The breakfast was good with a lot of variety but the friendliness of the staff made our stay very enjoable

Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, aber ok, der Hafen mit dem netten Restaurant Isabella und dem Birds Island in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist freundlich gesagt sehr betagt. Klemmende Schranktüren und ein Bad welches seine besten Zeiten erlebt hat. Der Teppich dürfte schon so glorreicheren Zeiten gelegen haben und sich erfolgreichen gegen einen Austausch durchgesetzt haben. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich Der Geräuschpegel der angrenzenden Fabrik ist nicht schön, aber noch im Rahmen.

The breakfast was great, everything you want it to be, the dining area clean and comfortable, the staff kind and friendly. Its an older fashioned hotel, but still, they do it the old fashioned way, which just seems better. Great job guys

It was easy to find, extremely reasonable, very basic which was as we expected. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was cooked especially for us - the muffins were delicious! We had a lovely walk on the beach and felt very safe both in the day and at night.

We each had a room and neither of us could get the tv to work.

Carpet in my room felt sticky and dirty. There was an empty beer can under my bed that our 1 year old picked up and put to her mouth.

The breakfast was great.

There was no wifi available, and this was not communicated to us on check in. The telephone in the room was not working in room 50 The noise from other guests were very unpleasant at the pool area until late.

The guest in the hotel made very load noise (screaming) in passages from early till 3h00 in the Morning hours and the hotel manager or night staff was not present to control the people how had to much to drink.

Nice quiet time and friendly receptionists.

The fact that I list my Trimswim cream for washing off chlorine or salt in the body. I am 100% sure that I packed it on the way there. But I could not find it amongst my stuff when I came back or when I was packing to return home.

Noisy disrespectful guest at 04:00 in the morning but was out of Hotel's control.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable.

The photos on the website were very misleading. The Hotel was very old and the swimming pool needed much attention. The balcony of the room showed a glimpse of the ocean, otherwise street and buildings. Very noisy with all the street noise and gulls. Other guests were very noisy till late at night and doors started slamming at 4:00 am. The carpets in the hotel and room were worn and dirty. The room was adequate, but the shower door could not close and the toilet leaked water. The block out curtains had holes in them. No reception of the wifi and the dstv was very limited in what could be watched and when.

Old fashioned setup. Guests and staff were very nice.

Nothing to do with the place itself, but the passers by was sometimes too much. Unfortunately it cannot be avoided as people pass the hotel on their way to the beach. It's more of a noise level from outside.

The fabric across the road had a fan that went on and off rhe whole first night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast average but was cold both mornings.

The pool area. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was a bonus with lots of choice.

The room was located near the Police Barracks building and the police played loud music for 2 days straight days right through the night. Totally unacceptable. On the last night some kids got into the hotel via the bar windows and proceeded to wake up the guests by shouting and knocking on doors at 4am. This is a huge security risk and disrupted our sleep. My room was also downgraded to one with no fridge and not dog friendly as requested.

Das Natural Reservart ist sehr schön und der Strand ist wirklich toll

Es isr sehr laut, und es wird viel getrunken, was nicht immer so angenehm ist. Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Abet das Personal ist sehr nett. Ok für 1 bis 2 Übernachtungen.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was standard English but very good. Like that there is off-street parking. Walking distance from the harbour and beach

The parking area is not secure during the day. DSTV have to be streamed with your own account. Would be nice if the overall appearance can get a bit freshen up. It looks a bit dated and the front of the building does not look inviting. If they can restore some of the old time/nostalgic hotel vibe it will be great.

Staff friendly, they are in the processes of revamping the bathrooms in the rooms. Very nice

the standard of breakfast has been very consistent over the years. Although a basic breakfast, it always was well prepared and served with a smile. staff all-round are very accommodating and helpful.

I loved how our requests for a bath and more space than a normal room could offer was accommodated.

I am sad that the hotel decor and furnishings are dated. I am sure management is aware and will act on this challenge.
