Fantastisch zwembad en heerlijke spa met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Je wordt echt in de watten gelegd, de service is echt fantastisch. Goed ontbijt. Goede ligging ten opzichte van Plose gondel (5 min met de auto) voor prachtige hikes. 50 minuten rijden van Val Gardena (Secada).

Het eten was erg goed. Zelf houd ik echter meer van pure vlees- en visgerechten. Veel gerechten waren bereid met veel kazen en room en erg machtig. Van mij mag het iets puurder qua eten. Maar dit is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

It’s an amazing, luxurious property in a beautiful location, right next to San Andrea village and very close to Brixen and Mount Plose. The hotel has been designed so thoughtfully that almost everywhere you go — from the rooms to the pool, gym and spa — you’re surrounded by incredible mountain views. The staff are fantastic, including the owners themselves. We had the pleasure of meeting the three brothers who run the hotel, and they were incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth and attentive throughout our stay. We were travelling with our 2-year-old son, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff, who were absolutely amazing with our son. Every evening, they prepared his place at the table just like ours, including his own high chair and cutlery — a small touch that made us feel incredibly welcome as a family. They were also extremely flexible with our dining times, allowing us to plan dinner around his routine rather than the other way around. One evening when Luigi was unwell, they went particularly out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we could still enjoy a wonderful dinner despite the circumstances. That level of care and flexibility really stood out to us. We were genuinely delighted with our stay and would absolutely return.

Honestly, nothing really stands out; it was a clear 10/10 experience for us! If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have some milk available in the room for tea and coffee. I’m sure that if we had asked, the staff would have happily brought some to us, so this is a very minor point.

Everything! I don't know where to begin. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with astounding mountain views. The saunas and plunge pool were amazing! The food should receive a Michelin star! Having a 5 course meal nightly was a delight!

Ein wirklich traumhafte Lage und eine wunderschöne und aussergewöhnlich gepflegte Anlage egal wohin das Auge blickt. Allein beim Ankommen in der Rezeption verschlägt es einem die Sprache. Eine Wellness Anlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Zwei herrliche Infinity Pools, Saunen, hochwertigste Geräte im Gym, Dampfbad, Wellnesswasser rund um die Uhr und Nachmittagsobst. Feines und extrem reichhaltiges Frühstück bis 11 Uhr. Durchweg sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer waren für diesen Preis nicht besonders aussergewöhnlich und auch eher klein. Offenes Bad, sprich, wenn jemand im Bad war, war der ganz Raum in gleissendem Licht erhellt. Abendessen; die vielen Mini-Gänge muss man mögen. Wir waren im August dort und es waren sehr, sehr viele Kleinkinder mit Kinderwägen und entsprechendem Geräuschpegel vor Ort. Tip ans Hotel; die elektronisch gesteuerten Rasenmäher vor den Zimmern "killen" den friedliche und erholsamen Blick auf die Berge, vor allem am Morgen.

Beautiful and harmonious spaces, incredibly neat and well maintained. The spa facilities are amazing. We were about 1-1,5 hours of the major must-see hikes/trails, so location was very convenient. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home.

Food is ok but nothing special, and flavors become repetitive after a few nights.

The dinner should be more varied for my opinion

understaffed wellness section - it was always hard to find anyone in the wellness part; the women’s restroom ran out of toilet paper and there was no one to tell this to. facilities open very late - unlike other hotels the opening hours of the bar & adult wellness part are after the checkout time. Not so friendly…

It was very comfortable, and even though our stay was short, we felt well-rested.

We definitely didn’t understand the dinner arrangement, and unfortunately, we didn’t like it at all. The food was not satisfying for us. We also didn’t understand why we had to sit in the same place for both nights. The seating arrangement should be reconsidered; it would have been nice to have dinner on the terrace at least once. As for the food, Simon’s recommended dish was exactly the same on both nights, so on the second night we had no choice but to select the other alternative. There were only two options for dinner. One evening there was no salad, and the other evening there was no dessert. I simply cannot imagine a dinner without a salad! Offering a complimentary dessert does not make up for removing the salad from the dinner menu

EVERYTHING:-)! there wasn’t anything not to like! Even the smell was an instant addiction. Atmosphere, the suits , the food, the smiley staff, the views , the spa .. I called it HEAVEN on Earth!

Un sejur de nota 10! Santre ne-a impresionat prin arhitectura deosebită, designul foarte reușit și atenția la detalii. Camerele sunt spațioase, iar patul foarte confortabil. Micul dejun este excelent, iar cinele au meniuri atent gândite și preparate foarte bune. Zona SPA are toate facilitățile necesare pentru relaxare, iar personalul a fost amabil și atent pe tot parcursul sejurului. Cu siguranță este un hotel în care ne-am întoarce!

Hotel food is very good (in comparison to neighbouring 5* hotel). Staff is very attentive and friendly. Spa is small but functional (would be crowded if hotel would be full), very nice outdoor natural swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Das Haus ist mega! Sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Essen. Und alle sind super Freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: für ein Hotel, welches so super auf Hunde eingestellt und vorbereitet ist, wäre es schön, wenn der Hund wenigsten mit an den Gartenpool dürfte.

I thought size of main course at dinner was really too small

The level of service received from the hotel staff was impeccable from start to finish. We enjoyed spending time relaxing in the spa and pool area, which has multiple pools and saunas to choose from and experience. Little touches like ice cream by the pool were greatly appreciated. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable, with a mountain view and balcony. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious - we had dinner out on the terrace which gave a lovely view over the mountains. Overall would very much recommend!

Here we are again. That's not surprising, because Santre has something addictive about it. However, despite this being our second stay and already having a third visit booked, we're honestly questioning whether we'll return after that. Don't get me wrong—Santre is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, this stay included too many issues that left us feeling disappointed. Our first visit was during the winter, while this time we stayed in May. We always try to visit during quieter periods, yet we've noticed the prices increasing significantly. We usually stay for a week. Our first stay cost around €2,500, the second €3,300, the third €3,800, and for a fourth trip—which we've now decided to cancel—we were quoted €4,500. Considering that we also spend approximately €1,500 on wine, champagne, the bar, and spa treatments during each stay, we're beginning to question whether the overall experience still justifies the cost. Another downside was the growing number of Instagram influencers constantly taking photos and filming videos around the spa and pool areas. Being unintentionally captured on camera while you're trying to relax is something we found very intrusive. Speaking of the pool, we also found it uncomfortable that full-body swimwear, such as burkinis, is permitted in the pool. In our personal opinion, it doesn't align with the level of hygiene and comfort we expect from a luxury wellness hotel. There were also a few smaller issues. The pool cues are clearly due for replacement, and seeing owners or staff members smoking on the terrace next to the bar while on duty doesn't leave the most professional impression. It's also worth noting that American Express is not accepted. Despite these criticisms, Santre remains a place where you can enjoy excellent food, spacious and comfortable rooms, and truly relax—provided the atmosphere is peaceful. Overall, Santre used to offer outstanding value for money.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre au 3e étage avec une magnifique vue. Nous avons très bien mangé, les déjeuners buffet et à la carte sont excellents. De même pour les soupers avec 3 choix d'entrées et de repas. Nous avons eu le buffet dessert le samedi absolument exceptionnel. Les installations sont magnifiques, piscine, spa. Le cadre est relaxant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le calme au bord de la piscine. Pas de musique et c'était parfait. La vue de la piscine est sublime.

Il serait apprécié d'inclure l'eau plate et pétillante au souper, ça améliorerait l'expérience. De même que le café. De plus des salières poivrières à chaque table seraient appréciées. Deux grandes oreillers seraient mieux qu'une grande et une petite mais elles étaient confortable et c'est un choix personnel

There could have been a staff stationed in and around the spa to guide new users on textile free spa etiquette and also to enforce the restrictions of mobile phones within the spa to respect the privacy of other guests.

Loved the food, the presentation and orchestration of the facility and the dining process. The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

酒店的設計很新穎， 裝修很新非常清潔乾淨， 泳池的設計也很漂亮，relax area也很舒適 。酒店座落於山上非常寧靜。

酒店的員工不夠親切，酒店屬於高檔次價位的，不過服務不夠殷勤， 令我實在很失望。我們住的房間旁邊有一個很大的黑色建築物阻擋景觀，當我們問酒店職員關於景觀被阻擋時， 職員只是冷漠的說他什麼東西也做不到， 房間就是這樣的。 不過我們訂的房型沒有特別便宜所以不明白為什麼景觀會被這樣 阻擋。 而且吃晚餐時， 我們問餐廳職員可不可以坐露台位置， 一開始職員說沒有， 因為已經全滿， 但過幾分鐘後又說有， 之後我留意到全晚其實外面還有很多空位置。

Goeie ligging en gratis toegang tot de kabel lift 1 keer per dag. De lift naar boven is echt de moeite waard. Mooie en comfortabele suite. Gezellige bar. De meeste medewerkers waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De paar uitzonderingen brengen het niveau gelukkig niet naar beneden.

Wifiverbinding was echt waardeloos. Continue mobiel internet moeten gebruiken. Slaapcomfort zou beter kunnen vooral de kussens waren niet goed, vooral veel lucht maar weinig vulling.

Vraiment très très bien j ai apprécié les repas et leurs présentation le petit déjeuner avec des produits excellent et beaucoup de choix et un personnel vraiment bien et serviables cela fait la 2ème fois que l'on vient ici et j y retournerai.

Great, staff, amazing food, fantastic location and facilities

This would have been 10/10 had the room not been under the restaurant. My wife and I escaped our young children for some rest only to find we could not sleep due to scrapping chairs from the restaurant above our room. This is not what we would have expected from a hotel with such a price tag. We would *only return if we would be guaranteed a quieter room without this issue.

Great facilities that had lot's of fun activities organized. I definitely took advantage of the hikes.

Das Serviceniveau war leider nicht durchgehend gleichbleibend. Insbesondere die jüngeren Mitarbeitenden wirkten engagierter und haben insgesamt einen besseren Eindruck hinterlassen. Zudem waren in den Sun Suites störende Motorgeräusche zu hören. Spätestens ab etwa 6 Uhr morgens war an eine ruhige Nachtruhe nicht mehr zu denken.

Everything, it was absolutely perfect. I did my proposal on the suit's terrace, it was an exceptional moment, my fiancee loved it and she said yes on this amazing view.

The only part I didn’t like that u have to be fully naked only the towel around the body in the SPA facility. This is not acceptable in many cultures.

Love hotel’s beautiful design, the room is spacious with Mountain Views. The staff are very friendly to meet our needs. The breakfast was served with all local fresh and hot meals, it was so delicious! We enjoyed our stay so much and wish to come back soon!

The hotel is stylish, modern, and impressively designed with exceptional attention to detail. Nearly everything was custom-made and branded with the hotel’s logo, creating a truly unique and luxurious atmosphere. The service was outstanding, and the facilities were first-class throughout our stay. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and will continue to do so. I hope to return one day for another relaxing and memorable vacation. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options available. Even the evening bar, with its live music and entertainment, was a pleasure to experience. The hotel also offered a fantastic range of activities, including yoga, Pilates, stretching classes, e-bike tours, hiking, wellness treatments, and more. There was so much to do that the only challenge was finding enough time to enjoy it all.

Can't think of much. There was a wide variety of food options available, which was great. However, it would have been nice to see a few simpler, more classic dishes on the menu, such as a steak with fries or a traditional cacio e pepe pasta. Most of the offerings were creative, unique, and presented in smaller portions. That said, guests were free to order multiple dishes and as many servings as they wanted, which made it easy to sample a wide range of flavors and was a nice touch.

Ein wunderschönes Wellnesshotel, das mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die gesamte Atmosphäre lädt vom ersten Moment an zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das stets bemüht ist, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Dies gilt auch für das Restaurant, wo man sich jederzeit herzlich willkommen fühlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist großzügig gestaltet, bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Hier kann man wunderbar abschalten und den Alltag hinter sich lassen. Auch das Essen hat uns überzeugt. Die Speisen sind lecker und die Auswahl ist groß, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Hotel für eine erholsame Auszeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Stayed there for 3 nights and we still left feeling we didn't see everything. The place is huge and full of facilities. There's also some indoor and outdoor activities they do daily. Our room had a private sauna and jacuzzi, and it's as romantic and exceptional as it sounds. The lobby has a nice bar with comfy couches, as well as a piano, a billiard table, and a kids' room. Breakfast is very rich, and the dinner is a gourmet-style dinner. My wife didn't always like what she got, but thankfully it was just a matter of 2-3 bites anyway. :) The staff is very kind and they all spoke English well. During check-in they offered to park our car and bring in our luggages, and vice-versa during the check-out. Absolutely recommend it as a romantic spot to stay in.

В полупансион не входят напитки, еда посредственная, не вкусная, ни в ресторане на ужин, ни в баре на обед. Кондиционер не работает, сотрудник сказал исправит проблему, но на момент выселения ничего не изменилось. В spa атмосфера городской бани, отказались от посещения.

I had a very unforgettable experience in Santre dolomythic home. Their staff are very helpful and friendly, helping park the car and bring the luggage to our room. They clean the room everyday as well. As for the facility, they have everything that I need. There were two days raining when we stayed there so we just relax in the swimming pool and bar, we still enjoyed the day. Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Tento hotel nás opět nadchl! Personál je neskutečně milý a po celou dobu se snaží, aby byl váš pobyt co nejpříjemnější. Hotel je čistý a velmi udržovaný, všude panuje klidná a relaxační atmosféra. Moc jsme si užili také masáže a sauna rituály, které náš relax ve spa ještě více zpříjemnily. Dále oceňujeme velký výběr na snídani kvalitních surovin. Do Brixen vyrážíme cíleně právě kvůli tomuto hotelu a rozhodně ne naposledy!

Even with high expectations before checking in, the place still exceeded every expectation we had! Easily the best place we have stayed so far! Half-board makes everything simple.
