كل شي بلا استثناء.. الإهتمام بأدق التفاصيل من مواقف السيارات إلى استقبال الفندق كله ورد طبيعي يفتح النفس إلى تعامل الموظفين والموظفات من أرقى ما يكون وأخلاق بسم الله ما شاء الله جدا عاليه إلى الغرفة النظيفة وكذلك مساحتها وسيعه والخدمات السريعه في حال طلبنا أي شي إلى قرب الفندق من الحرم النبوي خصوصاً بوابة النساء إلى قرب الخدمات من محلات التسوق والكزفيهات والمطاعم وغيره كلها قريبه من الفندق

Reaching hotel on car is a problem due to ongoing construction and google not giving the correct path. Hotel should provide this information beforehand to avoid inconvenience.

The location is amazing only 3 min walking to masjid nabawi. Everything was exceptional from reception their warmth always smiling helpful and their fast response and continous follow up is something else. Rooms are very spacious comfy and perfectly clean Ibrahim and Rehan were taking care of our room, big thanks to them. The breakfast was very yummy always full ,many varieties, table were always clean and service was very fast. I enjoyed my stay so much am looking forward coming back again.

الملحوظة الوحيدة في الغرفة ، الكهرباء، لأنه عندما تريد شحن الجوال بجانب السرير ، أو إضاءة الأباجورة بجانب السرير، يجب أن يتم تشغيل كامل إنارة الغرفة، يعنى لا تستطيع شحن الجوال أو إضاءة الإنارة الخافتة بجانب السرير إلا إذا قمت بإنارة جميع الغرفة، وهذا غريب جدا لم أشاهده في أي فندق من قبل

Location its so close to ladies gates 338 and there are so many shop ,restaurants and pharmacies nearby.

Everything was perfect but breakfast is not quite continental it mostly catered for Arabs.They should include Asian tea (chai) and paratha options for their Asian customers.we stayed last time in mysk Al balad which is opposite to gate 305 and they had everything in their breakfast . Also they should increase their fresh drinks option there was no orange juice or apple juice at all ..

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent — just a 2-minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and very close to Haram Gate 339, which is the women’s prayer entrance. This was extremely convenient and made going to prayer so easy, especially for women. The hotel was very clean, classy, and luxurious, with a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. The location, cleanliness, and overall quality made my stay a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

I travelled alone for Umrah and had to change hotels at short notice. Coming here was the best decision of my entire trip. The hotel is very clean and well kept, and the room was faultless. But what really makes this place is the people at reception. I have rarely been received with such genuine warmth and helpfulness. They take their time, they answer every question, and they go out of their way before you even have to ask. You can tell they care about the guest, not just about the procedure. After an exhausting journey and a disappointing first hotel, this was exactly what I needed. You feel welcome and well looked after here. The location is ideal: about a ten minute walk to the Prophet's Mosque, with supermarkets and shops right nearby. Thank you to the whole team. I will come back.

Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié ! Merci beaucoup pour l’upgrade de la chambre à l’occasion de notre lune de miel, c’était une très belle attention. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec l’entrée des femmes juste à proximité. C’était vraiment très pratique !

You will get harassed daily to write a review to the point where a staff was knocking on our door several times asking us to write a review and mentioned them by name in the review. Even management was involved in harassing us for review.

Nous avons tout aimé, le personnel super serviable bravo à Tawhid pour la propreté des chambres, et à Sadker pour l’accueil au restaurant et le service.

Le seul point négatif c est que les prises murales étaient reliées à la lumière donc quand on dort les lumières éteintes les téléphones ne peuvent pas charger la batterie 😟

The stay in this hotel was excellent. Very near to masjid Nabwi. Staff was friendly and polite specially receptionist Mr. Sultan he was really cooperative. Cleaning staff also excellent and nice behavior really excellent service by them.

This was one of those hotel experiences I will never forget, entirely because of the honesty and kindness of the staff. Just before midnight on my final night, reception called to tell me that I had forgotten my passport and that it had been found and kept safely for me. I was genuinely shocked because I had not even realized it was missing. Had they not contacted me, I could easily have checked out the next morning and left Medina without my passport. I later called back specifically to ask who had found and safeguarded it, and learned that three members of staff were involved: رياض الشريف، أصيل صبحي، وعبير البركاتي. I want to mention them by name because their honesty and responsibility deserve recognition. Amazingly, the story did not end there. After checking out the next day and reaching my next destination, I opened my bag and realized that my laptop was missing. I rushed back to the hotel and found عارف حسين in the lobby. The moment I explained what had happened, he personally accompanied me all the way upstairs, arranged for the room to be opened, and I found my laptop still lying safely on the bed. Within less than 24 hours, I nearly left behind both my passport and my laptop. On both occasions, the staff of Emaar Royal Hotel were there for me. Beautiful hotels are easy to find. People you can trust with your most important belongings are not. My sincere thanks to رياض الشريف، أصيل صبحي، عبير البركاتي، وعارف حسين. I hope the hotel management recognizes all four of them. They turned what could have been two travel disasters into a story I will always remember with gratitude.

والله للاامانه الشي المعيب فقط هو مواقف السيارات مع انها مجاناً لكن مو بسهوله تلقى موقف غير هذا الشي لايوجد للامانه

اللذي لم يعجبني بصراحه موعد الفطور من 6الى10 مافي فنادق تعمل كهذا الوقت المفروض يكون من 6ونصف لين 10ونصف أفضل لان شاهدت كثير الوقت النزلاء الوقت لم يكفيهم للفطور

Tesisin girişindeki 50 yaşlarındaki belboy çıkış zamanı Mekke’ye taksiden başka bir ulaşım olmadığını söyledi. Bu yüzden otel önündeki taksiyi kullanmamızı söyledi. Bu hoş değildi

The hotel is amazing and comfortable, the staff are friendly , the food is delicious and the restaurant staff are hospitable. Location 2 - 3 minutes walk from gate 339 of haram, I spent a very nice week and for sure highly recommend

The restaurant gets crowded at breakfast which is understandable as all people come after fajr prayer but still the staff handle that perfectly

Très bon hôtel très bien situé à moins de 5 minutes du haram. Le personnel est au petit soin que ce soit le personnel de l’accueil, du restaurant ou du ménage. L’hôtel est très propre et très soigné, les lits sont confortables et il y a une très bonne odeur dans tout l’hôtel! Le restaurant est très bien que ce soit pour le petit déjeuné ou le dîner, il y a un grand choix de nourriture en froid ou en chaud! C’est la deuxième que je viens dans cette hôtel je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir Je recommande vraiment

Si j’avais un seul point à changer c’est la douche qui est un peu petite mais c’est un détail

We love that the property is very near to Nabawi Mosque especially to ladies entrance Gate 339-338 Door 25 and to the mens entrance as well. Also very near to food & shopping streets.

The Staff were excellent and made the stay amazing. Everyone was really helpful but I wanted you to single out two members of staff who were amazing. Firstly Khulud from reception. I hope I got the spelling of her name right! She was amazing. From the check in process which she went out of the way to provide the best service and experience. No task was too big or too small for her and she was very accommodating with providing a great room and sorting out a late checkout due to my circumstances changing. She is a very valuable asset to the hotel. The second staff member was Mohammed who was a Manager. He was very approachable and provided great support with a late check out due to a change in my circumstances. Thank you!

Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and eager to assist. It is a well-managed hotel that consistently delivers high standards.

The property is at a very good location, near masjeed Nabawi and shops/restaurants. I like to thank the whole team lady Rawan at the reception received and treated me very gentle and polite at check in. With checkout mr Riad was very kind. Housekeeping did there job very well especially Harun and all the other guys👍breakfast was good, my compliments👌restaurant personeel were als very helpfull especially Muhamed Rasol. Thank you all, hope to see you soon again
