Carlos fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos durante la estancia. Nos aconsejó sobre cómo ir al Tayrona y nos dio varias recomendaciones que nos vinieron genial. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía una terraza bastante amplia, y además tenía aire acondicionado, que con el calor que hace en Santa Marta se agradece muchísimo.

La piscina no me pareció muy limpia. Además, por la noche se escuchaba bastante la música procedente de la ciudad, que tenía un volumen muy alto hasta alrededor de las cuatro de la mañana y dificultaba bastante dormir, aunque nos dejaron tapones para hacerlo más llevadero.

Absolutamente todo. El lugar, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Santa Marta, zona de ocio, bares y restaurantes. El personal, una maravilla y súper atentos con todo. El desayuno, buenísimo. La habitación fue muy cómoda y nos guardaron el equipaje para ir una noche a Tayrona y volver. Gracias por todo, ¡ojalá volvamos!

Carlos è stato gentilissimo e disponibile con noi, ci ha accolti inizialmente per lasciare i bagagli in hotel prima di partire per il Parco Tayrona. Ci ha anche dato una colazione da portare via perché il giorno dopo saremmo ripartiti molto presto. L'hotel è bellissimo esteticamente e dotato di piscina. La pulizia è eccellente. La posizione è nel centro di Santa Marta. Se ci fosse un punteggio più alto di 10 lo darei!

Great location in the Centro Historico, close to lots of excellent places to eat. Carlo and the staff are so kind and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool is beautifully cool which is great as Sta Marta is very hot and humid. Air con in the bedrooms works well, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and has hot water (which you won't need!). There's a terrace upstairs which is lovely to look out from at night. Breakfast is very good too. All in all, a great hotel and great value.

The hotel itself is lovely and quiet although the location is not, but they provide earplugs when the local clubs are noisy. We slept very well even on Sat/Sunday night.

Desde el momento q uno llega la atención del señor Carlos es excelente, nos recibió con botellas de agua y la facilidad para ocupar nuestras habitaciones, las camas cómodas, no hay ruidos para estar situado en el centro ah el desayuno rico la atención en el comedor excelente y la piscina chica pero suficiente, buena estadía tuvimos, gracias Sra. Rosy.

Staff Carlo amazing, he helped us a lot with information for Tayrona Park and he gave us the possibility to keep there our luggage for one day more without extra cost. He does not speak English, but we understood each other.

Fabulous small boutique hotel in historial section of Santa Marta. Staff are very friendly and helpful, place is extremely clean. Pool was a nice way to cool off after seeing the local sites and shopping. Breakfast is made to order with omlettes, bread fresh fruits and local rich coffee. This is located downtown, so lots of live music venues and night clubs nearby. There is not music every night, but bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noises. Rooms have very cold ac, a great mini fridge, and a fan. Best part was sunrise and sunset on the rooftop terrace relaxing in the hammock. If your on vacation to sleep all day and night, this isnt the place for you, if you want authentic local vibes, clean secure wonderful hotel then this is your place. I plan to returning in a few weeks.

Les contaré desde la entrada: Don carlos quién me recibió de cortesía me ofreció aguita o cerveza, la habitación es amplia, impecable, la cama... como para no salir de ella. El espacio del balcón da un aire de privacidad exclusiva. Cuando viajas sola, al menos en mi caso, es valioso sentirse segura y así fué tanto dentro del hotel como con la disposición de Don Carlos para ayudarlo a uno. El desayuno, exquisito y suficiente... Te ofrecen un café delicioso y sin límites,. Me encantó.

The location is perfect in a safe area, very close to restaurants and main points of interest. The host is super kind. He met all our requests. We had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. They prepared sandwiches for our early visit to Tayrona park. Highly recommended.

Está limpio y es cómodo. El personal fue muy atento. La habitación era bastante espaciosa. Está justo en la zona de bares, pero al dar las habitaciones a un patio interior apenas se escuchaba ruido. No probamos la piscina interior, así que no puedo opinar.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in—everything was perfect. Firstly, the rooms are clean and have everything you need: plugs on both sides of the bed, bedside tables, and a very comfortable bed. There is a wonderfully effective AC and fan, a super cold fridge, a table to sit and work at, a sofa to relax on, and space to hang clothes. The bathroom was also very clean, with a powerful shower and a good amount of space. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Santa Marta, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The hotel has fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast provided was tasty every day and nicely varied. Carlos was the best—super attentive, always there if you needed anything, and he made sure we were always safe coming home and happy, ensuring a 5-star experience. We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the small pool and watching the sunset from the balcony. On one of the days of our trip, we visited the semi-private beach and pool offered by the hotel and had an amazing time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for maximum relaxation and no crowds at the beach. We are very sad to leave after such a fabulous stay, but we already have plans to return!

We had an excellent stay - from being greeted with a cold drink on arrival, to a comfy room with a big bed and great air con. Despite it being noisy outside as it was a Friday night, we couldn’t hear anything from our room! Amazing value, with a super breakfast included. The staff were also incredibly helpful and kindly let us keep our bags there whilst we went to Tayrona overnight. Couldn’t recommend more!

Si on devait mettre un point négatif, c'est le bruit le soir, mais le propriétaire a la gentillesse de fournir des bouchon d'oreilles. Mais le bruit est dû à l'emplacement parfait, des bars très sympas des alentours jouent de la musique colombienne, ça met dans l'ambiance 😁

O hotel é um casarão colonial muito bem localizado, próximo ao Parque de los Novios, com vários bares e restaurantes no entorno. A recepção do Sr. Carlos foi excelente, com direito à uma cerveja bem gelada de boas-vindas para constratar com o calor de Santa Marta. A senhora que fez o café da manhã também foi atenciosa e preparou o que cada um preferia. Foi possível deixar nossa bagagem sem custos adicionais enquanto pernoitamos 1 noite no Parque Tayrona.

O chuveiro poderia ser mais forte e os travesseiros um pouco mais confortáveis.

The location

Too expensive for what it is. Tiny room, cold shower, no fridge. Very basic. But the worst is the lack in hospitality. Booked this place specifically for the pool, as i was flying the next day and wanted to relax for a few hours before going to the airport. This was not allowed. Checkout time was 12 and I got kicked out. The lady wouldn’t let me stay by the pool for a few hours, even though nobody was there. I’ve never experienced this before. Just very unfriendly for no reason. Go to Casa Mara instead. Stayed there a few days before and they even let me use the pool after checking out. Huge difference in hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in due momenti diversi. Staff gentilissimo e posto pulitissimo in ottima posizione :-) quando si entra nell’hotel si entra in un piccolo mondo a sè, ben decorato e molto tranquillo. Posso solo consigliare questo hotel!

L’unico problema è che si sente un po’ la musica provenire dai bar della strada accanto. In camera vengono però gentilmente forniti tappi per le orecchie quindi per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema :-)

Très bel hotel, entretenu avec minutie et décoré avec goût. La piscine et la terrasse sont agréable en fin de journée.

Une charmante maison décorée avec goût, une propreté irréprochable, un bon petit déjeuner, une petite piscine pour se détendre et par dessus tout la gentillesse du personnel. Rien, du bruit en week-end mais bon, les colombiens aiment la fiesta. De bonnes boules quies et ça a fait l’affaire.

De toute évidence : Un hôtel exceptionnel avec des gens d’une gentillesse rare. Merci Carlos et Rosie. Deux nuits dans le quartier historique et dans un hôtel boutique magnifique avec petite piscine intérieure parfaite pour faire un peu d’exercices dans l’eau fraîche, à deux pas de dizaines de restaurants de toutes catégorie. Ici le bonheur c’est de flâner dans les rues du quartier.

Un seul regret: Ne pas avoir prévu rester plus longtemps….

This hotel was beautiful with a small pool and terrace all well maintained, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Carlos is a kind and responsive host - he kindly allowed us to store our bags safely when we went to Tayrona National Park for a night. The location is perfect right next to lots of restaurants and bars but not too noisy.

The location is only a half a block from the main tourist area. The hotel is very well maintained and is very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For $20,000.00 pesos you can have a wonderful and delicious breakfast. A plus for the hotel is that the shower has hot water. The air conditioner in the room worked perfectly. The WiFi works perfectly throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Santa Marta. I was a bit sceptical about renting this hotel but I am so happy that I stayed at this wonderful hotel.

Hotel muy tranquilo aunque esta en el centro, en medio de todo el ambiente de fiesta de Santa Marta. El personal super amable y el plus fue la piscina interior que se agradece mucho cuando llegas con el calor de la calle.

La decoración de las habitaciones, aunque la suite tiene una preciosa terraza.

Ubicado en el corazón de Santa Marta, perfecto para recorrer la ciudad caminando. La relación calidad-precio es excepcional: servicio inmejorable, instalaciones modernas, habitaciones confortables, desayuno delicioso y espacios como piscina y terrazas que, junto al encanto de una casona histórica, superan todas las expectativas. Es un lugar que cuida cada detalle y en el que da gusto estar.

No podría haber ido mejor, no hay queja.
