Taiba Front Hotel

Best location for females or families with kids.

The wifi was not functioning properly, and the phone was unable to connect to any mobile data networks, including LTE, 3G, or 5G.

Not good experience poor service.

Poor service

There is no problem with the hotel location. The hotel is dirty. The dirtiest space I have ever experienced in my life. No single member of my family could sleep in the room because it was so damned dirty. We had to abandon the hotel and book another one for our stay. We couldn't sleep even for a single night. My advice is to take this hotel off your list in order not to make other guests victims the way we were made. We lost our money.

The hotel was very very dirty. The carpets, the bedsheets, the walls, bad smell from reception to inside the room.

Location, breakfast,

Rooms are old and not that comfortable.

Everything

I actually would appreciate if breakfast would be little better.. That's it

Rooms were nice but not cleaned properly Breakfast was good

Rooms were quite dirty, cleaning staff were not helpful, toilet was blocked for the duration of the stay due to a pipe problem so had to use one elsewhere, we were refused to change rooms as they kept saying it would get fixed, it never got fixed.

Very cooperative staff

Crowded elevators, old furniture

The location was excellent just 30 seconds from masjid e Nabavi

The rooms were so tiny and dark

The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage, right in front of haram.

I booked a king sized bed, but upon my arrival I was told that it is not available. I was provided a room with 2 single beds and was asked to move them together. If I would've wanted that, I wouldn't have booked a bigger bed. So this was disappointing to see.

The location of the property

Free parking facility is not available

The hotel location is awesome. It's just 2 minutes away from the haram. The room size was quite good.

The hotel is very old and needs renovation, especially the washrooms and room furniture.

It’s close by

I book the executive room and it was not clean and hotel need renovation everything in room either broken or loose

Location on close proxmity to Masjid Nabwi

Nothing much

It was best location, you came out of hotel, 2 minutes walk and you enter into the Masjid e Nabvi, loved it

The room service was worst, it was not even like 2 star hotel service, whenever you call, they dont pick, if they pick they dont send stuff

location is good

Location

Lifts ,

Just location is good other all things are very bad Bad Services Bad Hygiene Bad Housekeeping

Proximity to Haram

Everything except the proximity to haram. Even the proximity sometimes doesn’t help because of their poor lift service.

Location

Slow lifts

Near to haram

Small size of single bed...mattress is nit comfortable

The proximity

The lifts were inadequate and usually delayed and crowded

I love How easily accessible haram is from the hotel 🙂

Toilet need some fixing and deep cleaning! A liitle unsecure for items .forgot our changed clothes @ our room inside an Ihram bag but wasn’t found 🤔

Location, Haram View

Lift Service was not sufficient to accommodate load. Especially during prayer time n checkout time, management should operate the 3rd lift also.

The location and room space

The availability of eliviators

Location is good

Parking is not free. They are asking 150 sar for a day

1. Bad room service inspite of repeated request not clean my room. 2. Toilet water was leaking [small bathroom] 3. Floor was damaged. My wife two or three times hurt. 4. Breakfast service was good but food was not good. 5. Elevator was not in good. 6. I was staying in 932. 7. I was told if you checked out after 1.30 PM we will charge you SAR 355/= so I did my Jummah prayers in the building lobby and checked out at 1.00 clock to avoid anything.

Everything was cool

Tout est parfait

The location was exceptional

The lift system is very bad & wifi needs to improve we were on the 11th floor & above the reception was very bad.

The location was superb.

The room i was given was very small as compared to the one I saw and booked. I got my room changed the next day to a comparatively better one, upon request. The bed was uncomfortable, and the AC wasn't working properly.

The location is excellent

I didn’t like the lady’s behavior at the reception she is really rude and arrogant, the housekeepers wouldn’t clean the rooms, insects and cockroaches in the toilets. The bedsheet and blankets were really old the paints from the walls were ruined.

Location is great

rooms are very old and no proper cleanliness check-in time are bit late 4pm?

The location is close to the Haram.

The lifts in the hotel is pathetic. Room service is bad, for the 7 nights stay our room was only cleaned twice. The concierge literally ask for his tip after he dropped our bags in the room.
