Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The hotel was clean and very friendly. I was not expecting a nice hotel for the price paid, but it was pretty decent. I mean, you are in Mexico, so they won't be absolutely perfect due to it being an old hotel. The landscaping by the pool is absolutely beautiful. The pool was warm for the time of year, but it was relaxing after a long drive from AZ. It was across the street from a nice restaurant/bar and next to an Oxxo.
Not enough pillows in the room and couldn't figure out the tv.

Gaps in the both doors letting light, noise and bugs in. Our sea view was bad, electrical wires and restaurant blocked it. Traffic noise was terrible. TV didn’t work. Dust on lamp was an inch thick. No bowls, cups or cutlery in kitchenette. We had a storm and it flooded our room due to gap in door. No way you could enjoy the balcony due to road noise. At night someone was able to come into our room while we were in it. Fled when my husband yelled at them. However I will say the staff were really nice and polite!

La puerta , no pudimos entra noche que llegamos. No tuvimos agua para bañarnos,no hubo luz por consiguiente toda la noche calor no servía aire acondicionado. Por la lluvia se llenó tierra y basura Alberca .no pudimos utilizarla

Es evidente que el hotel no se da abasto con su personal. Las personas de la limpieza fueron muy amables pero nos entregaron la habitación una hora después del check in porque aún no estaba limpia. Para el check in también había una larga fila.

Un hotel en muy mal estado. Nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en línea. Baños demasiados sucios. Muebles en mal estado. Sábanas manchadas. Me querían cobrar extra que porque hacía falta una toalla. Un fuerte olor a drenaje afuera. La verdad no quiero volverme a hospedar allí.

Muy descuidado las sillas de la alberca solo servían unas cuantas muy maltratadas las puertas de los cuartos agrietadas puerta corrediza del balcón se batallaba para ponerle seguro la alberca muy sucia aunque que al día siguiente alguien la estaba limpiando

Little things like new bathroom taps and a exterior paint job. It's a nice litt;e hotel and for the price its a good option. But it is a same to watch it go downhill.

The curtains were adequate.The sliding glass door in to the courtyard handles did not latch very good. They need to be replaced. Large gaps around the front door. Not enough outlets by the bed. It took to long to get hot water to the shower

It was noisy being close to the main road, and we stayed on a weekend night. There was a DJ at a nearby bar that played until 2-3am, the music was very loud and affected sleep.
