Le fait qu il n est pas dit clairement que les chambres côte ouest donnent sur la plage et que l on ne peut pas voir le coucher de soleil à cause de la montagne. Le bruit extérieur côté ouest (musique bar de plage). Bon mois d août. Le fait qu il restait des chambres disponibles mais qu on ait refusé de nous changer. L accès mer est quand même compliqué côté rocher avec une échelle pourrie. Le côté plage sable est limité. Le fait d être obligé de marcher sur la route principale hyper bondée pour se balader

Le genre d’endroit où on se dit : « on reviendra » dès qu’on y met les pieds. Services cinq étoiles pour une expérience inoubliable. Mention spéciale à la « rocky beach » à flan de coline. Buffet petit déjeuner in-cro-ya-ble. Cassez votre tirelire et prenez une chambre avec jacuzzi !

Très bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer, et la vue était vraiment superbe. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un accès facile à deux plages, et la piscine avec vue sur la mer est particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Un hôtel idéal pour se reposer et profiter pleinement de l’île. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Property was beautiful. The resort layout and facilities are great. The views are seriously unmatched.

It’s quite pricey for what it provides. The rooms are very nice, but small, and the property itself is located in quite a secluded area. We would definitely recommend the place, however we would suggest a rental car as they don’t have hotel shuttles to drop you to restaurants, beaches etc

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort mit einem Traumhaften Kiesstrand, einem Felsenstrand und einem Poolbereich. Es gibt überall genügend Liegen. Mit dem Bus hatten wir probleme, da er manchmal vor dem Hotel nicht hält. Wir mussten leider immer mit Taxis fahren. Das Essen war unser Highlight, Halbpension können wir sehr empfehlen. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend. Die Einrichtung, das Ambiente, Musik.. .es ist alles dezent und geschmackvoll. Es gibt dreimal pro Woche Yoga oder Pilates, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die weiblichen Angestellten waren durchwegs freundlich. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr schlecht. Mietauto von Vorteil. Die Zimmer waren hellhörig und manche Gäste haben nachts auf dem Gang herumgeschrien. Das Personal sollte Gäste auf die Nachtruhe aufmerksam machen.

Belle vue mer de la chambre ( côté est au 4eme étage) et de la piscine à débordement. Personnel aimable et efficace à l’accueil, la piscine , la plage et pour le service en chambre et le parking ( voituriers). Système de commande des boissons et autres avec l’application pratique. Soirée musicale à thème au bar Liston sympa ( bon cocktail) . Balcon . Site de Paleokatrista pour faire une excursion en mer (reco : Corfou explore boat ). 2/3 jours max suffisent sur Paleokatrista

Pas au niveau d’un 5 * globalement. Et donc très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Hôtel impersonnel et tout en escalier. Odeur désagréable de tuyauterie / égouts dans la salle de bain et donc la chambre (Il faut laisser l’aération et donc la lumière dans la sdb 24/24 pour que cela soit acceptable). Lit dur . Chambre ( taille) ne permettant pas d’étaler 2 valises. Bouilloire cafetière ( un peu désuet ).Propreté ?: sacs plastiques sur pelouse bas coté et pas ramassés en 5 jours sous nos fenêtres le long du chemin menant à la piscine. Belle piscine mais pas assez grande pour la taille de l’hôtel .Une exception négative dans le personnel : le monsieur qui prend les numéros de chambre à l’accueil du petit déjeuner qui n’est pas aimable et ignore l’usage du bonjour.

The pool, the beach and outdoor spaces were great, lounging opportunities, the pool was also very nice, room was good too with a jacuzzi, amazing restaurant at hotel and nearby so plenty of offer! We just loved our early morning sea swims....

Our room was on first floor next to the exit to beach, so a bit noisy at times and also there was a strange lingering smell, like sewage or something, from time to time, I guess changed with tide....I think hotel addressed that with automated aroma machines regularly emitting wonderful senses.... other than that is was ok

היה ערב אחד שבהמלצת המלון ירדנו למסעדה מתחת למלון והם הטעו אותנו שהיא פתוחה בסוף הייתה סגורה ושחזרנו שרצינו לשבת במסעדה של המלון ואמרנו לנו שאין מקום למרות שהמסעדה הייתה ריקה גם אחרי שחזרנו ולא נתנו שום פיתרון אחר או ניסו לעזור וזה ממש השאיר לנו טעם של באסה מהמלון כי זה היה בלילה האחרון.

The general location of the resort is nice, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the issues with our premium room.

I specifically booked and paid a premium price for the "Private Deck Room with Jacuzzi," but the experience was completely ruined. First, there is a hidden restriction: the hotel completely shuts off the jacuzzi at 21:00. This major limitation is NOT mentioned anywhere on Booking.com or in the reservation policies; it is only stated on a physical sign inside the room. Second, the jacuzzi was physically broken. A hotel technician inspected it and confirmed that the heater did not work and 2 out of the 3 jets were broken. While the hotel eventually offered a partial refund to match a standard room rate, the premium evening experience we specifically traveled and paid for was lost.

The hotel has been nicely renovated and is in a very good and beautiful location. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed having a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. The breakfast offered plenty of choice, although the selection was the same every day. The staff were generally friendly, especially at the pool, where we also enjoyed some good food, snacks and drinks.

What we didn’t like was that we expected a higher level of quality and service, especially for a five-star property. There were not many activities or amenities offered. The room was on the smaller side, with limited space to properly store all our luggage, and the bathroom was also quite small and did not feel particularly luxurious. Unfortunately, there was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room door was difficult to close and required pulling it hard until it clicked shut. We also mentioned before arrival that we were staying for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, no special attention or gesture was made to acknowledge the occasion. Overall, we felt that the property did not fully live up to the five-star experience we were expecting.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location, delicious food, and the staff were absolutely fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. What we loved most was the crystal-clear sea and the beautiful rocky coastline. It is a fantastic place for swimming: on one side there is a pebble beach, while on the other side there are rocks with deeper water, perfect for swimming, diving, and jumping into the sea. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing holiday by the sea.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, but there are a few things we feel could be improved, especially considering the five-star standard of the resort. The beautiful location could be even more impressive with more greenery and flowers around the hotel. Some of the slopes looked dry and a little neglected, and we would have liked to see better-maintained landscaping and more living plants instead of artificial plastic flowers indoors. We would also have appreciated more sun loungers on the rocky side, which is a particularly beautiful area for swimming and relaxing. Since we stayed for quite a long time, we also found the breakfasts rather repetitive. While the dinners were generally varied, breakfast could offer more variety from day to day, for example with different types of porridge. These are minor points, but for a five-star resort, we believe attention to these details would make the overall experience even better.

Breakfast buffet could have majored more on Greek breakfasts. More yogurts.

The location is excellent, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the terrace restaurant was a highlight, with great food until late and brilliant live music creating a lovely atmosphere.

The bathroom mixers were noticeably rusted and in need of replacement. We raised this with the staff and were initially told that they would be changed; however, unfortunately this was not carried out, and we did not receive any further feedback or update. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, particularly noticeable when taking a shower. These issues affected the overall comfort of our stay and would benefit from attention and maintenance.

To start with, the location is simply stunning, with beautiful views and easy access to the sea, while still feeling wonderfully peaceful and away from the crowds. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, staff is incredibly polite. One of the things we appreciated most was the calm and relaxing atmosphere — it was exactly the kind of place where you can genuinely switch off and enjoy your surroundings. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and consistently fresh, high-quality food.

Nothing was negative - wanted to extend the stay but there there were no available rooms 😂

A strand pár lépcsőn elérhető, saját pihenőágyak állnak rendelkezésre. A reggeli minden igényt kielégít, az étterem és a vacsora hibátlan.

La vue est spectaculaire, La nourriture est très bonne. L’espace piscine est très agréable, spacieux avec de nombreux transats qui offrent une magnifique vue sur la mer.

Par contre, Le manque d’insonorisation des chambres ( bruits de couloirs et chambres voisines) est à améliorer.

The noisy cleaning staff every morning, nice ladies who did a good job but so incredibly loud they woke me every single day. The cost is too high given the condition, e.g very stained flooring in the accommodation corridors. The outdoor furniture on the balcony should have seat cushions. There should also be a relationship with local business at the beach club. It would be great if there was some information on local boat companies for boat trips. Lastly some local dogs came to the pool area and staff wouldn’t give them a water bowl, which was unkind.

Este destul de greu cu transportul de acolo. Exista greenbus dar fara o masina . Am .ramas izolati. Transferul in Parga se facea o data pe saptamana si nu am mai ajuns. In localitate Manastirea Sf Maria ..merita vizitata.

One slow elevator, we got used to using the stairs.

שירותי המלון והמסעדה, פשוט מעולים. מיקום מושלם למי שמחפש קצת רוגע. חוף הסלעים מעניין לשנורקל, והחוף השני נחמד לרביצה ופעילות ימית למעוניינים. חיפשנו מסעדה באזור, אבל בסוף חזרנו למסעדת המלון והיה תמיד מושלם. בספא נחמד. עשינו עיסוי, אבל לא השתמשנו בחמאם או בסאונה כי היו אנשים.

בידוד רעש בקומה 3 לא טוב. כל בוקר שמענו את הנקיונות והגרירות מעל הראש בקומת הלובי.

Noisy air conditioning spoilt sleep at times.

Akrotiri Beach Resort and Spa is a wonderful hotel. It is built on a cliff, so the views in every direction are absolutely stunning. The room we had was spacious, with a nice balcony and amazing views. The bed was comfortable, there was good wardrobe space for clothes, the shower was good with decent water pressure, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel also has a decent gym. I did not use the spa, so I cannot comment on that. The outdoor pool area was very nice, and we were always able to get sun loungers, even though it often seemed quite busy. The hotel has a great rule that you cannot reserve sun loungers, and if a lounger is left unused for half an hour, the towel is removed. This is excellent, as it means guests actually have a fair chance of getting a lounger. You can order food and drinks by the pool, and the prices were very reasonable. On the same side of the hotel as the pool, there is a rocky beach where you can go down a steep staircase all the way to the sea. The water there was incredibly clear, and it was amazing to swim and see different kinds of fish. On the other side of the hotel, there is another area with sun loungers and a hotel bar, with access down to a beautiful public beach. The staff at the hotel were all excellent and very friendly, whether in the lobby, by the pool, at breakfast, or the housekeeping team. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and high-quality options. We also had dinner one evening at the à la carte restaurant and were very happy with the food. If I come back to Corfu, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again. It is very charming, and we felt really comfortable there.

I really liked the hotel, so there was very little to dislike. If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the labelling of the food at breakfast. For example, it would be very helpful if the hotel clearly marked which items contain lactose, which are low lactose, and which contain common allergens. For guests with food intolerances or allergies, it is much better to be able to see this clearly labelled rather than having to ask staff and rely on their memory.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour se reposer et se détendre. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le dîner également avec à chaque repas du renouvellement. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour.

La seule chose que l’on peut reprocher à cet hôtel est l’insonorisation des chambres. Le couloir résonne et les portes ne sont pas isolées phoniquement.

Well later out and clean, tidy and everything well thought of for a comfortable holiday. The staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfasts were excellent.

Lunch and dinner were a bit soleless however this is understandable given most people possibly want to go out and there were a lot of local options close by.

Cadre enchanteur au dessus d’une sublime baie, vue incroyable, plage adorable au pied de l’hôtel. Un havre de paix pour se reposer et oublier les tracas du boulot ! Possibilité de louer des bateaux sur la plage en contrebas et Beach Club très classe (Akron). Le mobilier outdoor est très confortable. Petit déjeuner varié et correct, juste pas de jus d’orange frais, un peu dommage. Mais très belle vue sur la mer !

Le principal problème est l’acoustique. Les portes des chambres laissent passer tous les bruits du couloir: des gens qui discutent à minuit et surtout les femmes de ménage qui font un bruit d’enfer dès huit heures du matin. Impossible de faire la greasse matinée. Inacceptable pour un tel établissement ! Autre petite déception: la deco interieure, inexistante. On a plus l’impression d’être dans un hôpital que dans un hôtel 5* dans les couloirs: aucun tableau, pas de meubles, pas de tapis… dernier point tout est trop grand et on a l’impression que l’hôtel est un peu vide. Par ex. aucune ambiance au bar le soir. Heureusement qu’il y a l’Akron Beach Club sur la plage, très bien !

We stayed at the hotel as a family of three. The hotel is relatively small, as is the hotel grounds, which creates a quiet and cosy atmosphere. The parking area is located on the hotel premises, and the security staff were always ready to help and park the car for us, which was very convenient. The reception staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. It was always a pleasure to speak with them and ask for assistance or advice. Housekeeping was excellent and carried out every day. The room was always clean, with fresh towels and bottled water provided daily. The photos on Booking.com were a completely accurate representation of the room we received. The view was absolutely breathtaking — overlooking the sea, a beautiful bay and the mountains. There were always sun loungers available around the hotel, and it was easy to find a comfortable place to relax. The beach is a pebble beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated the beautiful location, spectacular views, cleanliness and exceptionally friendly reception staff. However, in our opinion, the restaurant — both the food and the service — does not quite meet the standard we would expect from a five-star hotel.

Breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good, with fresh products, but unfortunately the choice was rather limited and quite standard. One thing that really surprised us was that, despite being a five-star hotel, champagne was never served at breakfast during our entire one-week stay. In our opinion, this is a significant omission for a hotel of this category. Dinner was rather modest, with many dishes repeated throughout the week. Most of the food was prepared in advance, and there was no option to have fresh meat or fish cooked to order in front of the guests. Some dishes placed on the hot buffet became dry, for example the prawns and fish. The desserts, however, were excellent — very tasty, beautifully presented and varied. We would definitely recommend making the dinner selection more diverse and improving the overall dinner experience. On one occasion, we wanted to sit on the outdoor terrace for dinner. The tables for three or four people were occupied, while several tables for two were still available, and the restaurant was not full. Unfortunately, the waiters told us that there was no table available for our group and seated us inside instead of simply moving two tables together on the terrace. Because of this, our impression of the restaurant service was somewhat mixed.

Very complete hotel. Great views of the bay, an excellent spa, a nice pool, and easy access to the beach. Our daughter enjoyed the yoga session on the terrace. Breakfast was very well provided, with lots of options to choose from. A great stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a beautiful location with amazing sea views, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and tasty, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations.

The only suggestions for improvement would be to add a coffee machine in the rooms and to upgrade the gym with more modern equipment. Other than that, everything was excellent.
