Gute Lage für Ausflüge. Sehr gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet. Personal alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstücks Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen

الغرف بدون تكييف بس الحمد لله الجو كان بارد تعامل موظف الاشقر اللي يجي الصباح كان سيء اما البنت اللي بالليل كيوت ومتعاونه

Sehr herzliches, nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück (sehr gutes Buffet) war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Das Appartement war großräumig, ordentlich, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Praktische Lage nahe Bus- und Bahnstation. Das Hotel stellt eine kostenlose Fahrkarte für den Zeitraum des Aufenthalts aus. Schöne Ausflugs- und Erlebnisziele, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Blick in die herrlichen Berge/Landschaft ist toll, dennoch liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Praktisch für die Erreichbarkeit, aber nicht so gemütlich für einen ruhigen Abend am Balkon.

المكان جميل جداً والمرافق ممتازه والأجواء بشكل عام هادئه ومريحه وكانت الإقامه جميله عندي بعض الملاحظات البسيطه التي أتمنى ان يتم الاهتمام فيها لتحسين تجربة النزلاء . الدش يحتاج إلى تكبير لانه صغير جداً والمخدات غير مريحه وتحتاج إلى تغيير . كذلك في فصل الصيف لابد من وجود مكيف في الصاله ، خصوصاً مع ارتفاع درجات الحراره بشكل عام المكان جميل والمرافق مميزه ، ومع تحسين هذي التفاصيل البسيطه بتكون التجربه أفضل بكثير

تعامل موظفين الاستقبال وعدم نظافة الغرف بالشكل المطلوب واهمال الشرفه من النظافه علما انه تم التواصل مع إدارة الفندق وانا موجود بعدم نظافة الغرف وجود حشرات ولم يتم الرد علي وهذا يدلّ على عدم الاهتمام بالنزلاء

Do not go here. You pay for a room you dont even get. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Stay away from this place - they completely refuse to a fix any problems.

أذا تبي غرفه هادئه أحجز الشقه وليس الجناح الجناح يطل بالجهه الخلفيه قريبه جدا من ممر القطار اما الشقه تطل على صوب كابرون والاطلاله اجمل بالواجهه الاماميه على جبال الالب سكنت فيها قبل سنتين جدا هادئه والمواقف مجانيه حمام سباحه هو الاجمل بالعالم يطل على جبال الالب الافطار مو طبيعي ومتنوع وهناك أساتذه سوريه او لبنانيه مشرفه على البوفيه قمه في الاحترام

Großes Zimmer.

Lage an einer Durchgagsstraße.

Perfecte plaats om verschillende bezienswaardigheden te zien. Lekker ontbijt, goede koffie. Je mag gebruikmaken van het zwembad en de sauna op het dakterras. Aardig personeel, ze zijn zeer hulpzaam. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. De kamers zijn lekker groot. Het is wel naast een treinspoor, maar de treinen zijn leuk om te zien. We zagen zelfs een oude locomotief stoomtrein die op kolen rijdt. Na 23:00 rijden geen treinen meer.

Als ik advies mag geven: de slaapkussens mogen veranderd worden. Ik had geen steun in mijn nek. Akoestische wandpanelen zouden uitkomst bieden voor geluid van buitenaf.

Das Frühstück war vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig! Wir waren begeistert davon! Das Personal war immer freundlich, Wellnessbereich war sauber und wirkte auch neuwertig.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße und das Zuggleis ist auch direkt nebenan. Auch in der Nacht ca. 5 Uhr morgens ist der Zug gefahren; konnten nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer ist sehr ordentlich und alles wirkt neuwertig und mit Liebe dekoriert, haben jedoch immer wieder Silberfische im Bad gesehen. Auch hat das Bad gestunken, als die Lüftung an war. Wellnessbereich war überragend, leider waren immer wieder sehr junge Kinder mit Eltern dort, somit war es nicht sehr ruhig.

Der Wellnessbereich ist toll, Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Einziger Nachteil ist die Lautstärke. Durch die Lage an der Straße ist der Verkehr deutlich zu hören bei offenem Fenster.

Czystość, spa, śniadania smaczne ale codziennie serwowano to samo.

Lokalizacja przy ruchliwej ulicy. Brak klimatyzacji powodował chęć otwarcia okna, natomiast hałas od ulicy wykluczał komfortowy sen.

موقعه بين كابرن وزلامسي بحيث يبعد عن زحليقه كابرن 3 دقايق الغرف ممتازه ونظيفه والموظفين بشوشين وكان البوفيه جيد جدا انا عطوني اطلاله الجبل كانت مطلع ع الشارع وشوي مكشوفه اما الي اطلالتها ع الجهه الثانيه الي يمر بها القطار كانت استر للعوائل العربيه

بدون سمر كارد ، اعزكم الله الحمام فيه شطاف ولاكن استخدامه صعب ( كانه مال وضوع المساجد الي فيه تقليل استهلاك الماء ) وبرشر الماء كان ضعيف . حاسبوني على طفله عمرها 8 شهور ما حطيتها بالحجز ودفعت 15 يورو عن كل ليله مع العلم انه كل الفنادق ما احطيها وما ياخذون عني اي مبلغ

Labai dėkojam už puikų priėmimą, labai nuostabus, puikus viešbutis, labai puikus aptarnavimas. Labai dėkojam jums už rūpestį ir paslaugumą. Kambariuose ideali švara, tvarka. Labai patogios lovos, erdvu, puikus vaizdas per langą. Mes buvome pirmame aukšte, tai turėjome ir terasą, vaizdas į kalnus nuostabus. Ramu, jauku. Pasinaudojome ir pirtimis, baseinu. Pusryčiai buvo labai skanūs, kiaušinienę kepė pagal pageidavimą, kokios nori. Visko netrūko, viskas buvo labai skanu. Personalo darbuotojai tuoj sutvarkydavo staliukus, papildydavo, ko reikia. Viskas tiesiog labai puiku. Labai dėkojam už parodytą dėmesį ir rūpestį mums. Buvome palikę daiktų maišelį, tai mums darbuotojai pranešė apie jį ir pasirūpino atsiųsti į Lietuvą. Labai nuoširdžiai dėkojame Jums! :)

عدم وجود التكييف وكان الجو حار لم نستطع النوم لقد قضينا ليلة واحدة وخرجنا السكن هنا وقت الصيف كارثة نصيحه الجو حار حار والمبلغ عالي

الفندق جميل على العموم، موقعه ممتاز، الافطار عندهم جميل، الامانه عاليه، نسيت جوال ايفون في الشقه القديمه رقم 109 وجابوه حطوه لي في الشقه الجديده 110, الاخ الي في الاستقبال الي من مقدونيا جدا متساعد وخلوق وساره الي في الافطار جدا محترمه.

التكييف ولما خرجت من الفندق كانو شغالين يركبون تكييف جديد.

المنتجع جميل بغرفه الواسعة ومكاته جميل وقريب من كابرون وزيلامسي .. دورات المياه - وأنت بكرامة - يوجد شطاف وهذا مهم كسياح خليج ..

المنتجع لديه أثناء الحجز مثلاً جناح جونيور شرفة أو تراس والمفترض يكون اكثر تحديدًا بهذا الشأن ويخصص كمثلاً جناح جونيور شرفة فقط .. وجناح جونيور تراس .. لأن التراس ارضي وغير جميل جدًا .. وحصل موقف معي ومع النزلاء لم يعجبني من المنتجع وهو أن الاستقبال يتعمد يسكن الخليجي في ( التراس ) وهناك لا توجد مناظر وبالأسفل فتضطر تكلم الاستقبال كي يغيرون الغرفة الى ( شرفة ) الغريب والمفاجئ أن يتم تغيير الغرفة برسوم !! 100 يورو والسبب بقولهم تنظيف الغرفة ؟ إذا تم الاستبدال وهم في الاساس منظفين الغرفة لأن خرج العميل السابق !؟ وهذا رأيت استغلال للأسف وعدم تعاون ..

Unfortunately, our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The biggest issue was the way our concerns were handled by the reception staff. We were travelling with our 8-month-old baby, and our room faced a busy road. During the summer, this creates a difficult situation because the hotel has no air conditioning. You either keep the windows closed and sleep in a hot room, or open them and deal with constant traffic noise and pollution. Although the hotel has beautiful Alpine views, it was difficult to enjoy them because of the noise. This is why we asked whether it would be possible to change our room. Instead of trying to help, we received contradictory information from different reception staff. We were also told that the fact we were travelling with an 8-month-old baby “didn’t matter.” That response was particularly disappointing. When we asked to speak with the manager, different employees gave completely different answers about his availability. One said he was away for one week, another for two weeks, one said he had left the previous day, while another said several days earlier. It left us with the impression that our concerns were simply being avoided rather than addressed. After our stay, I sent a detailed email to the only contact address provided by the reception for the hotel manager. Unfortunately, I never received any reply. The breakfast was very good, and our first morning there left a great impression. The cook preparing the eggs was exceptionally friendly, and another employee kindly brought us a high chair for our baby and took the time to chat with us. However, the following morning the staff was different. When we asked for a high chair, the employee’s first response was to ask why he had to bring one. The contrast between the two mornings showed us that the quality of the service depended very much on the individual staff member rather than a consistent standard of hospitality. It is a real shame because the hotel has a great location, close to Kaprun village and Tauern Spa. With more professional communication and a more guest-oriented approach, it could offer a much better experience.

The hotel itself was good, but on the last night of our stay in the evening there was a problem, the water in the toilet started to flow constantly, as a result of which the water did not drain. We went to the reception, they came to see us and the guy said that he was not a plumber and it was already late, he was sorry but he could not do anything, when we asked if I wanted to go to the toilet, what should I do, they told us that there is a shared toilet on the floor below the reception, go there, he can not do anything. that's how this hotel solves the problem, that is, it turns out that I paid for the room and have to go two steps below to the toilet because he can not do anything. In the morning when we checked out, we never heard an apology

Uns hat es etwas an "Unterhaltung" gefehlt. Leider gibt es kein Abendessen und auch keine Bar, sodass man abends etwas daran gebunden ist auszugehen.

Super helpful check-in process! As we arrived late, 10:30pm, the staff was nice to leave the keys in the locker and they reached us on the phone, booking and even left a note on the door ! Probably the best breakfast we had in Austria on the whole trip. The view from the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, from cable cars to paragliding landing on the green lot next door to cow smell and alpine panorama. Also I have to say the staff is very responsive and willing to fix any issue that you might have.

First there was a hard smell in the toilet closet that even with an ask to the hotel to clean it didn’t go away! Second, we didn’t have hot water for 2 days, on the 2nd day, we were offered an additional room to use it for showering. And 3rd, the lack of air conditioning! This is a modern, relatively new facility to miss this basic need in nowadays conditions. If you are on the 2nd floor and face the front of the hotel, the sun is heating up your room all day long. 4th - the checking of the Tiktok feed on the restaurant patio with sound on should be controlled! Unless is a cow sound, I would not like to hear anything else while I’m enjoying a quality breakfast! This is not a property issue, more of a type of clientele !

De ruimte van het appartement was perfect, het leek alleen of de verwarming aan stond. Ik was ook blij met een appartement aan de voorkant van het gebouw (omdat de achterkant aan een spoorlijn ligt)

Er is geen restaurant. Personeel was niet goed herkenbaar omdat ze in 'eigen kleding' lopen.

الاطلاله خرافيه حجزت الجناح الفندقي

اولاً ، فرشات الفندق كلها قذره ومبقعه ، واذا وصلت يقولون اذا بقعت بشي بنخالفك ! عفواً ؟ هل المرافق نظيفه اصلاً عشان تتشرطون بعد ؟ ناهيك بكل زاويه بالفندق وبالغرفه ملصقين ورقه فيها تحذيرات ثانياً ، الموظفين مو ذاك الاخلاق اذا جاي تبي نفس حلوه وسياحة بدون منغصات ماراح تلاقيها هنا ، ثالثاً : تأخرنا ساعه فقط عن وقت الخروج غرمونا ب60 يورو 😀 الي حجزت قبلهم ودودين بالتعامل ويراعون وراضيين انهم ياخذون رسوم على التأخير لكن 60 يورو مبالغ فيها رابعاً لا يوجد تكييف ولكن هذي معلومه موضحه مسبقاً وفيه مراوح لكن شهر 7-8 ماتوفي الغرض

Ilmastoinnin puute hankaloitti vähän nukkumista kesäkuumalla.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Aussicht war wunderschön und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

عدم وجود تكييف في المبنى وكذلك في الغرف وانصح بعدم السكن فيه خلال فترة الصيف. عدم وجود شبك على النوافذ وكذلك على باب البلكونه مما يتسبب في دخول الحشرات. عدم ارسال طاولة الكوي والمكوى الي الغرف والزام العميل بالنزول الي البدروم وكي الملابس هناك. عدم وجود غسالة ملابس. عدم وجود مضلات للمواقف وطلب رسوم اضافية على مواقف البدروم. بوفية الفطور يفتقر الي الكثير من الاصناف. عدم وجود بطاقة زيلامسي وكابرون الترفيهية. مراوح الشفط سيئة للغاية في دورات المياه وغير متوفرة في المطبخ. رائحة الطبخ في مطعم الفندق تصل الي الغرف. رائحة الصابون في دورات المياة غير جيدة.

لايوجد خدمة تنظيف غرف ( الخدمة لدورات المياه فقط ) عدم وجود غسالة ملابس في المبنى نهائياً مخدات النوم ضعيفة جداً السعر مرتفع قليلاً
