All perfect

The spa and location were excellent.

We did not get a tour around or information about the hotel on check in so were not sure where everything was and had to ask about the restaurants, breakfast, the spa, where we could book activities etc every time we wanted to do something. One of our waiters made a pointed comment at dinner about how fast we were eating which made us quite uncomfortable and we made efforts to slow down so they could keep up. Obviously not the end of the world but definitely not something I would expect at a hotel at this level. The cleaners knocked every morning before 9am to do housekeeping. This is very early in my experience, and disrupted both of our mornings there. The spa was lovely but no hooks or anything to put my robe or a box for my jewellery. The massage experience felt quite rushed. Overall a fabulous hotel in an incredible location but there did feel like a few service issues to be ironed out which was a bit disappointing considering you are paying well over €1000 a night here. We raised these issues in the hotel’s own feedback form and have not received any response.

Hands down the best hotel we’ve ever been! Amazing experience from the first minute, you feel welcomed and seen. The hotel is amazing, the views spectacular and breakfast and dinners are top of the top. You need to go there at least once in your life.

Мало сказать понравилось всё!этот отель это магия во всем!На каждой локации можно сидеть часами. Завтраки шикарные, вид из окна и ресторан - это выше любых пожеланий. Сервис очень внимательный и не навязчивый. В этот отель хочется возвращаться всегда!

The spectacular view of Odle mountains. Spacious room, peaceful environment, and fantastic breakfast. Full facilitates that you can literally spend all your time in the hotel. Especially good when it rains as weather in the mountains could be unpredictable.

The hotel locates on the top of the mountain, so driving requires skills... a lot of skill! We experienced rains, fogs, thunders, and even snows... in only 3 days. I will not be able to arrive at the hotel without my husband's driving.

Impeccable attention to detail and truly exceptional hospitality. They made us feel completely unique, treating us as if we were the only guests in the entire world

I have stayed at more that 50 luxurious resorts around the world. However, Forestis exceeded my expectations. We were visiting this resort for our honeymoon and we were both stressed from work and the wedding preparations. Staying at this resort completely refreshed us physically and mentally. Literally everything was perfect. The staff were kind, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was outstanding. Waking up everyday to the views of the dolomites was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this stay for couples.

Unbelievable view from our room and throughout the facility. Everthing was extremely well done. Furnishings, towels, sheeting, all lovely. The spa was spectacular and the 7 course dinners incredible. Breakfast was my favorite meal as there were world class pastries made in house as well as a broad selection of other items from fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, cheeses, meats and of course hot items such as eggs and pancakes. The staff were without exception warm, responsive and professional.

Its hard to pin point anything, was all exceptional. Food and drink was all amazing, the spa was also fantastic and the gym was great. Se loved the room and all the grounds in general. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming.

This is hands down the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect — there is honestly nothing to complain about. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and varied, all ingredients are fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent. The level of care really stood out: I forgot my glasses at a restaurant in a nearby town, and the hotel staff actually brought them to me. I was genuinely surprised — that kind of service is rare. The spa is fantastic, with a great variety of saunas and a very nice pool. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — if I had known, I would have gone every day instead of only at the end of our stay. The internet was another big surprise: incredibly fast and reliable, easily one of the best Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, especially impressive for a mountain location. I also really appreciated the pillow selection — this matters a lot to me. The pillows and mattress were perfect, and I slept like a baby. We will definitely be coming back, maybe in summer, and without a doubt again next winter. Absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended

Garden 餐厅真的非常难吃……牛排非常柴又不香表面没有煎焦，trout的汁咸到我怀疑人生。虽然我饿得全吃完了，但是还是感觉好难吃。一家酒店里两个餐厅的水平怎么能差这么多。另外建议订塔楼套房的住客提前要求住高楼层，我住最低一层，景观都被树冠挡住了。

В этот раз я снова остановился в отеле — это был уже мой пятый или шестой визит. При заселении сотрудник ресепшн задал вопрос, нахожусь ли я в отеле впервые. Для постоянного гостя такой вопрос звучит разочаровывающе и создаёт ощущение, что история визитов и лояльность клиентов здесь никак не учитываются. Это производит впечатление отсутствия или неиспользования CRM-системы и в целом слабой работы с постоянными гостями. Также отмечу, что в предыдущие визиты я оставлял конкретные замечания и пожелания, в том числе по совсем базовым деталям — например, по отсутствию полочек для очков в зоне спа, а также по ряду других моментов. За прошедшее время ничего из этого не было реализовано. Разочаровывает не наличие самих недочётов, а тот факт, что обратная связь гостей, в том числе повторных, остается без реакции. Это создаёт ощущение безразличия со стороны менеджмента и не соответствует уровню сервиса, который отель заявляет.

Forestis is, without question, a place of extraordinary natural beauty and great design. I learned about it last winter while staying in a hotel near by and needed to try this year. The setting is stunning, immersed in forest and mountains, remote, silent, and visually powerful, with beautiful views of the Dolomites. The overall concept and architecture are strong and well thought through. The spa is truly exceptional. The sauna area is outstanding, and the spa concept is very well executed. I had requested in advance a therapist with a physiotherapy background, and this was respected. My treatment with Andrea was excellent and genuinely helped with long-standing pain and was a true highlight of the stay. The pool, views, sauna, and overall spa atmosphere are among the strongest elements of the experience. Breakfast was very good, with high quality and local products and a pleasant start to the day.

Overall service is inconsistent and does not always align with the expectations created by the setting and price point. While service in the spa and at breakfast was warm and professional, other interactions felt less attentive and at times poorly coordinated. On Christmas morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:45 am. Despite activating the “do not disturb” button, they returned again about ten minutes later, disrupting what should have been a calm and restorative start to the day. On the evening of departure, there was another unnecessary interruption when housekeeping insisted on delivering a departure information sheet, despite the fact that departure had already been arranged at reception earlier. There was also an issue with the transfer arrangements, which added to the sense of instability during the stay. To the hotel’s credit, this was ultimately acknowledged and the transfer was refunded. But stressful, especially in such a remote area. Outside of breakfast, however, the dining experience was not particularly impressive and did not stand out. Overall, there was a lack of a consistent sense of stability, which is particularly challenging in such a remote location designed for rest, reconnection, and inner calm. For a retreat where one goes to slow down and reconnect with oneself, this inconsistency was noticeable. Forestis has immense strengths, a remarkable natural setting and an exceptional spa, but it currently feels somewhat shaped by social media hype. With greater consistency in service and guest experience, it could truly live up to the image it projects. For a property positioned as a high end wellness retreat, gaps in coordination, repeated room interruptions, a lack of continuity in the guest experience, and overall service consistency stand out more than they should.

Everything from location, to views, to the room and food was perfect. We ended up extending our stay and would love to go back and experience each season at this hotel.

Forestis Dolomites made our honeymoon even more perfect. We couldn’t remember everyone’s name, but thanks to Sophia, who warmly welcomed us at check-in, Bruno, who made our dinner truly delightful, and all the wonderful staff, we spent an unforgettable two days. If we visit the Dolomites again, we will definitely come back to Forestis. Thank you for giving us a perfect honeymoon. ❤️

Un peu cher mais l’expérience est vraiment unique. J’ai rarement eu en Europe ce niveau de services auprès de la clientèle.

The most relaxing weekend! The staff was amazing! Irene made all of our meals fabulous and everyone at the spa was exceptional.

It’s the sort of hotel you don’t want to leave. The design of the building, the location, the staff, the offer, and the food are all wonderful. The friendly staff will go above and beyond to make your stay special.

The gym could do with a few more bits of equipment and heavier dumb bells but this is nit picking.

기대를 많이 했음에도 기대이상이었던 호텔입니다. 직원분들의 환대와 환상적인 뷰, 로컬푸드로 가득했던 저녁과 조식. 수영장, 피트니스센터, 사우나까지 어느하나 부족함이 없었습니다. 진짜 매우매우매우 만족합니다. 다시 돌로미티에 간다해도 꼭 방문하겠습니다. 석식도 물론 맛있었지만 조식의 과일, 베이커리류가 진짜 아직도 생각이 나요.

접근성? ㅋㅋㅋ 우회전과 좌회전을 유턴하듯이 해야합니다 마을 초입 등에 호텔 방향 표시가 있으면 좋을 듯 합니다. 산으로 꽤 깊이 들어가는데 긴가민가 하면서 들어가게 되거든요..

호텔로써 경험할 수 있는 최고의 여행 호텔. 저녁 식사 장소 공간은 새로운 경험을 줍니다.

The massage in the spa was very expensive and not done well, it caused a persistent pain that lingered for days after.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Le personnel est très avenant, tout est très propre, la piscine et le spa sont magnifiques. Nous y avons très très bien mangé. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le gâteau offert au petit déjeuner pour l'anniversaire de mon mari alors que nous n'avions rien dit à l'hôtel. La chambre était splendide et très bien équipée (sèche-cheveux Dyson, frigo, produits d'hygiène, pantoufles, thé et tisanes très bonnes, ...). Vraiment tout était parfait. L'ambiance était apaisante.

S'il faut vraiment chercher la petite bête, les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables.
