Very clean

Breakfast was average, and same every day.

Location is close to everything. The hotel rooms and surroundings were extremely clean. It felt like a little oasis. The staff who worked there were always friendly. The racoons are night was a nice touch.

If you are someone who likes variety at breakfast then don't opt for this option to have it included. Its only some fruit, a little spoon of yoghurt + granola and a sweet. Very basic BUT where the restaurant is located is spectacular looking at the water every morning.

Le petit déjeuner est imposé (formule continentale) sans possibilité de remplacer un élément par un autre sans devoir payer un supplément (on nous demande de payer un supplément pour remplacer un jus de pastèque par un jus d’orange).

Absence d’enfants (peu d’hôtels le propose dans la ville et c’est bien agréable de ne pas devoir supporter ce désagrément). La localisation est parfaite (proche de tous les restaurants). Le personnel est fort sympathique et à la disposition de ses clients (en raison du peu de chambres aussi). Le lieu est très beau et les chambres également.

La réceptionniste m’a informé qu’ils rencontraient un problème avec le TPE pour payer le restant dû à l’arrivée (en amont par WhatsApp). En arrivant, j’ai quand même voulu payer par carte ; c’était finalement possible (après qu’elle ait passé un coup de fil à quelqu’un) … avec une taxe supplémentaire à la clé. Comportement peu professionnel. Absence de petit-déjeuner. Les sunbeds au bord de la piscine ne sont pas du standing de l’hôtel.

Everything! We had a wonderful stay for my partner’s birthday, the staff made him feel extra special with some lovely birthday decorations in the room, and we’re always very chatty and welcoming. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, and the pool was amazing to come back to after the heat of Holbox. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

Very minor recommendation but access to a fridge would be useful.

The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. So many beautiful touches around the hotel. The owners are always on the property, the reception staff is knowledgeable, personable and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated, tasteful, great shower, delicious coffee in the rooms, and many restaurants and shops nearby for breakfast etc… Close to beach, in a really nice area of town with lots of great spots nearby for dinner or drinks. I would come back here again.

במחיר ששילמנו יש מקומות שווים הרבה יותר בהולבוש. בנוסף, לא הייתי ממליץ להגיע בעיקר בגלל החוויה מהצוות. לפני הצ׳ק אין ביקשו ממני הבחור בקבלה לא להגיע בין 16:00-19:00 בגלל שהוא צריך לאכול צהריים- גרמו לי כאורח להרגיש לא נעים שהתעקשתי שנעשה את הצ׳ק אין בשעה הזאת. רק בגלל שככה התחילה החוויה שלי עם המקום (בחיים לא קיבלתי בקשה כל כך מוזרה ממקום אירוח) לא הייתי ממליץ להגיע. כמובן שזה לא היה העיניין היחיד- ביקשנו קבלה אחרי הצ׳ק אווט, יותר מפעם אחת, והיא פשוט לא הגיעה..

Todo. Cuando entras parece que entras en un paraíso de relax. Es maravilloso, trato excepcional y cuidan el detalle al mínimo. Sin duda repetiremos.

Beautiful property, perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. Super clean. Staff is extremely helpful, especially Isra. He takes care of the property with love.

Les chambres sont clairement superbes et le personnel est adorable. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des ratons laveurs sur notre terrasse le soir.

L’hôtel n’est pas directement sur la plage , nous le savions mais nous l’avons tout de même un peu regretté, car l’accès aux transats est moins pratique. Cela dit, nous avons pu nous installer dans l’hôtel où nous prenions le petit déjeuner le matin. Le petit déjeuner, en revanche, est plutôt décevant. Un matin, nous avons même attendu près d’une heure avant d’être servis. Le coin piscine est plus beau en photo qu’en réalité, car il se situe directement à l’entrée, ce qui enlève un peu de charme. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé un peu élevé.

La location è davvero ben curata e ha un fascino tropicale. Le camere erano pulitissime e i prodotti da bagno (es. Shampoo) spettacolari; così come anche la qualità della biancheria del letto e degli asciugamani: morbidissimi. Isra è stato sempre disponibile per ogni aiuto. Di sera ho potuto vedere dei simpaticissimi procioni camminare nei dintorni.

La piscina era un pò sporca durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutto il resto della struttura era invece maniacalmente pulito quindi non so.

Très bon emplacement (plage, restaurants & commerces à proximité immédiate), le personnel a toujours été très serviable et très sympathique, l'hôtel est très propre et intimiste car il n'y a pas plus de 10 chambres, les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, le petit-déjeuner était très bon, il faut sortir de l'hôtel mais cela permet de le prendre sur la plage. Comptez une dizaine de minutes à pied depuis le port pour rejoindre l'hôtel.

El hotel es muy bonito, con una decoración muy cuidada y todo muy limpio. Las sábanas y toallas son de muy buena calidad. La habitación es cómoda, con una cama grande y una ducha amplia, con buena presión de agua. Disponen de café de cortesía todos los días. La piscina y el jardín están bien cuidados y son muy agradables. También tienen agua filtrada a disposición. La hamaca en la terraza es un detalle muy acertado.

El desayuno no se sirve en el hotel, lo cual es una pena. Aunque se puede desayunar frente a la playa, la calidad no está a la altura del hotel; se echan en falta opciones como huevos recién hechos o un buen pan tostado. Tampoco dispone de club de playa propio. Tienen uno concertado, pero a la llegada hubo problemas para acceder y fue necesario insistir para poder quedarse. El hotel es genial, pero los servicios que tiene subcontratados (desayuno y club de playa) no están a la altura.

Quiet and clean, the rooms are nice and the location is great to experience all that Holbox has to offer! We loved the style of the hotel, and the staff was wonderful.

Ce petit havre de paix est idéalement situé, proche de tout. Le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et répond à toutes vos questions. On se sent dans une bulle.

L’hôtel n’a ni frigo dans les chambres ni accessible dans l’établissement. De plus, il y a un champ à proximité où quelqu’un brûle régulièrement des choses, ce qui rend difficile de se détendre sur la terrasse à cause de la fumée.

Het ontvangst begint al goed, hele nette en goed engels sprekende gastheer die altijd op locatie is. De locatie is top, midden in het centrum en een straat achter het strand en restaurants, alles is binnen loop afstand. De kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en opgeruimd en het hele complex is in zeer nette opgeruimde staat. Wij hebben het hier super gehad en zijn helemaal bijgekomen van onze drukke reis.

Very confortable room, with a lot of space for 2. The hotel is cost and safe. Special mention to Israel who has taken great care of us.

If you are looking for complete silence you should find a place further from the center. As you can hear music at night from surrounding bars.

Wonderful little gem in Holbox! I loved that it’s centrally located yet still feels very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some nights there was live music next door that ends before midnight.

It was very tranquil and the staff was attentive to your needs. The room is exactly as shown on site. The grounds were extremely well kept. Loved the location to central Holbox. Very easy to get around with many exceptional restaurants within couple minutes walk.

A small fridge would go a long way to add even more to the experience, this in no way took away from the property.

La décoration est particulièrement bien soignée, l’hôtel est très propre. La localisation est idéale (à côté de tout, plage à 100 mètres, restaurants, supermarché…). Le lit est très grand et très confortable. La chambre est préparée et organisée avec soin jusqu’au moindre petit détail. La piscine est très agréable. Isra nous a très bien accueillis.

Il faut prévoir des boules quies car la localisation est à la fois la qualité et le défaut de cet hôtel. Étant dans une rue remplie de bars, la musique est très forte et la chambre n’est pas insonorisée pour ça. De plus, il n’y a pas de séparation nette entre les toilettes et la chambre (une cloison ouverte).

Hôtel intimiste! Très bien entretenu a l'extérieur et a l'intérieur décoré avec goût. Petit déjeuné délocalisé à quelques mètres dans un établissement partenaire, pour être vu face à la mer.

Le personnel de l'établissement était très agréable et surtout très aidant. L'hôtel n'est pas très grand ce qui est un plaisir puisque nous y sommes tranquilles et que cela nous permet de bien nous reposer. Il est très bien situé, sans être dans le centre qui est plus bruyant. En résumé, parfait pour se reposer tout en profitant pleinement du centre ville et des plages juste à côté !

Einfach alles! Das Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet und wird aufwändig gepflegt. Alle Angestellten sind unglaublich freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Tierra del Mar gehen.

Noisy being in the middle of town which didn’t overly bother us. Small hotel with not many facilities but enough for what you need for a relaxed few days.

Super schone en uiterst comfortabele kamer met een heerlijk bed.

Doordat het midden in het centrum ligt hoor je veel geluiden ‘s nachts. Daarnaast hadden wij inclusief ontbijt geboekt. Echter is het ontbijt niet bij het hotel, maar is er een samenwerking met een restaurant op het strand op 2 minuten lopen. Daar werden wij helaas totaal niet vriendelijk geholpen en bleek het ontbijt zeer beperkt te zijn. Enkel wat fruit, yoghurt en plakje toast. Wil je een eitje dan moet je bijbetalen. Wij hadden ei bijbesteld maar moesten daar 15 euro voor bijbetalen En dat voor 1 lepel roerei waar je nog geen toast mee kan beleggen. Echt idioot! Dit ook aangegeven bij de hotel manager. Als ik het hotel was zou ik voor het ontbijt een samenwerking aangaan met een ander restaurant, bijvoorbeeld restaurant Zonnebloem of Le Bluk. Daar hebben wij zelf de andere dag ontbeten en dat was super!! Ook een paar minuten lopen van het hotel.

Putzkräfte zum Teil etwas übermotiviert und verräumen mehr als erwünscht. Negativ ist der Preisunterschied für Touristen bei Buchung in jeglicher Fremdwährung, denn es werden aufgrund des selbst gewählten Kurs des Hotels ca 15% mehr verrechnet - dies ist nicht erkennbar im Vorhinein während der Buchung.

This beautiful boutique hotel is the epitome of bohemian chic. With only nine rooms accommodating a maximum of eighteen adults, the property feels intimate and thoughtfully curated. Each room is designed for relaxation, with wonderfully comfortable beds, high‑quality linens and towels, a beach basket for day trips, and for our suite, a fabulous private hammock. The rooms are clad in light stone with calming textiles and multiple lighting options. Our bathroom, however, was quite dim and could benefit from additional lighting. The A/C worked perfectly during our December stay, the rooms smelled fantastic, and everything was kept impeccably clean. Isar, the property manager, was fantastic and attentive to many small details. Breakfast at the beach club down the street was sufficient, though nothing particularly memorable. The pool area was inviting, but the water was quite cold in December. Rates were very reasonable, and I would absolutely consider staying here again. I hesitate here, because in so many ways this property deserves five stars, but it falls short due to a few small—yet noticeable—details. A coffee maker and pods are provided, but no milk or creamer is available, and artificial sweetener couldn’t be obtained. There is no refrigerator in the room for storing medication, and ice is not available – you will need to purchase your own (many bars can sell you a few cups of ice if you don't need a full bag). One additional suggestion: guests staying in the garden‑view suite should be able to turn off the outdoor lights to fully enjoy the incredible Holbox night sky.

The hotel and staff are amazing. The rooms are very well designed and comfortable. The pool area is great for relaxing. The staff really does go above and beyond to make sure you’re stay is the best it can be. I can not stress how amazing the staff is!

Insgesamt eine kleine, dafür aber sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Lage ist super. Durch den Innenhof hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe.

Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht, das in einem anderen Hotel direkt am Strand serviert wird. Das Ambiente am Strand ist zwar super, allerdings ist das gebotene Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in der Unterkunft Tierra del Mar gefühlt. Isra hat und herzlich empfangen und war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein schöner Rückzugsort für uns und wir würden die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Geweldige accommodatie, heerlijke kamer en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Dicht bij het strand en alle restaurantjes in het dorpje. Ook dat het adults only is, is ontzettend fijn. Absolute aanrader!

Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door de naastgelegen strandtent. De locatie voor het ontbijt is top en erg lekker, maar best weinig qua hoeveelheid, weinig variatie en voor bijvoorbeeld een eitje moet je bijbetalen. Het hotel kan er niets aan doen, maar er kwamen erg veel vliegen op het eten af. De strandtent kan beter wat waaiers o.i.d. neerzetten.

The bathroom in the room was not a separate room with a door, just behind a wall (that didn't even go all the way up to the ceiling) so keep that in mind as it's very... intimate

L'hôtel est à taille humaine, seulement quelques chambres. Tout l'hôtel est très bien décoré et bien entretenu. L'hôtel situé en deuxième rideau par rapport au bord de mer est très calme et à proximité de tout. Un immense merci à la personne de l'accueil pour son aide ,sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance 🙏🏻

The property is freshly renovated/built and the room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC works perfectly. Breakfast is served at another location directly on the beach with a great view and extremely nice staff.

Toilet paper has to be thrown in a bin - this is understandable given the limited island infrastructure, but then a closed lid bin should be provided (there's only an open one) and the change of the trash bag should be offered multiple times a day instead of just once. Staff isn't really around, there is one manager throughout the day but there is no room service or 24/7 reception in case of need.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms look exactly like the photos. But note, there is partial divide between the bathroom and main bedroom with no door. Isra and his team were very attentive in arranging transport to the port, suggesting activities and restaurants on the island and were very welcoming. We would absolutely stay again!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel; un super accueil et service; la déco est soignée, tout est bien entretenu et propre. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours et la litterie très confortable (lit king size). Il n'y a que 8 chambres donc c'est calme et relaxant. L'hôtel est très bien placé sans pour autant qu'on entende le bruit du centre ville. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et est servi dans un hôtel voisin au bord de mer ! Tout était parfait, je recommande ++

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Bett extrem komfortabel und das Zimmer Personal reinigt den Raum sehr gründlich (Bettlaken werden alle 2 Tage gewechselt) Die Anlage ist sehr klein, circa 8 Zimmer, demnach ist alles sehr persönlich Gestaltet Keine direkte Strandlage aber zu Fuß 5 Minuten zu schönen Beach Clubs was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen wieder

Super freundlich und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit … wir konnten vor Ort ganz unkompliziert das Anreisedatum ändern, weil ein anderes Hotel storniert werden musste - nochmal vielen vielen Dank dafür ! Wir sind sogar ein zweites Mal innerhalb des Urlaubs in das Hotel weil es so sauber und schön war. 2 min zum Strand und das Frühstück bekommt man am Strand im Amaite serviert - Super Kooperation

Es gab keinen Kühlschrank oder eine kleine Bar, das war schade.

Sauberkeit, schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Zentrale Lage.

Da das Hotel keine Bar hat, wäre ein Kühlschrank um Getränke kalt zu halten von Vorteil gewesen. Es gab jedoch einen Wasser Spender.

Bis zur Check-in Zeit von 15:00 darf man den Pool nicht benutzen. Sie geben nicht einmal das Wifi Passwort vor dieser Zeit, was aus Schweizer Sicht nicht als kundenfreundlich angesehen wird. In einem weiteren Hotel hier in Holbox war das alles kein Problem vor der Check-in Zeit.
