Very near to haram - 3 minutes and you are in the door next to ladies' prayer area. Near sila free parking space (5min), parking exist but busy and very tight. smiling morning managers (Hasan and lady receptionist). Good cleaning staff at 12 floor (Ali Hassan)

This is also called Deyar el eiman, few deyar hotels around so don't get confused. I had plumbing issue in toilet and smelled bad but the night manager couldn't arrange for change over, cleaner couldn't clear it so asked the morning manager to change room, which worked fine. I had three car scratches in the car park, but the security guard said it is nothing and guest would have long gone. complain but no point. what a service. don't use their car park if you large car.

Staff was superb and very close to Masjid al Nabawi.. clean and quick service from the staff.. specially Mohammad hasan, irfan nasir were very polite and dedicated staff

They did not let me park in basement even though there were empty parkings and in booking parking was included

Actually I booked the room for other day and I arrived one day earlier and the staff was very helpful, they changed the booking and they staff was very polite. Thanks for them.

Location was superp Staff was very efficient n kind.Esp Mr Hassan for our room service provided us with missing toiletries in no time.

Breakfast utensils need review.most of the bowls n plates had broken edges.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Omar Farouk. He was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. His excellent service made my stay more comfortable

Great location, Best of early morning prayer (Tahajud). Nearby food locations and market. Night manager was of great help but general manager 'Hasan', morning lady at reception and ali hasan 'cleaning staff' were of great help.

Very tight car park, we had a small scratches on car bumper from car doors. no footage was available to support, we were told. I perefered open free car park next to mount sila', which was 4 minutes walk over two main road crossing. We had smell coming from plumbing issue, mentioned to night manager, nothing happened, asked cleaning staff, they cleaned the toilet but nothing sorted, next day asked the Lady at the reception and she moved us from our room to a better room.

الغرفه ضيقة جدا الريسبشن ضيق بعيد نسبيا عن باب الرجال

اعجبني قرب الفندق من المسجد النبوي ونظافته وتعاون الموظفين

كان هناك ازعاج من الانشاءات خلف الفندق في بعض الاوقات

The property was very clean and everything is working perfectly, room service and maintenance was always on time the service was exceptional I’ll stay in this hotel whenever i visit madinah 🙏🙏

Excellent location, just a few minutes from Masjid Nabawi. The room was very good for the price, and the reception and housekeeping staff provided excellent customer service.

Nothing significant during my one-night stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel considering the price.

The hotel staff were amazing—very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The man and woman at reception were always available and happy to assist us. Omar from the 14th floor was also exceptionally helpful and regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was good overall, although I had expected it to be a little closer to the places we needed to visit with my parents. Nevertheless, it was still convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

The only downsides were that the room was a little small and not as spacious as we had expected. The parking area was also quite tight, which made parking a little difficult. However, considering the excellent service and how helpful and welcoming the staff were, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

Close to women prayer section, has parking, and very clean.

Excellent service and very professional staff I had a very pleasant stay at Kingsgate Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. The check-in and any requests were handled quickly and smoothly. The housekeeping team was also excellent. The room was cleaned very well, and the service was consistently fast and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Mr. Zahangir-Mia, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive and competent every single day. He always made sure that everything was taken care of and was ready to assist whenever needed. His dedication and excellent attitude really made a difference to my stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the professional management, fast service, excellent reception and outstanding housekeeping team. The staff genuinely care about their guests and provide a high standard of service. I would definitely recommend Kingsgate Hotel and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Madinah. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Mr. Zahangir-Mia, for the excellent service!

The room service specially omar farooq on 14th floor was very efficient and supportive and really help to address some gapsnof facility.

السرير الخاص بالماستر خشن وغير مريح بالبته كما طلبت تبديله وتم الرفض وموقع الغرف يطل على التوسعة للحرم وصوة الإزعاج لا يطاق والمواقف مع العلم بحجزي للفندق بناءً على الموقف للسيارة فأتفاجئ بعدم تلبيت الطلب إلا على حسب وجود موقف شاغر وكما طلب مني إيقاف السياره في مواقف المستشفى اللي تلي الفندق من الخلف وهذا أمر لا يطاق

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The housekeeping team was also outstanding, especially Ali Hussein, who was always cheerful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were very good, everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Another great advantage was that both the check-in and check-out procedures were very quick and smooth, with no unnecessary waiting. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality.

Room size very small cannot pray or Dine No space to open the Suitcases Toilet was super small. It was like sitting on a comode the wash basin is in front of your face. Cannot forget the designer Free parking was not provided on time, only expert drivers can park the car in the basement. I had a horrifying experience. I will never book this hotel next time

Everything I love about the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping service was very good. Everyday they visit you and make sure you will get all the stuff you need. Elevator were too good. Staff was nice and humble. Reception was also quick and they also provide parking. Overall it is 10/10

J'aurais apprécié d'avoir au moins un four micro-ondes dans la chambre, cela aurait été idéal.

قريب من المسجد النبوي وبالاخص قريب جداً من باب النساء وتعامل الموظفين كان راقي ومحترم من استقبال وحتى خدمة الغرفة واجهتني مشكله وحلوها بنفس اللحظة

الاثاث قديم نوعاً ما والمواقف ضيقه بشكل مو طبيعي لدرجة يكون معاك حارس الامن يوجهك وتاخذ وقت طويل على ماتقدر توقف ، وايضاً كان جهاز التحكم بالمكيف متعطل مايطفي بس ينقص ويرفع للحرارة

The hotel room and washroom were clean and tidy with all necessary facilities. The hotel staff were courteous and were always there to provide us whatever we needed. Must recommended to families who are looking for affordble and comfortable hotel located very near to prophet's mosque.

Great hotel with an excellent location and lovely rooms! What really made the experience stand out was the incredible service provided by our floor attendant, Hasan Raza. He was always smiling, prompt, and took great care of us. Staff like him make you want to return. Highly recommended!

Location within few minutes from Haram... Staff was cooperative... Cleanliness was better despite old interior, especially service boy Mr. Omar Faruk at 13th floor provided very good service leaving behind very neat, clean, oderless and perfumed rooms...

Central A/C was not working well due to chocked filters which later on cleaned... Underground car parking was a challenge to park and to take out cars from congested, curved and sloppy passages...
