I love the property, it’s visitor friendly.

My room specifically was a morning sun room. The heat made it a bit uncomfortable for me.

-The room smelled of cigarette -The shower water pressure is too low -We requested for an extra cot when we got to the room it wasn’t there tried to phone reception the phone wasn’t working till we left the phone was faulty we had to go back down to reception and request for the cot when they gave us the Cot it wasn’t ready for use we just left it like that cause we were tired we just wanted to sleep -Tv channels are boring there’s np Netflix or atleast Prime video

Breakfast was very good

They ran out of drinks like coke zero, hunters, vodka after us only having 2 and did not restock the whole time we were there. The vending machine also ran out of water. We were a group of 14

Breakfast was good, was a big variety. Rooms are comfortable with enough space.

We loved the room. It was spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Alfred (shuttle driver) was also amazing. Please never let him work anywhere else.

The cushions were not to our liking. I was happy we brought our own cushions but if we didn't it would not have been a great night of sleep. The microwave also didn't work. But otherwise great.

a Mini fridge in the room would have been great to keep my water cold.

Beds were comfortable. The place was very neat. It was quiet. Good location. Staff was friendly. Free Wi-Fi.

No Fridge in room. Shower/Bath combo makes a mess. Basin drain was blocked. Breakfast was mostly the same all 3 mornings. Dinner ordered not good. Burger and cold chips. Exit from the property was not safe due to speeding cars coming around a bend. Safe did not work even after they came to fix it. TV was not smart. couldn't connect to Netflix.

The property is in good location,closer to UJ APB.

Single rooms don’t have bathtubs .Didnt like the fact that I have to use shower everytime

The staff was not polite especially restaurant staff. Very slow in serving not inviting. Not a good experience at all. The gym needs a bit more weights just heavier bumbbells

I loved the location of the hotel, breakfast was amazing. My favorite is the omelette 10 out of 10. The room was peaceful, clean I got a good night rest.

The breakfast was good, the name Milpark sound good but the venue is secluded to main things.

Payment of the parking area. Why should I pay for parking. Is it not part of the accommodation. This one is the one that will not make me to come back. I do not remember paying for a parking when I booked for accommodation.

During breakfast, most food got finished and was never replenished.

The hotel is very nice and close to where we needed to be.

We were 5 families, it took long to get checked in. After the rugby we ordered food and drinks. We waited very long for everything. It was disappointing.

On arrival their was a queue to check in. I witnessed staff argue with at least two people in front of me about menial things. Then the category of room I booked wasn’t available on arrival so I was downgraded. The downgraded room shower had no shower head so I couldn’t wash. The staff did nothing to make up for the downgrade nor the broken shower. Handled poorly by the reception team The staff were unhelpful on each occasion of engagement and should remember they in the service industry and that hotel guests require service

The dinner was not nice especially the rice, there’s no enough options for it to be a buffet, limited options, there’s no bar fridge in any of the rooms i booked for items I had for one of my family members required refrigerator

I loved the location, it's accessible.

The food was horrible and inside the room no fridge, the inside lights when you switch off the bedroom even the toilet lights switch off. The night security he was rude and the staff not so friendly 😔

Food at breakfast and dinner were good and receptionists helpful.

Some waiting staff, where relevant, did not seem as well trained as we'd have liked. Website picture of exterior of hotel seemed to make it look better than it really was. Removal of towels and later replacement was inconvenient when I came into the room after breakfast and found no towels. I would have been quite happy to retain the same towels for 3 nights for environmental benefit but this did not seem to be on offer.

The breakfast was ordinary. Similar to other hostels, with limited fruit variety, I.e. only an apple on Tueday, and an orange on Wednesday.

My white sheet on Monday was clean, but had dried blood stains. Please refund me for paying for Dinner for 2 which I did not eat on Tuesday.

The staffs need customer service training specially those in the dining area . They fast becoming a busgert hotel, they try saving cost by avoiding daily refills where possible

It was well prepared and we enjoyed the delicious meal.

A little disappointment was the R50 overnight parking fee that was only made known to us when we arrived at the hotel. The TV was a little small and limited viewing options.

Very convenient as I was attending the Rugby at Ellis Park.

My only complaint was that the TV in my room - 439 was not working, otherwise very happy.

We were placed in a smokers area...we do not smoke.🚬 Place was smelling so bad. 🦨We were not offered the oppertunity to change rooms even @ additional cost. With check in,staff were not helpful at all, we made payment as per booking.com and then the next day we had to pay an additional amount, that was not charged @ check in. They offered to give us a statement, we declined. Staff at check out much more helpful. There was no fridge in the room, no vent or extractor Fan in the bathroom(room.smelled bad when we got there)💨 We asked for drinking glasses,🥂 they said they did not have. There were stained glasses in the bathroom.

Fir first time visit they don't give you a quick run through

The room was very nice. The security guy helped me find my Uber every time. What a gentleman. Some of the staff were very nice and assisted promptly.

The breakfast options were not impressive at all. The water went off on a Sunday, bad communication from the front desk. The lady didn't bother to get back to me as promised until I called back to find out the plan if the water is not resolved. I still had a few more days left When they eventually brought me bottled water while waiting for the water pump to be fixed, the lady who brought the water to my room gave me the water while looking away. That was not pleasant at all to be treated like that. The aircon made a lot of noise but it's not a big deal
