Estremamente bella e storica la struttura, immersa in uno stupendo parco. Camera ampia on ogni comfort. Cena e colazione abbondante ricca e ben curata.

La estrema lentezza nel servizio del ristorante, pur essendo solo parzialmente occupato ci sono volute circa 2 ore per completare il dinner.

A localização do hotel é boa, o quarto é bem espaçoso e a cama é confortável. O hotel fica em um prédio histórico e conta com bar e vários salões para atividades diversas no térreo o que pode ser bom para quem quer fazer reuniões de trabalho ou socializar com grupos grandes. O café da manhã é bem diverso e com várias opções.

Eu tive apenas incovenientes menores. Houve um problema com o encanamento no primeiro dia que foi resolvido rapidamente por um funcionário do hotel e à noite, o barulho de pessoas no corredor foi um pouco incômodo. O exaustor do banheiro também é muito barulhento, por isso preferi não usar. A decoração é um pouco mais pesada e antiga, e o quarto é mais escuro, mas isso é algo de gosto pessoal.

I did not have breakfast as I had very early morning sessions and also never got a chance to use the wifi as I left early and came back late.

There are very limited TV channels and they are outdated. Maybe should consider having Netflix and Disney Apps available as options.

Location nice, very big room, clean, and easily accessible to the city. Got help with our stuff, nice body lotions in the room, felt very safe and comfortable!

I did not like that one time one of the personal was a bit mean to our driver. She told him he had to pay for a coffee that was freely there to access and that ' we are not his friends'. She then said she was joking but I did not appreciate this nor do I like people talking to others like that.

Personnelles très courtois, attentifs, et surtout accueillants ! Aussi le calme et la verdure autour de l’établissement. Parfait pour un paisible séjour !

الأثاث قديم ومتهالك، والخدمات محدودة، والمنطقة مقطوعة لا تستطيع التحرك إلا عن طريق وسيلة مواصلاة، والأطباق الرئيسة في الوجبات كلها غير حلال، الجيم محدود الأدوات، السيدات العاملات في الإستقبال متشدادات جداً في التعامل مع النزلاء وفي تقديم الخدمات.

the water was cold. I waited and waited and ended using cold water. Only tonbe told that I needed to run the tap for sometime first before the water cold be warm. Day two was the same. Sobwe have to waste water in order to get hot water to shower. that is sad

Excellent hotel with very clean rooms, friendly staff, and at a superb location (literally a 15-min walk away from CBD, Braam, and other amazing attractions. It's also very nice to find such a green spot, with lots of trees and grass immediately next to the city center of buzzing Joburg! Recommended!

DIRTY EXAMPLE UNDER THE BEDS HAVENT BEEN VACUUMED FOR MONTHS THE DINNING ROOM WAS TATY AND COULD SEE THE DIRT HANGING ON THE LIIGHT FITTINGS THEY HAD ONLY ONE PLASTIC BOTTLE FOR TOMATOE SAUCE SALAD DRESSING WHICH WAS SHARED AMONGST ALL THE TABLES WATER WASTEG WILL YOU WAIT TO GET HOT WATER OUT OF THE TAP IN THE ROOM WE STAYED THERE WAS CONSTANT NOISE THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT ( LIKE WATER RUNNING AND MOTOR RUNNING ON A TIME SYSTEM)

the building had some historical background which was nice. the pool was nice and the gym (however limited) was sufficient. the room had a good air conditioner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the restaurant on the premises had a good assortment of food.

the tv in the room was not a smart tv, nor did it have streaming capability so channel selection was a bit limited.

C'est le seul hôtel que nous n'avons pas aimé lors de notre séjour à Johannesburg. Il est éloigné de tout, nous étions quasiment seul dans l'hôtel à notre arrivée. Nous avions opté pour la formule en demi-pension pour ne pas se poser de question le soir. Mais attention il s'agit juste d'un forfait repas à ne pas dépasser, il fallait donc bien calculer pour ne pas être trop hors forfait. On n'a pas aimé le principe. De plus, il y a eu des remontées d'eaux usées dans la salle de bain, malgré l'intervention du technicien c'est revenu. L'odeur était insupportable, ça a gâché nos vacances. Nos enfants ne voulaient pas rester plus longtemps dans ce lieu. Nous avons décider de partir au bout de la 5ème nuit. Malgré nos demandes à l'établissements nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse concernant un dédommagement lié ce départ anticipé, on a donc payé 4 nuits en plus. On ne reviendra pas.

J'avais pris cette chambre pour mon père qui nous accompagnait pendant les vacances. Il n'a pas aimé le séjour dans cet établissement. Particulièrement, l'environnement et tous les suppléments malgré la formule en demi pension, exemple: le cappuccino est payant au petit déjeuner. C'est dommage car, il a terminé ses vacances sur une note négative.

Dinner sehr enttäuschend; Bar zügig und ungemütlich trotz netter Einrichtung; trotz relativ guter Lage wurden wir in der Nähe des Hotels überfallen und ausgeraubt

The service at the restaurant was very bad. The lamb curry was also terrible, please add potatoes when cooking currie. I had to wait for more than an hour for my lamb currie ..you can do better

Breakfast was excellent with a fast selection to choose from, and staff did everything possible to make my time in the restaurant enjoyable.
