Reviewed Aug 25, 2026We stayed here as a family, my wife and I with our four children, and we booked two rooms. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed, with an excellent layout and a very comfortable sitting area. The facilities in the rooms were excellent and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to the Haram and within easy walking distance. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely and the service was excellent. All the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Saleh, who was extremely helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were always kept very clean. The restaurant and food were top class and the views were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay as a family. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I don’t think you could find a much better option this close to the Haram.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. We stayed as a family with four children and had two rooms, and everyone was very happy with the stay. Everything from the rooms and cleanliness to the service, location and restaurant was excellent. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.
