Semua okey. Selesa. Cuma dia bilang view city. Sekali buka view dinding bangunan sebelah 😂 but ok jugala overall

There's many restaurants and stores near by the hotel.

The staff was bad and not helping the guests. The parking was difficult.

The location was convenient and in a good location. It was an easy walk to shopping centres that have currency exchange, and many restaurants including a 24 hour Muslim restaurant. It did not take long to get from and two the airport.

The airconditioner did not really cool the room.

Very central, could walk everywhere, night market, Gaya Street, Jetty for the islands etc. Next door to a great massage place, foot massage was fantastic and across the road from a launderette!!

Love the hotel room decoration, antique and beautiful. Located in the middle of KK city. Walking distance to Gaya street night market.

Fan virkede ikke. Nordlampe virkede ikke. Aircon dryppede så meget vi var nødt til at sætte en skraldespand under og sengen blev våd - så måtte lægge plastposer ud for ikke ar ligge i en våd seng. Det var ikke noget udluftning - ingen vinduer - havde jeg ikke set ved bookingen. Men ellers var det fintnpg super beliggenhed.

It looks quite unassuming from the outside, but the establishment is actually very nice. The room is comfortable and worth the price. It's also located in the heart of the city, so it's very convenient.

Since the establishment is quite small, there is no lift available, which might not be very convenient for the elderly or people with disabilities.

A great place for my short, one night stay. Almost everything you need in a hotel. Great location, great staff.

Location was quite good. Nice staff. Clean room and good bed.

Yang penting air paip 👍😁 bilik bersih,Aircon sejuk,ada kipas siling 🤭 pi gaya street dekat, pi centre point pun dekat.. cuma bilik dia kecik sikit lahhh.. kalau family ambil yg besar kalau ada.. parking kereta kena cari sendiri😅

Hotel berdekatan dgn pusat berbelanja terutamanya CENTER POINT seberang jalan saja. PASAR GAYA STREET pun dekat jak jln kaki saja. jadi mudah tuk bergerak dan tpt makan pun banyak . lokasinya mmg sangat2 sesuaila

cuma tiada kemudahan lif sediakan hanya tangga jak jadi klu dari berjln penat dgn bawa barang lagi mmg susah sikitla ..

location only maybe value for the price, but i think other hotel that have same rate better than this hotel.

Posizione comoda vicina al centro e al Night Market. Se non si hanno troppe pretese, per circa 20 euro a notte è valido.

L'albergo offre stanze spoglie. La nostra aveva la finestra sulle scale d'emergenza: qualcuno aveva lasciato un pacchetto di sigarette sul nostro davanzale. Il check-in è h24, ma bisogna chiamare un numero lasciato alla reception se si arriva e si va via di notte.

The bed is comfy, got ceiling fan as other option than air conditioner. The 24 convenient store at the ground floor.

No lift. The reception counter is on 1st floor, my room was in 2nd floor. Despite of travelling with luggage as my overnight stay after my night flight.

Locations wise is good, closer to Center point shopping center and walking to other malls, walking distance to the water front and other attractions. For short stays and for backpackers this hotel is really good.

The hotel doesn't have a lift, it's stairs. Imagine if you have large luggage or heavy luggage you have to carry that up using stairs.

Good location. Near to Gaya Street food market and a 15-20 minute Grab to Tanjung Aru Beach. There was a kettle, fridge and safety deposit box.

Staff were not the most helpful. We noticed a big red/brown stain on the bedsheets so I went down to ask for a new sheet. The response was, "well you'll have to change it yourself". Not the best experience. Also, this wasn't a bother for us but might be important for some - the rooms are on high floors and there is no lift.

Exceptional stay. My wife and I did an extremely early check-in due to an early flight. The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and kind. He did not charge us extra fees for an early check in. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very affordable.. Great stay and close to Center Point Mall Sabah. One of my wife's favorites. Hotel Kooler Inn is now my hotel of choice when vacationing in KK. Highly recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

Everything 😍. Except i got the room with broken door so i have to push really hard to open the door. Everything else is perfect. The staff also nice and kind. Would go again. Room amazing love the room and I already miss KK 😭

I like the design of the room, it is very unique, classic and beautiful. The place is not far from the Gaya Street Night Market. The place is really good. This is the second time to check in here. Thank you to the Staff hotel there. the rate for this hotel for me ah 8/10 🤍

Need to fix the wallpaper some come off. Before that I apologise, please check the room and bathroom there are Cockroaches. that's all. so far all goods!

Two stays here, the first one was great, possibly due to it being rather empty, couldn't complain at all. The staff were very helpful, stored my bag while I travelled elsewhere. Second stay was only spoiled by a noisy man in the room upstairs, significant noise travelled down until v late.
