the visual outside the room was mid at best if we looked just base on photo outside we wouldnt have take the room

Very run down, towel rack falling off, curtains ripped, bed lamp broken, bathroom fan really dirty. Bathroom door sticking hard to open.

Room was old but ok.

Building needs repair and maintenance, carpets were old and worn stair ways were dirty Tv was not working. it would have been ok for $50 a night but for $180 i expected more.

Dirty hotel in a terrible condition. Stained sheets, damp all around the bedroom, no security lock on the door, walls covered in marks and dirt. I dread to think what is living in the mattresses. Never again.

Everything could not sleep in bed found a hair in my bed. Tv didn't work. Was a hole patched in wall. Curtain was ripped.

From the pictures on website the establishment looked cleaner. The front entrance was not very clean, the hallway floors were dirty, and the room was below standard for cleanliness. While the staff were very friendly, due to the lack of cleanliness I would not return to this hotel in the future.

For about 4 hours we had people being loud and smoking pot on the ground floor below our room so our a/c unit picked up the smell

Obviously the price was attractive. The desk attendant was very pleasant and tried to give us a better room.

The rooms were small and smelly and did not look at all like the photo. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the towel rack was being held up with scotch tape. The beds were not remotely comfortable. The attendant let us look at a different room but it was not much better and the bed made a loud sound when sat on. I am pretty are there was an undercover officer staked out, as he was there for at least 3 hours.

I had lost my i.d after being out after the Blue Jays game. I tried to pick up my deposit and had a bit of a hard time getting it but I completely understand and applaud they diligent effort to prove I was the one that left the deposit. I had a different piece of i.d but was not the one I used to check in so she went back to the video footage to be sure I was the person that checked in. It was a bit of a nuisance but I'm glad she took the time to be sure my deposit was not given to the wrong person. She was very kind and understanding of my situation. Would definitely recommend this hotel, mainly because of her kindness and I feel she went above and beyond her job description. The only thing I did not like was the police randomly asking anyone in a car for their i.d and why they were in the parking lot. They showed up twice while we stayed the one night. The officer was very rude and while I know I did not have to give my i.d without cause, it was just easier and faster to just give it so they can run the names so we can leave. Unless the hotel asked them then they should not be doing that on a private property

I felt prettyng i felt ok about was that the sheets were clean if not i could not sleep. Bathroom light fixtures the dust is just hanging from. Need a new cleaning crew here. Place needs much tender loving care.

The room looked clean but actually it was very dirty. The wooden flooring was so dirty. Without shoes, your feet or socks would completely get black and dirty. There were spiders inside the room. The bed sheets had stains. Toilet was comparatively cleaner than the room but the door and walls have dents on it. Overall, it's okay for one night but it was not worth what you are paying for.

Property inside could use a refresh and deeper clean. Linens and towel were very white and clean. Front desk stzff excellent

This is a warning to everyone looking to stay here. It's not great....at all. It started badly with a "lady of the night" pacing the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Then there was a broken hypodermic needle in the parking spot next to my vehicle. Getting into the lobby, it was very very worn down and dirty. The employee behind the desk was polite and professional, so no concerns about that. It was a bit odd that the deposit for damage was $200 instead of the customary $100, but it was returned at the end anyway. The room was nasty. The bathroom had damage to it as if it were punched. The sink was dirty. The walls had multiple stains, rips, dirt, and a spider. Thankfully, after checking the beds, there were no bedbugs, but I discovered blood stains on one of the box spring sheets. I have included pictures of various obvious issues I found. Overall, this place needs to be closed down, rehauled, renovated, or rebuilt, but it is NOT fit for people to stay in. I'm very very disappointed in the stay, especially for the price I paid. The second star is for the employee who was professional.

Room a little smaller than I usually have, but met my needs. Staff helpful and can direct you to anywhere you want to go. Indoor malls, fast food and restaurants are all conveniently close. Bus service available if required.

i like the castle room only room we ever stay in its nice 2 levels hot tub needs some fixing nothing serious but noticed it’s leaking over all i always enjoy my stay with my husband

While the staff was friendly and courteous, the room smelled of feet and a powder that might have been used to try to cover the smell. The room looked clean but it was hard to get over the smell in the room. A lot of parking was very convenient since we were pulling a trailer and did not have to pay for parking here.

Oh wow if you want budget hotel way past its prime then that is exactly what you are getting. After reading the reviews we thought we would give it a try on our quick 2 day lay over. Check in was decent, new staff training so it took a few extra minutes which isn’t a big deal. We had a lower room and yikes! Looked like the door had been kicked in a couple times. The term “lipstick on a pig” applies to the room. A few attempts were made to disguise the fact that it may have once housed the homeless… flooring somewhat recently redone. A canvas painting haphazardly nailed to the walls with a convenient punched hole beside it. A positive is that the beds were clean and comfortable. Old food from previous customers were left in the freezer. The bathroom had (hopefully) seen better days as it came complete with a bright red light that did not work. As a quick budget stay when all you need is a quick bed and rest then this should do fine but anything beyond that I would probably suggest looking around. One thing we did enjoy was the proximity to a local kids park two blocks away in which we frequented to avoid staying in the room. All in all I kinda wish we had cancelled and moved elsewhere, but it is what it is.

They took a 200$ “payment” not security deposit, payment, from my card and told me the next day at checkout it would be reimbursed in 5 to 7 business days. I don’t believe this to be legal and should be looked into. Not happy,

Seemed somewhat overpriced but was safe and clean and was good for a one night stay while we attended a concert

There was a hole in the door in the toilet. There was someone smoking in front my room and there were cigarette butts on the ground outside my room. I have pictures but I not going to bother to upload them. There are a few restaurants nearby that are good e.g. Fat Fork. The hotel looks great in pictures but is shabby on the inside with wall that have stains that one coat of paint would easily fix and carpet that is scruffed up. On the good side there was water and the toilets flushed. Hotel is far away from everything. The very first day we came there was a man smoking weed on the outside in front of my room. I think the number was 101 on the outside. By the time we got to the room he wasn't there but I began to wonder what kind of place it was. This place is far from everything.....don't go there. And take note in the smaller places like this one, they take out the damage deposit on arrival and tell you you'll get it back in about 6 days time after checkout. Bigger hotels just hold money until the day of checkout. I paid online for 2 days but I left after the first day.

Was not our idea of a modest stay. We didn’t want to splurge for a few hours of sleep but you clearly get what you’re paying for. Dirty sink and mirror in the bathroom, the couch was full of crumbs and sand. Not a great location but check in was quick. No receipt for the deposit nor for the room charges.

For the price and last second booking. The place was very accommodating.

Room was dirty in the weirdest ways. Strange red brown liquids on the walls like someone had a food fight in there, grease on the wall painting that ruined my shirt, let shower run before use and shower floor was dirty. Cleaned some of the room myself easily so it should have been cleaned by staff. Wifi was terrible, TV barely worked, freezers didnt really keep anything frozen and sheets had a lot of yellow stains. Would not stay here again.

It's in a good position where you can go shopping and go to Airport easily. Services are good and price is reasonable.

The staff were great to us and the room was perfect for our needs. One standout point in our room was the fact that there were two sinks so if someone is using the washroom another can still prep in the outer sink.

Well the man at the front desk when we checked in was helpful and polite. Unfortunately the back side of this motel where our room was, was littered, had prostitution going on in the 2 rooms next to us and drug activity. Police pulled in a few times. Room was ok.. walls dirty.

Arrived late and left early. Room was comfortable and the price is great for the GtA. Smart TV.

Matelas peu confortable, vraiment basique. - savon et shampoing qui mousse à peine. - café (1 sachet de décaféiné pendant 3 nuitées) - Bruit: des voisins qui fument devant du marijuana les chambres jusque vers 2h du matin
