The hotel’s location is perfect, with an amazing view. We booked a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking — like waking up to a postcard. The room was spacious and clean. There are two refreshing swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious, although it was the same every morning. We had dinner in the dining room twice. There was plenty of food, and everything was tasty. But most of all, the staff were wonderful — from the reception team, to the dining room staff, and the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and they really made our stay special.

Das Personal und der Service war top. Auch super Lage. kostenlose Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung. Cocktails beim Rooftop-Pool sehr lecker, nette Mitarbeiter und sehr bequeme Liegen. Eine Wunderschöne Aussicht.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, dunkel, extreem hellhörig und hat nach Kanalisation gestunken. Das Frühstück war auch nicht lecker, extrem auf eher britische Gäste ausgerichtet, z.B. keine Bananen, Müesli etc.. Wir sind 10 Tage dort geblieben, haben davon 2 mal im Hotel gefrühstückt, an den restlichen Tagen haben wir gerne drauf verzichtet. Das Lunch dort war für den Preis ok (5€ für 4 Stücke Pizza). Im Pool drinnen haben sich die Plättchen vom Boden gelöst. Im gross und ganzem ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, verstehen die sehr gute Bewertung auf Booking leider nicht. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Die Lage, war sehr gut. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Zimmer sehr sauber und eine tolle Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Aufzug ist sehr eng, max 2 Personen, mit Gepäck schwierig. Parkplätze recht knapp an der Zahl. Die Zimmertüren zum Flur sind sehr hellhörig. Bad ist Recht klein, aber OK.

La vue depuis l’hôtel était exceptionnelle ! Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Propreté globalement satisfaisante. Personnel agréable et souriant.

La salle de bain peu pratique : pas d’isolation entre la douche et le sol. Nous n’avons pas eu le lit grand format, que nous avons expressément demandé, et qui fut pourtant accepté. Un petit lit d’appoint pas confortable nous a été fourni en guise de maigre compensation.

View - depends where your room is, but for Bungalow with sea view - the view was the only thing that made us happy. And the beach directly down the cost - that was one of the best around the coast if you don't mind the rocks.

Breakfast - poor variety of food, one of the worst buffets I have ever had. No variety of fruits and vegetables. Every day the same breakfast. The room had terrible conditioner, it was so loud all the time that we turned it off just to have some calm time. But it wasn't really possible to keep the conditioner off otherwise there is no air to breath in the room as it was so hot. We had also ants coming in from the wall if we had something to eat in the room. And then one day (in the afternoon around 4 PM they started to do some repair work in the room next to us, nobody warned us that something like this would happen. We could not rest because the repair was so loud. And please tell, me why the pools have some working hours? Not possible to have either early morning swim neither evening swim! Ahh yeah, also shower water mixer wasn't working properly, so we fixed it with coca-cola can opener.. . Dusty floor even our room got cleaned every day.

Il buffet molto variegato ma qualitativamente non all'altezza della struttura. Quando abbiamo deciso di cenare in struttura il coordinatore della sala ci ha ripetuto 4 volte che sarebbe stata pagata a parte, anche dopo aver cenato e confermato che avevamo capito. Così alla quarta volta ho deciso di pagare subito in sala perchè non volevo sentirmelo ripetere per la quinta volta. Molto spiacevole e fastidioso. Il parcheggio non basta per tutti.

Lovely views. Good space for dining and the lounge area was lovely.

Bathroom was not good. Did not feel clean. Shower and around the toilet was grubby. Food was very average and mediocre.

קודם כל- הצוות היה נחמד בטירוף. הרבה זמן לא נתקלתי בשירות כל כך טוב. קיבלנו בהתחלה חדר שלא היינו מרוצים ממנו, והחליפו לנו מבלי לעשות בעיות. היו מקסימים ואדיבים, כל הזמן חייכו והיו נחמדים לכל שאלה!

הדבר היחיד שהיה מבאס זה המקלחת- הייתה קטנה ומיושנת. קצת מבאס.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the whole stay was very pleasant. The location was also great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

So welcoming from start to finish.Greeted by Eleni when we arrived after been there 15 years ago.She immediately took us to the bar and bought us a drink.She also treated us to a lovely meal.I felt so much at home.This is how I remember the old charm of Greece abd having travelled to Paxos I am just afraid it will end up like Mykonos and Santorini which I would never return to because "Influencers" destroyed them.Keep doing what you are doing and your lovely hotel and staff will go from strength to strength. Special mention to Eleni (my new adopted Daughter),Christopher,Panos and Christine.You are the best.Will definitely return and hopefully soon.

Great location, beautiful views and a lovely rooftop pool. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room was disappointing for the price. The walls were extremely thin and the noise from neighbouring rooms made it difficult to sleep. I even contacted reception about the noise, but nothing changed. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room from the first night, mould in the shower, hairs in the toilet and generally poor maintenance. The bathroom tiles were very slippery, the room felt outdated, and the air-conditioning unit on the balcony was extremely noisy and made the balcony unpleasantly warm. The cleaners were also very loud early in the morning, around 7am. At one point I also needed help opening the bathroom door and had to wait around 15 minutes. I rarely complain about hotels, but considering the price, cleanliness and comfort should have been much better.

Location and parking.

Outdated rooms with weak insulation and amenities. Average breakfast and expensive and low quality food in bars/restaurants in the hotel. Staff not helpful when got food intoxication from an improper salad made in the pool restaurant. Disappointed and overall do not recommend.

Good breakfest, awsome 2 pools with bars, especially liked the upstairs pool. The staff were very kind. And most of all the views!

Only the parking was a little bit tricky but we managed.

La vista bellissima su Paleokastritsa, la colazione varia, personale molto gentile, disponibile, educato. Lo staff delle pulizie sempre operativo, le 2 piscine.

Il bagno lasciava un pochino a desiderare, la finestra nella doccia non aveva vetro satinato ne tenda, dopo qualche giorno un ragazzo delle pulizie ha intuito il disagio e ci ha coperto il vetro. A mio avviso andrebbe rinnovato . Stanze un pochino rumorose perchè quando trolley o carrelli pulizie passano nei corridoi fanno molto rumore sul pavimento.

Very nice hotel! Good location and view, the food is Amazing. You can also Get dinner buffet for 20Euro per person.

They also have a guy that helps you with your suitcases to the room. Just keep in mind after he helped you he will just stand there until you pay him a little tip. And he will be a little mad if u dont want his help with the suitcases. The rest of the personell is very positive.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, bőséges friss reggeli. Tető medence használata. Nagyon kedves személyzet. Gyönyörű kilátás.

Fel nem újított részek. Kellemetlen csatornaszag a szobában.

Remek helyen fekvő, nagyon szép szálloda, pont a tengerre néz. Két strand is van a közvetlen közelében, a La Grotta Beach Bar és az Akroiti. A reggeli pazar, hatalmas a választék, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A szobát minden nap szépen kitakaritották.. Az ágy elképesztően kényelmes. Nekünk bevált, visszatérünk.

Leider waren wir von unserem fast zehntägigen Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht das Hotel wirkt insgesamt nicht so toll ausgestattet und leider auch nicht besonders gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und wurden nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Erst nach etwa einer Woche wurde auf Nachfrage der Boden gewischt, die Badewanne wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt der Spiegel ebenfalls nicht und auch das Badezimmer insgesamt wirkte alt und unhygienisch. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag nahezu gleich und geschmacklich überhaupt nicht überzeugend. Es fehlte deutlich an Abwechslung und Sorgfalt. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Erholung sucht sollte dieses Hotel ebenfalls eher meiden. Bereits ab 7:00 Uhr morgens war es jeden Tag extrem laut. Das Reinigungspersonal hat laut geredet und gearbeitet, so dass man im Zimmer wirklich alles gehört hat und leider nicht in Ruhe schlafen konnte. Auch die Lage ist durch die starke Hanglage gerade im Hochsommer sehr anstrengend. Der Weg zum Hotel beziehungsweise zum Strand beinhaltet viele Treppen und längere Steigungen. Die Aufzüge waren ebenfalls unpraktisch. Einer lag sehr weit entfernt der andere war extrem klein und Boot höchstens Platz für zwei Personen. Die Türen mussten zudem jedes Mal selbst geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Das Personal war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber teilweise unerfahren und nicht besonders professionell. Das einzig wirklich positive war die Aussicht, sofern man überhaupt ein Zimmer mit Aussicht bekommt, dafür allein so viel zu bezahlen, hat sich für uns leider nicht gelohnt. insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich überhaupt nicht.

Pas d'eau chaude ou très peu. Le débit d'eau chaude est vraiment faible. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible. Mauvaise cuisine. La chambre pas très propre. De plus il a fallu réclamer pour qu'on nous fasse la chambre et qu'on nous change les serviettes.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view — it is absolutely beautiful and probably the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, there were quite a few disappointing aspects. The room had a terrible smell, and I couldn’t even identify what it was coming from. There was also rust in the bathroom, which really needs attention. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The selection was very limited, and unfortunately, what was available was not tasty either. The staff were pleasant and friendly, but they were unable to answer even basic questions without consulting the manager. It gave the impression that they either did not have the authority to make decisions or were not sufficiently informed. Another surprising issue was that, despite being such a large hotel, there was no iron available in the room. If you are lucky enough to borrow one, it will only be for a short time, as it is requested back very quickly. Overall, the beautiful view is definitely a major advantage, but there are several important areas that need significant improvement.

Views are impeccable - the hotel is huge - Location was central and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast selection was good as well. Rooms are slightly outdated but wouldn’t expect more for an island hotel (honestly the look/feel fit the aesthetic of being on an island) but it is definitely overpriced. The only negative is the smell of the sewage in the room. Otherwise we loved our stay!

It was a little noisy at times in the morning. Could here squeaking from water pipes above us. One morning they decided to pressure wash the stairs - I understand it had to be done when guests weren’t walking up and down but wrong choice of time.

Hotel datado, a precisar de remodelação, com decoração algo “kitch”. Pequeno-almoço com grande variedade de produtos, mas onde a qualidade destes nem sempre impera. Muito barulho das empregadas de limpeza logo pela manhã bem cedo, o que impedia o nosso descanso para além das 7h30. Acesso à praia difícil.

The hotel is in need of a serious renovation. The bathroom in our room had an awful smell despite the attempts to fix it. Paleokastriza overall is not exactly a comfortable location, uphill all time, many stairs. Hotel was quite a walk from the main « village »

I loved the beautiful view and the lovely beach located just below the hotel.

Getting to our room was extremely difficult due to the very steep uphill walk. It was so exhausting that we actually thought twice about going back to the room whenever we needed something. Parking was also a major problem. There were no available spaces, everything was completely full, and we spent a lot of time driving around trying to find somewhere to park. For a hotel like this, I would expect parking to be properly arranged for every guest arriving by car. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. The quality and variety were poor, and there wasn’t even a good-quality cheese available.

The location was incredible, right next to La Grotta bar on the cliff a great place if you like jumping into the sea and seeing fish! The pool and cocktails were excellent and the staff were really helpful when asking for special requests and taxis.

Our bathroom smelt really bad after showering and there was minimal sound proofing so we could hear suitcases and other people next door to us. Overall it was a great hotel but this could be worked on

The breakfast was the same everyday, a reasonable selection but a preference for cheap reconstituted food rather than fresh options. The only great thing was the honeycomb. The bedrooms were dated in need of serious renovation especially the bathrooms. Yhe whole hotel is a bit cruddy and falling apart. Went for a fine dining experience on the rooftop restaurant La Luna. Cost 100€ and probably the most simple unfine experience I’ve ever had with plastic glasses and tasteless brutally prepared food! This should be a cheaper hotel and a 3 star not 4!

The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the best parts of our stay. We also really enjoyed the lower pool area, which was very nice and relaxing.

We stayed on the 7th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so we had to walk outside every time we wanted to reach our room. The elevator itself is extremely small, barely fitting two people, and looks very old. On the day we checked out, we couldn’t even use it to bring our luggage down because someone had gotten stuck inside it, which was quite concerning and inconvenient. The cleanliness could have been better. We found an insect in the bathroom, and the bathtub and shower area in particular looked quite old and could have been cleaned better. Breakfast was quite basic and repetitive, with very little variety from one day to another. Parking is also very limited, which can be inconvenient if you are travelling by car. Overall, the hotel has an amazing view and a lovely pool area, but our experience was affected by the cleanliness, the outdated elevator and the inconvenient access to our room on the 7th floor. Breakfast could also use more variety.
