Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Chambre confortable et propre. Stationnement gratuit. Idéalement situé en banlieue, dans un quartier plutôt tranquille et sécuritaire, et déjà en direction de Niagara Falls. Déjeuner inclus.
Pas beaucoup d'espace pour déjeuner. Peut-être songez à aménager un autre local.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel.
Leider ist die Lage direkt an der Dundas Street nicht gut, da viele Autofahrer sie abends als Rennstrecke nutzen.

Muy lejos si no tienes carro, distante de todas partes. Lugar para el desayuno tiene 3 o 4 mesas de 2 personas. Tuvimos que llevar el desayuno a nuestra habitación. Además, olvidé en el baño un shampoo muy caro casi nuevo (se que es mi culpa), pero llamé un par de horas después y ya había desaparecido.

The bathroom was dirty in places( side of the tub and wall, looked like vomit) the staff kept leaning over me and emptying the garbage etc while I and others were trying to get our breakfast. They should be waiting for customers to gather things they need and give them that space to do so. It is also a small space guests need the space, restocking soon be done quickly or communicate to the guests when you need to stock something dont just push in front of them and lean over their plates.

Reviewed May 31, 2026I like the cleanliness and the breakfast. The suit look pretty decent. Lamps have USB ports. Bedding was nice and fresh. Shampoo and liquid soap have pleasant aroma. The suit equipped with window air conditioner and heater
No ventilation fan in the bathroom or it didn’t work. As all windows don’t open moisture from bathroom can’t get anywhere. Smoke alarm is needed to be fixed as it worked in the evening.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht. Es gab bereits Duschutensilien. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab überall mehrere Steckdosen. Der Frühstücksraum war zwar klein, aber es war alles da, was man bräuchte. Die Busanbindung war auch sehr gut Einkaufsläden waren direkt gegenüber.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Gas station, Wallmart, Dollarama and Costco just minutes away, parking available and included in price, clean, comfortable bed, stuff was fine, bathroom and shower were good. Fridge and microwave in the room which was a big plus. We had a good 2 nights stay.
There was a misunderstanding about the room. I have requested a room on a higher floor and when I arrived at the hotel, because it was too early, the gentlemen at the reception asked me to come a little later, He also told me that they were about to prepare a room at the 3rd floor. When I was back later another guy received me and he gave me a room (103) in the basement saying that all the rest were taken. I refused, so he called someone and then I was eventually located at the 4th (last floor) where in fact there were plenty of rooms available. For breakfast is better to look for a Tim Hortons nearby.

Generally, you don't find such level of cooperation in such profit making business. The hotel truly care for its guests.
