Great email communication before my arrival regarding questions and needs I had.

Die Lage ist wirklich ziemlich ideal für einen städtetrip.

Wir haben unsere schlafmöglichkeiten immer spaßig unser Sarg genannt. Leider ist dies hier wirklich nur als Notunterkunft hinnehmbar. Die Betten sind aufgebaut wie in einem Bienenstock . Du schläfst mit ca 15 anderen Personen in einem Raum und ihr teilt euch 3 Toiletten und Duschen. Leider bleibt es nicht aus das die Schlafsäle wirklich stark riechen und du nicht vernünftig schlafen kannst weil immer Leute rein und raus gehen. Die Tür wird dabei nicht vorsichtig geschlossen so wie ich es gelernt habe in meiner Erziehung. Am allerwichtigsten finde ich dass das Personal keine Übersicht haben wer im Schlafsaal ist und wer nicht- uns wurden unsere Zugangskarten und Essen geklaut und Leute haben sich „schwarz in die Ecken gelegt. Als ich eine Reinigung beobachtet habe wurde mir schlecht. Nichts wurde ausgeschüttelt oder abgesaugt/gewischt. In dem Bett von meinem Kollegen krabbelten viele Tierchen rum und uns sagte eine anderer Bewohner das dort wohl vorab ungeduscht ein Obdachloser geschlafen hätte- wohl auch mit geklauter Karte.

The room was spotless and the bathroom very moden. The cocoon pod comes with clean sheets (you make your own bed) and an extra towel-a thoughtful touch I haven't seen in other hostels. Excellent cleanliness standards overall.

The common room was very noisy. While it waas divided between people working and those having meals, the dining guests were extremely loud- shouting and laughing without consideration for those trying to work or read. It made it difficult to have an online meeting.

The air vents in the sleeping pods were full of dust, could use a shelf in the showers, unsafe luggage storage

It was a friendly hostel with sleeping accommodation as published. It was clean.

The kitchen was rather basic and not too comfortable but I suspect it was getting some refurbishment.

I appreciated the cleanness and the fact that the staff was always there in case you needed assistance. I liked that they provide everything you need, to enjoy your stay: clean sheets, clean towels, soap, shower gel, clean toilets and showers.

There is a big beautiful kitchen, where I would have loved to have a coffee machine, and I know it's coming, because it was already there, but not functioning yet. So, this is going to be a nice touch.

Great location, comfortable stay, clean bathrooms.

I wish the women only dorms were not carrying an additional fee, but this could be a more of a general issue for hostels.

24 hour reception, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, nice decor, great location.

Kitchen was not really a kitchen. That could do with some attention: proper plates, cups and cutlery, proper facilities, bogger fridge, vending machine with something edible, not just sugary rubbish.

Geen echte zitgelegenheid om bv je schoenen aan te trekken. Verder is de capaciteit van de opladers voor tekefoon e.d. veel te laag.

Η διακόσμηση ,η διαρρύθμιση του χώρου και γενικά ήταν πολύ ωραίο σαν vibe ,ένιωθα άνετα ήταν αναπαυτικό το στρώμα το οποίο κοιμήθηκα , είχε χώρους να ακουμπήσεις τα πράγματα σου σχετικά ωραία θέα λόγω της τζαμαρίας που έπιανε ολη την έκταση του τοίχου ,η καθαριότητα σε πάρα πολύ καλό επίπεδο , τα λουκέτα εύχρηστα και βολικά ως προς του ότι πρέπει να θυμάσαι μόνο έναν κωδικό . Τα ντουζ και οι τουαλέτες άψογες αρκετές σχεδιασμένες άψογα και εξοπλισμένες με τα απαραίτητα.

Το γεγονός ότι έπρεπε να στρώσουμε οι ίδιοι το κρεβάτι μας και να το ξεστρωσουμε φεύγοντας ,αφήνοντας τα απλυτα στον κάδο εκεί στον χώρο δεν ήταν ότι καλύτερο .

Heel bijzonder om te slapen in een soort last maar heel netjes, erg hygiënisch sanitair en midden in de stad.

Très bien placé entre gare et centre ville, propre, pas cher.

I really enjoyed my stay here! There were a lot of people, but surprisingly, the bed with the wooden wall was great at absorbing sound, so it was much quieter and more comfortable than I expected. The bathrooms were clean, everything was well kept, and the staff were really friendly and helpful — especially when I arrived around midnight. Overall, a really good experience and I’d happily stay here again!

Just had an issue while I was trying to call the hostel. The whole recorded messenger was in Dutch, which as a hostel I expected English option too.

Liegt super zentral. Die Cocoons sind großzügig, man hat genug Platz. 😁 Das Gemeinschaftsbad war super sauber.

Beautiful facility, plenty of room to move around, exceptionally clean! Very friendly staff. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

There is no bike storage on site, but there is a free underground parking garage just a few minutes from the facility that worked out well.

The lady staff member who assisted me upon arrival was very kind and helpful. If anyone reads this, please pass it on to her. Its central location was very impressive. The ventilation and spaciousness of the capsule rooms were excellent. Thank you to the staff for the accommodation and their kind assistance.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, and the Brazilian housekeeper was also exceptionally kind. Everything was clean and well organized. The location is excellent, with a supermarket as well as several restaurants and bars on the same street. The nearest metro station is only a 15-minute walk away. You could consider adding some reminders in the rooms about keeping noise levels low, as late at night there were people talking on the phone and making noise inside the room.

The bathroom could be improved by adding a shower screen, as when changing clothes, they usually get wet because the floor becomes wet after taking a shower. However, this is not a major issue. If it were resolved, the experience would be even better.

Voor deze prijs een tropennacht overbrugd in plaats van op de camping. Wilde perse een mogelijkheid om met airco te overnachten.

Mwoah, viel tegen... het gordijn moet je wel op een spleet laten om de lucht doir te laten om de airco te kunnen voelen.

You have to make the bed on your own. The bedding doesn’t fit the mattress and won’t stay tucked in. The internet is practically non-existent. It is more of a capsule hotel rather than a hostel. In my room there were 26 capsule beds. If that room is full it will be a difficult stay.

The location was great and the hostel itself was very cute.

I feel like the air vents in the pods were really dirty. Also, they were renovating and didn't have WIFI - it happens, but I wish they notified the guests.

This has been the cleanest, good-smelling, and comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in.

地點是在市中心的地方所以非常方便，基本上走路就可以抵達熱鬧的地方 另外雖然是hostel但是淋浴間基本上都會有沐浴乳，所以即便沒有帶洗浴用品也還是有得使用，不過沒有吹風機 附有電子鎖的置物箱，東西放裡面非常讓人放心 如果淋浴間裡面能有簡單的置物區就更好了，只有掛勾有點不夠放

Great location! Bathrooms are spacious and clean. As far as hostels go, it's a great one. Capsules are big enough to sit in. (I'm 168cm). Lockers were you can put a pin instead of having to bring a lock. Towels are provided. There's a fridge and microwave and a small common room.

It was my first time in a capsule and for some reason I though noise would be more insulated. But when someone was doing something in the room it sounded like it was right next to your head. Lockers are only for valuables, they are small. Plug ins at the bed are: 1 UBS C & 1 UBS A. I would have appreciated a proper plug outlet. Cleaning under the mattresses in the capsules could be better. Overall it was a clean hostel though.

Friendly and helpful staff. It is a fair price for this service.

no place for bicycles, guy at reception had issue but at with my digital id, but solved with manager, mold in 1 shower cabin on 3rd level(luxury cocoons) , ventilation ittle loud.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Baños amplios, camas y ropa de cama cómoda, y cargador dentro del cubículo.

Por motivos de reparación me cambiaron de habitación, la cual estaba excelente, sólo que me tocó compartir con huéspedes bastante ruidosos.

As camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é ótimo, a recepção é muito solícita

O armário pessoal é um pouco pequeno. Cabe uma mala de 12kg e uma bolsa pequena.

The location is good.

It's absolutely not worth paying 65 euro per night. Even 25 euro would be too much for this place. It's a 30+ people dorm, very tight and small. There are always people coming and going and slamming the door. The lights in the dorm stay on all night and apparently there's no way to turn them off (I looked for a switch and couldn't find one), and the curtains don't make it dark at all. The towel racks in the showers were all broken. The blanket in my cocoon was dirty and had some burned parts (apparently burned with a lighter). I asked to get another one, and they brought me another dirty one with stains.

Dåligt med parkeringsmöjligheter i Groningen centrum så inget för den som kommer med bil.

the staff chose to build and move a couch into the room and then vacuum around 9am. i wouldn’t have made a phone call or made unnecessary noise in the morning out of respect for other guests / when other were sleeping, resting, or just chilling ….. it seemed weird that the staff entered, spoke at normal volumes and build furniture at that time. also my locker had been opened on the morning of check out while i was out searching for coffee…. i was getting coffee because the entry is a construction zone - not a coffee shop or place to relax

Heel erg warm!! Nergens een fijne plek om te verblijven gedurende de dag. Het zijn echt alleen maar slaaphokken.

Het is super schoon, de douches en toiletten heel netjes. Netter dan ik normaal tegenkom in capsule hotels e.d. met de extreme hitte van de afgelopen week was het hebben van een airco door het hele gebouw ook erg prettig.

It's close to the city center, the rooms were cooled, which was very nice because it was 40 degrees outside. Check in and check out where quick and the staff gave clear instructions.

The nicest hostel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and very clean. The front desk staff was so friendly! the location also was great and super close to cites like martini tower.

the only complaint I have is the quiet hours weren't really respected by other guests but that is to be expected in any hostel.

Ontbijten kon niet ivm een lopende verbouwing. Toiletten, wastafels en douches waren op zich goed. Echter in de douches geen haken, schapjes of bankjes aanwezig, spullen moesten op de grond.

Matrassen sliepen goed echter de bedden waren meer een vergrote houten lijkkist van MDF, 2 meter diep, 90 cm breed en ca.60 cm hoog. Sliep op '1 hoog', moest met een ijzeren trapje om hoog en er in kruipen. Er uit op zelfde manier. Ventilatie maakte lawaai, liep aan. Na deze een tik gegeven te hebben was het geluid over maar stopte de hele ventilatie er mee! Waardoor het erg benauwd werd in de 'kist'. Dit allemaal voor 200 euro voor 3 nachten (vr tm ma)! En dus zonder ontbijt! J.B. uit A.

Womans only kamer, toen ik wakker werd hoorde ik mannen stem en toen ik de cocoon uit kwam was dat ook daadwerkelijk zo. Miste voor de prijs wel ontbijt.

Location was good and so was accomodation comfort and cleanliness.

Fitting the sheets in the matress (inside the cocoon) and duvet require some patience and contortionism, but it's all good.

De locatie is geweldig midden in het centrum. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het gebouw en de kamers zijn heel nieuw en schoon. Het is echt prachtig binnen. Ik was erg positief verrast. Door de pods heb je veel privacy en de bedden zijn comfortabel. Je spullen kun je makkelijk opbergen in je persoonlijke kluis. De badkamers zijn ook heel mooi. Je krijgt ook een gratis handdoek te leen.

Het enige minpuntje is dat het bed een beetje moeilijk op te maken is.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Erg schoon. Comfortabel bed, goede wifi. Standaard late uitchecktijd van 11 uur. Fantastische douche: goed op temperatuur en goede waterdruk, veel ruimte, veel haakjes om je spullen aan op te hangen. Goede kwaliteit handdoek zit bij de prijs in. Erg stil in het hostel, geen rumoer van buitenaf.

In veel hostels geslapen en in mijn ervaring is het gebruikelijk om je bed deels zelf op te moeten maken maar ik heb nog nooit meegemaakt dat er zelfs geen hoeslaken om de matras heen zat en je dit zelf moet doen. In zo'n pod is dit helemaal niet handig. Gordijn voor pod laat licht door en kiert. Er zijn veel ramen in de slaapzaal en geen gordijnen daar voor dus het werd wel heel vroeg licht. Tip: neem een slaapmasker mee!

Clean, good location and the staff was friendly.

I chose this place specifically for the 24-hour incheck service, because I knew I would arrive late. Upon arrival, it was quite an unpleasant surprise when I found out I still had to make my own bed in the middle of the night, possibly waking up other guests sleeping in the room. When I pay over 70 euros for just a bed, I at least expect that bed to be made.

A localização é boa.propriamente no centro da cidade.tudo muito perto.restsurantes,supermercados,cinemas etc.

A sala de dormir é demasiado pequena para a quantidade de camas A entrada para as camas em forma de caixote é demasiada estreita, muita dificuldade em entrar e ainda mais ao sair, não dá para se sentar na cama.Os cacifos são muito pequenos, não há lugar para pousar a bagagem,malas no chão por todo o lado, o que dificulta a passagem .toalha para tomar banho muito pequena .Durante a minha estadia não havia serviço de refeições.

The facilities were nice and clean. The staff was very considerate and nice, and allowed us to leave our bags until check-in time and after the check-out. Perfect for a short stay!

1. No 220V socket in pods - usb only. It’s impossible to charge laptops. 2. On the first floor there are only two sockets that can be used for charging laptops. They are located in one corner so if two people want to charge and use their laptops at the same time it’s not possible. 3. No common area with apace for work. 4. No shelves or hangers in the bathroom and in the showers. There is nowhere to put away your clothes or toiletries. 5. No kitchenette- if you want to heat your ready meal it’s not possible. No coffee/tea corner.
