Quarto extremamente limpo, confortável, além do fato de os aquecedores do quarto e do banheiro funcionarem muito bem. Fui no inverno e a temperatura externa chegou a está negativa e quarto estava sempre quentinho.

Não gostei da possibilidade de pagar a lavanderia meu cartão de débito ou em dinheiro. Tive que pagar no cartão de crédito descontando da minha caução o que gero gasto com iof.

Buena calefacción, hay crema hidratante ademas de lo tipico en la ducha, refrigerador y productos para consumir (pagados aparte obvio). Jaqueline muy amable. Desayuno abundante

Poco insonorizado, medio extraño el ingreso. El desayuno queda del dia anterior asi q el pan de molde un poco duro.

Muy buena ubicación. Limpio y acogedor. El desayuno excelente. La habitación y el baño excelentes. Muy bueno el aire acondicionado.

Solo a modo de recomendación, echamos de menos un recibimiento en persona al llegar al hostal y así nos pudiesen dar información relevante del lugar. Un día en la noche nos topamos afuera con una pareja de adultos mayores que venían llegando y no sabían como acceder al hostal y tuvimos que recibirlos nosotros.

Nice bedrooms. The breakfast is good.

They lost our luggage. Apparently a tour group took our bags while the hotel was supposed to store them and neither the hostal staff nor the tourist agency noticed. Hours before leaving the country and still without our luggage, the manager didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation and we only recovered the bags after insisting we needed the bags that same day. Poor communication on their part, no explanations given and no on-site staff made this worse.

die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sehr sauber und sehr funktionell ausgestattet. Eine sehr gute Idee ist, dass meine Abend der letztes Frühstück in das Zimmer bekommt und dort wirklich alles vorhanden ist, um am nächsten Tag ein gutes Frühstück zu haben. Dadurch kann jeder frühstücken wann er will.

wir hatten das letzte Zimmer am Gang und das Internet reicht nicht bis dorthin. Offensichtlich ist das schon länger bekannt, aber es kümmert niemanden. Wenn man früher als 15:00 Uhr einziehen möchte, dann zahlt man pro Stunde zehn Dollar extra. Das finde ich unnötig, wenn ein Zimmer ohnedies frei ist.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very responsive host. We easily purchased a few hours extension to our stay. A big breakfast is provided in the room to have at your convenience.

It would be good to have an indicator of which direction Hot and Cold are on bathroom taps, especially since it takes a while to come to temp. We had to pay for our luggage to be stored for a week, even though we were returning for a night. No other place has asked for payment for this.

I didn’t like that there was no reception to ask questions and travel guide also the internet was very poor.

Wat een prachtige kamer en hostel. Super lieve vrouw die er de hele dag in de weer is met van alles en nog wat. Super schoon. Top ontbijt wat de dag ervoor al gebracht wordt. En de ligging is ook top!

Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen is het de gehorigheid. Tip. Neem oordopjes mee en dan geen probleem

Really nice accommodation, large rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is left in the rooms each day for the next morning, well stocked fridge. This works really well if you are making a super early start for a hike as we did.

Ótima hospedagem! Auto chek-in facilitado pelo proprietário, instalações muito boas,, banho ótimo, café da manhã colocado no final do dia anterior para facilitar os passeios que saem cedo. Tivemos umas ótima experiência.

Fica como sugestão uma cortina blackout na janela, já que escurece muito tarde no verão (22h ou mais)

We stayed here twice, once before the W trek and once after. We also stored our luggage here during the trek at a rate of $5 per day per piece of luggage, with no issues. When it was time to head out for the trek, leaving our luggage was easy – we just filled out the tags with our information and left them in the room. The hotel was communicative ahead of our stay and sent the door code and room details, so we had no issues with our arrival. We had a big problem with hot water in our room on the first stay (described below) but other than that, our room was really comfortable, and I loved the self-serve breakfast that was left in the room for us! I also want to note that we stayed in a different room during our second stay (after the W trek) and had no issues with hot water in that room, so I would rate our second stay much higher. My ratings are for our first stay. For both stays, we were in a Double Room with Private Bathroom. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes away from the main part of Puerto Natales where all the restaurants and shops are, so it is much quieter, but it does mean a bit of a walk.

For the first of our two stays, we had no hot water in the shower in our room. I’m not exactly sure what the problem was, but we let the water run for about 30 minutes since the instructions said it might take a while to get hot water. My husband first ran into the problem at night, and I messaged the property on WhatsApp, but didn’t receive a response (granted, it was after-hours). In the morning, I tried the shower again, but eventually gave up since we had a bus to catch. The water was ice cold, so I opted not to shower (not ideal before starting the W trek).

Não necessariamente próximo ao centro dos restaurantes, mas o suficiente para uma pequena caminhada para aquecer ou fazer a digestão. O café da manhã no quarto e entregue no dia anterior é sempre prático para quem faz passeios muito cedo.

Não entendam como uma crítica. O acesso por uma porta diretamente na rua (por senha) pareceu assustador. Quando entramos, a surpresa foi maravilhosa. Um charme.

The property was exactly like you see in the pictures: it has all the comforts and amenities including hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion! The room was warm and cozy, and the fact that breakfast was left in the fridge the evening before was great since pick up times for excursions can be as early as 6 am. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre, and it’s a very pleasant and easy walk. The area and the hostal feel very safe too. The whole city does. The Rotundo Bistrot just one block away is amazing!

There seemed to be a functioning reception in the main building but this is no longer in use. Having a working reception would be helpful as some tour guides could not reach me on my phone and they could have asked staff to get me. Moreover, responses to messages on WhatsApp and Booking were quite slow. The lack of a reception also means you are charged remotely on your card for payment and this is far from transparent in my view.

The heating wasn’t working. No one was there and it was very hard to get in touch. It’s been two weeks since check-out, and we still haven’t received the invoice, and we can’t reach anyone either.

So cute and cozy! Wonderful big breakfast in the room. Very close to the bus station.

Very cozy, clean and well decorated rooms. Breakfast provided was fresh daily and delicious.

Everything was great.

The Hostal is secure. Rooms are very nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and a good sized and functional bathroom. Heated towel rails! Breakfast supplied is more than sufficient. Holding our luggage whilst completing the W Trek was very much appreciated.

Communication was lacking at times. In the end we got all the information we needed when we needed it and everything went smoothly. I was having issues with Booking.com and processing a credit card, I got no response El Establo despite several attempts. This was a bit unnecessarily stressful at a time when I had limited access to phone and internet.

- For the price you pay, not having staff present at the hotel is not adequate - Wifi was working very bad in the room - Room floor was not very clear on 2 of the 3 days (maybe some material enters under the door where there is wind)? This was very clear the first night we came in, and after whatsapping the staff the next day was better, bit on the third night we still had a dirty floor - Sink in the bathroom is too small Overall quality does not match the price

Todo estuvo ok . Es importante que adviertan que el valor que cargan es ligeramente superior al de la reserva en Booking y luego con los datos que solicitan lo actualizan. También que la razón social del hotel es diferente a la entidad que cobra para uno identificar el pago.

A large breakfast put in the room the night before, so you can eat early to catch your bus to Torres del Paine, or linger in the warmth of the room - includes a milk warmer / frother! Great WhatsApp communication to enter with a code. Easy to leave luggage while we trekked ($5 fee per day). Cozy restaurant, Rotund, one block up the street. Seven minute walk to train station.

Walls were a little thin, so bring earplugs if you don't want to hear your neighbors.

Great spacious and clean room. Had everything we could need from a hairdryer and toiletries, to a very generous breakfast laid out the night before (as we were up early to get a coach). Would highly recommend if you’re coming from or going to the coach station as it’s a short walk but also not far into town for dinner.

Quarto muito bonito e confortável. Decoração muito adequada ao tema da pousada e super agradável. Todo o conjunto do edifício torna o lugar exclusivo. A solução para o café da manhã é excelente e os produtos deixados no quarto e refrigerador são de boa qualidade e em quantidade suficiente.

Great hostel with individual rooms that are decorated and furnished to a high standard. No restaurant but they serve breakfast in your room (delivered the evening before) so you can choose when to get up and have a lazy breakfast in bed (or at the table in the room). Food kept fresh in the fridge in the room. It is also in a good location, walkable to both the town centre and the bus station.

En la descripción falta mucha información: El desayuno se lleva a la habitación la noche anterior, no se puede elegir qué se quiere comer, lo cual no es muy sostenible. No se trata de un hotel, sino de un hostal. Sin embargo, yo había buscado específicamente hoteles. No hay recepción, solo se puede contactar a través de WhatsApp. Pedí tres veces una factura, que necesito por motivos profesionales, pero nunca la recibí.

The staff were lovely, we arrived early after travelling overnight to drop off our bags and they gave us juice and biscuits to keep us going! Great for people doing Torres del Paine breakfast is big and delivered the day before so can leave as early as you like. Pretty close to bus stop. Comfy rooms and nice hot showers.

The rooms are styled with lots of love for details. It was clean and shelf and hanger for some clothes added to our overall comfort. We especially liked the nespresso coffeemachine in the room especially because it is not that easy to get good coffee in Chile. Also the included breakfast was rich and prepared with detail.

The walls are quite thin so privacy is a bit limited...😉

Lovely boutique hotel, walking distance to everything. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. Appreciated getting breakfast the night before to have at our leisure. Highly recommend this property!

Cama muy comoda. Sabanas de calidad. El alojamiento esta practicamente nuevo. Muy confortable. La calefaccion perfecta. El desayuno esta muy bien, pese a que te lo dejan el dia anterior.

Good comfortable room and good bathroom. Having breakfast served to our room felt very decadent and was good (it is delivered the night before so you can have breakfast whenever you like). It is close to the town centre and the bus station, both of which are walkable.

Cold stone floors, but several sheepskin rugs provided to help with this.

Even though it was not in the center, we were very happy to walk the few blocks, therefore, to us, it was a good location. The place is cozy, inviting and very comfortable. I would definitely recommended it. Very good breakfast.

They forgot to leave milk and juice on our last day, which it was part of our breakfast. No big deal but I thought that they should check that guests have everything they need.

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer. Alles noch sehr neu. Ein kleiner Innenhof, wo man bei gutem Wetter sitzen kann. Frühstück wird am Vorabend ins Zimmer gestellt und ist sehr gut.

Auf meiner Kreditkarte wurde ein zu hoher und ein völlig falscher ungerechtfertigter Betrag reserviert. Nach einige hin und her wurde das zwar korrigiert, aber ich fand erschreckend, dass das möglich ist und auch nervig. Die Koffer waren entgegen aller Versprechungen nach unsere sehr späten Rückkehr der mehrtägigen Wanderung im TdP nicht im Zimmer. Wurden dann geliefert. Eine einfache Entschuldigung gab es nie.

Lovely little place a 10-minute walk from everything in PN. Room was spacious, clean, great breakfast with freshly made Nespresso coffee. Bathroom was clean, staff was lovely!

It took a while to get hot water both in the faucet and the shower. It was also quite loud from the outside, we could hear as soon as people were walking outside the room.

Beautiful rooms in a wonderful setting. Breakfast provided was perfect! 10min walk out of main town but worth it, make sure to check out the new restaurant a couple of doors up called Rotondo, was amazing!

Good morning! I felt so uncomfortable with the accumulation water in the bath. The water is not draining from the shower drain. Hopefully, the bad experience was an isolated issue and has been sorted shortly after my check out so as to avoid such situation to the next guess

Cute spot, especially compared to the other places I was seeing in this area on bookings. You can control the heat. They held my bags which was a bit expensive but worth it for the convenience. Fresh fruits at breakfast. And the bed was comfy!

What a surprise behind the red gates! Lovely, ordered, welcoming set up. It was quiet & secure. Rooms were very clean & beds made with luxury cotton sheets. Breakfast that was left fresh in your room every day was varied, plentiful & good quality. A nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother! The restaurant recommendations listed are definitely worth a visit! Would absolutely stay again.

Le problème de paiement . La carte de crédit Revolut qui ne pouvait pas être débitéeen ligne par l établissement alors qu elle était valable et alimentée . L absence de personnel pour vous accueillir . Les serrures des chambres fonctionnent mal . Nous avons été bloqués à l extérieur de notre chambre 1h 30. Heureusement que la propriétaire est venu nous aider . Ne fermez jamais le verrou du haut 😉

Toda la estadía fue muy cómoda, el lugar precioso, la habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa y muy bonita. Era fácil entrar y salir y el desayuno genial!

Pasé frío, no tenía suficiente calefacción la habitación y tampoco habían frazadas, la última noche pedí algo extra y lo solucionaron perfecto con un nuevo cobertor, dormí super y sin frío

Excelente servicio, muy atentos con la comunicación y recomendaciones.

La salida de agua de la ducha podría mejorarse.
