The door didn’t close fully even after dead bolt applied, it permeated smoke smelll, the floors were filthy with dirt, bottle caps, and the hair dryer had years of built up grime. It felt like the Bates motel.

It was all safe and comfortable.

Cleaning is terrible. Sheets smell like sweating, coffee stains in bed tables, did not leave immediately to use my money and because they asked for a $200 CAD security deposit when checking in, which is crazy.

The room was nicely sized and comfortable.

My window had no curtain. And at times it was too warm.

Smelly room TV has porn movies which my 12 yr old son and 15 yr old daughter accidentally saw while TV surfing!!! The reception didnot even warn us!

Everything. Room smells weird, washroom sink was clogged, there was bugs inside the room and the floor carpet was also sticky.

Je déconseille fortement. Chambre sale avec poil et où cheveux partout sur la couverture sur la vanité, poignée pour l’eau du bain brisée, coulisse sur les cadres, odeur nauséabonde. Chambre devrait être entièrement rénovée. Présence de prostitution, présence de sans abri. Personne a l’accueil la nuit, donc personne présent pour un départ vers 6h.

Le réceptionniste de nuit. J’ai commendé une chambre de deux grands lits et un fauteuil. Mais le réceptionniste nous a donné la chambre contenant seulement les deux grands lits sans fauteuil et kitchenette.

Une fois rentrée dans la chambre, j'étais contente, c'était pas pire. J'ai aimé l'emplacement. J'ai adoré madame housekeeping " Trinidadian " lady, qui s'assurait que j'allais bien et que j'avais toujours ce que j'avais besoin tous les jours. Mon expérience était bien. Toutes les choses étaient à leur place

À première vue, l'entrée ressemble à un espace très ordinaire. J'avais demandé une chambre non fumeur mais ma chambre sentait la cigarette chaque fois que je rentrais dedans. Les gens une soirée étaient très bruillant aux petites heures du matin.

Could clearly hear music/tv from the room beside. There was very little to no sound barrier between these 2 rooms.

First thing I did was immediately do a room check. Although it needs some upkeeping with the chipped walls and chipped furniture, The room was clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. My stay was pretty peaceful, and the Inn was in a good location. Overall a good place especially if you're going to be there to sleep and shower and be out and about all day.

There's a $200 down payment (or 150 US dollars) that you pay upfront before getting your room key. Also, the fridge in the room as well as the shower did leak a bit but I let the custodians know.

There is something going on in this hotel. Believe me when I saw do not go on the Wi-Fi. There is a group of individuals trying to steal your information. If your cell phones and tablet start acting strange it’s because of this.

It is old and smells really bad as I got a smoking room and I had no clue it was. The room itself needs alot of Reno’s. The baseboard are half off in places and it can be seen that the upkeep of it has not been done.

Cleanliness. Room smelled. Quality of people it attracted.

I liked that the beds were clean, the room was clean and tidy and that it had a fridge and a microwave.

It's a bad sketchy area and there seemed to be working girls around the area, it just didn't feel like a safe place to stay.

В номере был запах сигарет. Нам дали спрей, но это не слишком помогает. К сожалению некоторые гости курят в номерах.

I was charged almost double what the ad on booking.com was advertising.

Zeer behulpzaam personeel en snelle respons op vragen. Onze vlucht was vertraagd, maar het was geen probleem om later in te checken. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de wasmachine en droogkast, de man achter de balie heeft ons goed uitgelegd hoe we in de wasruimte binnen konden.

Donkere kamer. Op 1 deken een brandplek van een sigaret.

Good location on a major road. Close to a variety of restaurants. Good value for clean comfortable rooms.

Old.. needs a MAJOR RENOVATION. Well, for $145/night it should he better than it is.

Price was fair and moderately okay

overall good place just needs to be cleaned detailed, little things matter a lot for the price it’s not bad at all but the $200 deposit for a place like this isn’t worth it in my opinion

バス停に近いからトロント市内には割と簡単に行けた。ベッドが広い。テレビもWifiも普通に使える。

The bed needs replacing, it had a huge dip in it so not comfortable. The other guests were slamming their doors and talking loudly thru the night . So we were sleep deprived before an early flight out 😡😡

My team were not happy in a.miserable way because nobody would come up and fix the Air Conditioning. The room was sweltering hot all the time. My team will never come back to this.hotel again!
