easily accessible from the stairs. Uncomfortably hot in room and no air con, open the door and invite the whole passing clientele, awful. Lights, creative , not functional, little light in the room or the bathroom. Flimsy cheap Venetian blinds, that are already bent in too many places. A curtain that is impossible to adjust, not fit for purpose. I’ve slept in more luxurious camping sites. Only real redeeming features: Good location! Too expensive for what’s on offer. Didn’t get much sleep, no added value, no breakfast at weekends, no staff, no lovable creativity or quirkiness, but fair enough, a hostel. Not to be recommended for a graduation or special event party. We felt misled by the description on booking.com. The second room was a single, same story in tiny and a little less noisy.

Beds, mattress & Pillows, lighting, safety , noise, tiny bathroom with a shower curtain drowning the whole floor, toilet no lids, nowhere to put toiletries apart from a tiny shelf over sink, 1st floor entrance over a steel outdoor stairs, windows giving right on to those stairs, noisy courtyards, ashtrays full to overflow on passage….

Er was geen ontbijt in t weekend. Het was erg warm in het gebouw.

Alles heel inventief.

Geluid van de gang was hoorbaar, maar het was er heel rustig dus niet veel.

Did not get confirmation that breakfast was reserved. Website irritating, with digital code you think you need already entered. Facilities are convenient and clean, self check in via website bothersome.

Einchecken war sehr kompliziert, da ich mehrere Zimmer mit meiner E-Mail Adresse gebucht hatte. Immer wieder Zahlungsaufforderung, obwohl schon längst mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt

Excellent location near Het Noorderpark and city centre at walking distance, comfy bed, nice features in the room, design feel and good coffee and tea.

Getting access to the place was a little cumbersome and took me a while to figure out. In the end it wasn't all that complicated but a bit overexplained maybe? The real issue for me was that the blinds were broken. This resulted in not being able to darken the room nor open the window to let fresh air in. So basically I tried to sleep in a light and stuffy room. Also too bad that the cafe was not open in the weekend and no staff anywhere.

Good value for money

The check-in should have had screen shots to show exactly how to use the app to buzz into the gate, hotel and room.

The place is absolutely awesome.There is no headache about check in and check out in the desk you can do it from your own. The amenities provided is also very good. You don’t need to worry about the key, the only thing is needed is your mobile which has the security key.

I don’t like about the property thak there is no reception desk at all.At least one person should be there who will talk to you at least one day during you stay. Another thing I need to mention the property has huge security but for looking person you should always have to use your phone. For the first time when you will arrive the property, there should be a persona who can give a demo , how to lock and unlock the property, otherwise it creates difficulties for a amateur person like me. In hotel there should be one person who can interact with you any problem is occurring or not. There is a restriction for using showers during 12:00am to 5:00 am , I don’t find any reason for that.

Die Toilette hatte keinen Deckel, die Klospülung und auch die Haken waren aus Hufen und Knochen. Definitiv nicht nach meinem Geschmack

This is our second time staying in LABnul50. The location is excellent and the rooms interesting and food value. Also there are facilities where you can have a simple breakfast and shopping right around the corner. Beds are comfortable and facilities are super clean . All staff are friendly and helpful.

The self check in is always somewhat complicated. We could not sign into the app to get the code to retrieve our keys and had to call for support. This could be eliminated by directly mailing the code to the guests. Also the key fobs were very unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. I spend 5 min trying to open the front gate and my son couldn't get into his room because the battery in his key fob was dead. Also more plates etc are needed for the self catering section. Thanks

Sehr laut, hat eher Judenherbergscharakter, alles sehr einfach! Ich hatte ein Klappbett. Bad klein, Spiegel bedruckt mit Buchstaben.

Very comfortable and centrally located. The breakfast was excellent too.

Sometimes the lock mechanism was delayed due to brief internet outages.

The room was big for four people and it had everything we needed. They had a coffee and tea in the room, and the kitchen was equipped with a lot of plates, forks, and knifes. It had a little lounge zone where you could relax with the nice interior and the bathrooms were shared just for 2 rooms, but it was clean.

I wish there was more communication with the staff, who could explain everything how it works. Additionally, you need a phone all the time, which makes it uncomfortable to go with it to the shower and bathroom.

Die Zimmer war super. Sehr ruhig und fantastisch designt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Self Check in hat wieder nicht geklappt. Wir wurden aber aber telefonisch gut durchgelotst um anden Transponer in der Schlüsselbox zu kommen.

We stayed here for the fourth time during TT Assen, but unfortunately this was by far our worst experience. The reasons are twofold. First, we understand that this is a very basic accommodation, and that has never been an issue for us. However, over the years the prices have increased dramatically. When we asked about this, we were told it was due to a pricing system that automatically raises rates for all hotels. In our opinion, this simply follows the trend of excessive price inflation that has become common in the Netherlands. The current price for such basic accommodation is simply unreasonable. Yes, taxes have increased, but certainly not enough to justify these rates. Second, during an extreme heatwave, the hotel didn't even provide simple mobile fans in the rooms. As a result, the rooms became unbearably hot, turning the nights into a miserable experience. Considering the prices being charged, providing at least a fan should be the bare minimum.

Keine wirklichen Möglichkeiten das Zimmer abzudunkeln. Unser Raum 110 war direkt beim Eingang und allgemein sehr hellhörig. Denke die Zimmer ab 200 sind da besser geeignet. Preislich eher etwas zu hoch

The check in is very easy with the automatic way. The location is perfect. Correct description.

Even though the description is correct, the furniture is too poor and this way we didn’t feel so cozy.

Gemütliches Zimmer, schöne Unterkunft, Gemeinschaftsräume waren top. Kühlschrank für uns ein echter Benefit (heiße Sommertage, Reisen mit Kleinkindern). Lage ist super, Nähe zum Park, Restaurants, Shopping, Innenstadt.

Wir waren an einem sehr warmen Tag in Groningen, da war auch das Zimmer ordentlich aufgeheizt und mit offen Fenster ist die Straße natürlich laut. Das sollte man wissen.

Goede locatie, zelf inchecken en kamer sleutel op de telefoon werkt prima.

De trap naar de hotelkamers is vrij lang en als je moeilijk ter been bent een hele klim.

1 bed maakte veel lawaai

Einzelbetten zum einklappen in den Schrank. Zimmer sehr spartanisch.

Alles, aber auch wirklich alles nur mit dem Handy regelbar. Kein Personal vorOrt.Und natürlich gab es Probleme. Der Barcode am Haupteingang hat nicht funktioniert um auf das Gelände vom Hotel zu kommen. Ewige stelefonieren mit dem Support. Unsere Nachbarn berichteten von dem selben Problem. Die haben 45 min vor der verschlossenen Tür gestanden.

Not a complaint, but a warning: Cardless hotel key on mobile phone works very well, but make sure your mobile has enough charge to access 3x doors if you come back late at night. No phone, no hotel access.

Makkelijke digitale check-in laat in de avond. Prima kamer voor een werk gerelateerde overnachting.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

De badkamer viel tegen, kranen moeilijk te bedienen, douchekop druppelde de gehele nacht (irritant geluid) en het wordt dankzij een douchegordijn een natte bende.

Erg prettige accommodatie. Simpele maar goede en hygiënische faciliteiten zoals douche, wc, bureau met tv en hoogslaper. Perfect voor een kort verblijf. In de gezamenlijke ruimte is er een koelkast met lades waarbij het kamernummer staat. Handig! Supermarkt en andere voorzieningen zijn dichtbij. Fietsen kunnen veilig achter de poort worden neergezet. Top locatie om de stad te ontdekken.

Uitzicht is niet erg spannend, je kijkt tegen de muur op van een ander gebouw. Raam kon open, dat was fijn omdat het anders erg warm werd in de kamer.

Parkeergarage Boterdiep zit in dezelfde straat, daardoor stond de auto dichtbij het hotel. Het was eenvoudig om de toegangsdeuren te openen, waardoor je makkelijk het hotel in en uit kon. De locatie lag buiten het centrum, maar binnen 10 minuten lopen stond je het in het centrum van Groningen.

Op de kamer was geen kraan. We wisten dat we een gezamenlijke badkamer hadden, maar een kraan was wel handig geweest. De gezamenlijke badkamer was met 1 andere familie-kamer, dat was prima.

Ruime kamer (hoog), creatief ingericht, zeer vriendelijk personeel en gunstig gelegen. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk!

Vooral de locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, het personeel is ook supervriendelijk.

De afmetingen van de kamers, geen oplaadpunt voor ebike. Deze moest mee worden getild de hotel kamer in om opgeladen te kunnen worden.

Het hotel was schoon en had eigenlijk alles wat je nodig had. De instructies om het hotel en de kamer binnen te komen stonden duidelijk vermeld. Bed was erg lekker en douche ook.

Gehoorig, we hadden last van de gang en de naastgelegen badkamer van sommige kamers. Self check-in werkte niet naar behoren. Ik vond het ook niet heel duidelijk. Webpagina kan beter ingericht worden qua functionaliteit.

Centraal gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum, gemeenschappelijke huiskamer en buitenterras waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Tip: gebruik de link die je in de app krijgt, in de mail moet je telkens code weer aanvragen en invullen.

Eenspersoonskamer (107) vrij donker, luxaflex was beschadigd en kon niet omhoog.

Ontzettend rumoerig aan de straat met oude kozijnen. 's Nachts ook nog herrie op de gang. Zweterig dekbed, slechte kussens (moest er drie gebruiken) Veel te warm, verwarming stond te loeien en kreeg ik niet zo snel uit. Kortom, nauwelijks geslapen.

Für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Centrum. Parkhaus Boterdiep ist zu empfehlen. 15 € pro Tag.

Elektronischer Zugang zur Unterkunft zu später Stunde klappte nicht ohne Probleme.

Единственный минус это , то что в номере для 3 человек, не было туалета и душа в номере, а рядом напротив номера
