convenient to get a food

hi i book for 5 days, but always i need to remind them to give me 2 bottles of mineral water, even white cap mineral water. also my toileteris not topup and my coffeee also. but i just request to bottles of water only

Booking room pictures and reality is different

The hotel looks shabby but should be ok if for adults to stay. It scares my young daughter. We ended up did not stay at the hotel. I chose that hotel because it is near to my friend's wedding. It would be good if breakfast provided. It would be good if more facilities are provided. The staff allows me to check in earlier than 3pm. The space at the lobby is spacious enough for kids to move around.

I should have chosen a child friendly hotel. It would be good if more facilities and breakfast are available. It would be good if the corridor are brighter and the carpet change more frequent. There is no mall or attractions nearby.

Spacious room (1 king + 1 single bed), floor is clean, clean bedsheets and a clean bathroom. It's a corner room, so it has a large window. Having a small fridge is a great touch. Staff were present even though we checked out at 6:20 AM. The hotel area has plenty of eateries, cafes, and a 24-hour convenience store. Very convenient. Thank you!

Very convenient below have 7 eleven and opposite hotel have family mart.

The concierge told us there got downtime 3hrs from 11.30pm-3.30am. And the next day i need to wake up at 7am to drive to penang. And i didnt have enough sleep thus it was a nightmare for me.

Bed is soo comfy

Aircond kurang sejuk, ambil masa lama nak sejuk. Perlu servis aircond secara berkala. Bilik tidak kedap bunyi. Boleh dengar bilik sebelah buka air paip dan bunyi batuk..

Stated no corner room and non smoking room but ended up getting corner room and the entire room smell like smoking area. Request to change room but was told the hotel is full and no further action taken. We do understand that room is subject to availability but at least offer to spray something or help open window so we don’t feel like staying in a smoking room. Towel is like they have been used for more than 5 years and not changed. B

The bathroom is very clean

The room is clean and spacious

They only have iron facility at the hotel corridor. The quality of the iron(old, non steam iron, no water spray) is bad that I almost burn my cloth. I hope they could invest for proper steaming iron it will make a huge difference for customers.

Location was away from city centre. We chose it because of its proximity near family members in Adda Heights.

Towels were worn out and old, feel like rags. On Sunday 12 April 2026, there was no housekeeping, no top up of coffee sachets nor water bottles. We did not know until we return to hotel room after 8pm that evening. As it was too late for housekeeping, we called reception for fresh towels and 3 water bottles, but they only brought towels and 2 water bottles, with no explanation why there was no housekeeping. The next day on 13 April, housekeeping handed us coffee satchets and 2 water bottles on the day we were checking out. Room has no windows and there was no ventilation other than aircon. Note: Another family member had another room with windows but the loud noise from motorcycles at night kept her awake. She was also awaken with the early morning prayer bellowing from the mosque behind the hotel.

When check out time... The staff ask us to paid sst... Y when check in time never mentioned anything.... Like a deposit and sst... At last the payment I made extra RM 55.50 for damage claim never refund... The hotel management ask me to collect from booking.com... is it fair.... Really not satisfied.... The staff also never give a proper explanation....

Generally it's a clean and spacious hotel.

Every things is quite new.
