Casa Tom Tom est exceptionnelle tant par son emplacement au bord de l eau que par l accueil de Sandra ( parfaitement trilingue et très cultivee)Une maison d hôte décorée avec goût où tout est fait pour s y sentir bien. Les petits dejeuner Mayas sont faits maison préparés par Minerve mais un peu chiche.

Rien mais 2 suggestions : disposer un pédiluve au bas des escaliers pour éviter le sable et proposer marmelade et toasts au petit dejeuner.

Sandra und ihr Team sind tolle Gastgeber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir genossen die Privatsphäre, konnten aber immer Fragen wenn uns etwas fehlte.

Die Lage ist super! Der Strand direkt vor dem Haus mit eigenen kleinen Strand! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich! Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet! Es leben auch 5 Hunde in der kleinen schönen Anlage! Die Hunde sind freundlich und stören nur gelegentlich, wenn sie bellen oder an der Tür kratzen. Sandra ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Leider war sie bei unseren Aufenthalt nur 2 Tage da! Aber sie hat sofort geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Es ist wirklich genau wie auf den Fotos😍

Man hat in den unteren zwei Zimmern nicht viel Privatsphäre. Da es aber sehr familiär zugeht, war das für uns kein grosses Problem.

Excellent place! Beautiful Beach, lovely clean backyard and Pools. Owner Sandra is the loveliest person ever! Amazing fresh breakfast. We would definitely come back!

We had the room with two king size beds next to Sandra’s kitchen and living room. It was to be honest in the morning after 6-7 AM really loud, as the door to her appartement is not soundproof. We would next time get one of the other rooms. Regarding price: we payed 320USD per night. That was really a lot in regard to not much privacy in the room.

Es war traumhaft, Alles hat uns gefallen!! Feines Frühstück, liebevolle Gastgeber und top Service. Wunderschöne Anlage direkt am Meer. Zimmer wunderbar und gross mit Hängematte. ☺️☺️

Nous avons séjourné dans ce petit endroit de paradis, sur île magnifique. Sandra est une personne géniale et sublime votre séjour en étant très accueillante, elle fait attention à votre bien-être et sa maison est un endroit paisible. L’accès à la plage est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuné fait maison chaque matin vous met en joie. Je recommande cet endroit sincèrement!

Loved that it's a small, intimate property (only 3 rooms!) We got to meet and interact with the other guests, which made our stay enjoyable. The beach front location can't be beat and we had exclusive access to the beach chairs. Our room upstairs was amazing with a beautiful balcony overlooking the property and ocean. The room itself was charming, comfortable and spacious too. Sandra is a lovely host who sincerely cares about her guests. She was always checking up on her guests and even arranged some transportation for us.

Breakfast is included and was yummy but could have been better imo (only coffee served, no juices or Mexican sweet bread - typical of Mexican breakfasts). We could hear the club music from nearby hotels, especially late at night/early morning.

Sandra has built a spot of paradise in Holbox. From the moment you walk in it’s hard not to ghasp at the stunning architecture. It is both grandiose yet invites you in, the use of natural varnished and unfinished wood everywhere and stunning tropical planting seating her beautiful home into its natural surroundings. It opens right onto her own strip of beach which is a rarity and privilege. She’s created such a peaceful retreat you forget just how built up it is on the beaches in Holbox. The rooms continue in this theme, rustic but perfectly appointed, rooted in its surroundings. This is not a hotel. Sandra greets you with such warmth and affection that you feel you’ve always been here and never want to leave. Walking up and down the beach we realised just how lucky we were. We’d chosen the finest place to stay.

De locatie is top, de tuin is prachtig en het uitzicht is geweldig. De kamers zijn schoon. De eigenaar en het personeel zijn super lief. En het ontbijt is heerlijk.

De hondjes van de eigenaar blaffen veel, dat is soms wel hinderlijk. En 1 avond stond de muziek van de club ernaast zo hard dat we lagen te trillen in ons bed.

The place is beautiful- it’s not a hotel but a stunning beach house with only 3 rooms, so a much more personal stay. Location is great, close to everything and well worth having private loungers as otherwise you’d be on a towel on the sand..

Unfortunately Sandra wasn’t there during our stay but we’d heard good reviews about her warm hospitality, so felt we didn’t get as much information. The staff were lovely but didn’t speak any English (and shamefully my Spanish wasn’t good enough to understand). Breakfast was very average - I felt for what we paid it should be better. The staff recommended and organised a trip to see the bioluminescence for all 5 of us staying here, which we all agreed was very underwhelming- but perhaps we were just unlucky.

Great location on beach far enough away from town to be quiet yet close enough to be a 5 minute stroll from the action. If you are looking for a glitzy retreat then this place is not for you, nor is Holbox. If you are looking for a comfortable traditionally decorated beach house then you can not get much better. Really friendly service from the owner and all the staff with a great attention to detail. Amazing sunset views from the private beach. Lovely breakfast included.

Everything! Casa Tom Tom is a gem in paradise. Sandra & all her team are wonderful. Sandra was so helpful - she even dropped us to the ferry on our departure. Our room was perfect, quiet & comfortable & beautifully designed. The day beds on the beach were great - private & peaceful and the perfect spot for sunset. Excellent pool in beautiful garden. Lots of great restaurants minutes away. Delicious breakfast every morning. Just book it!

We had the most fabulous stay and Casa TomTom. It is a lovely small property right on the beach, comfortable beds, good showers and a private beach area. We had a lovely big terrace that looked out through the trees to the beautiful turquoise water. Great location, near to everything but not noisy. Next door there is a hotel which will serve you drinks and ok food while you lie on your sun lounger watching the pelicans and frigates swooping over the sea Sandra our hostess was an absolute delight and we fast became friends. THE place for sunset, we enjoyed a drink with our hostess looking out over the sea and watching the sun go down. Truly magical

sandra was an excellent thoughtful host. She even invited us to join in her birthday party. the location was perfect. the pool was lovely. It is a boutique hotel, which was quiet. highly recommend.

Casa Tom Tom exceeded our expectations even after the great reviews the have. There wouldn’t be a better place in the island for a couples trip. And this is because of the most amazing and welcoming staff. Sandra is THE host. Sandra made us feel special at all times communicating and caring about our stay. Minerva prepares delicious and different breakfast every day and Toro helps with everything you need. Stunning small patio with refreshing pool and beautiful furniture. This property is right on the beach, next to restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the sunset and great food/drinks. Definitely recommend it!!

Our stay at Casa Tom Tom was perfect in every way. Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with booking tours and transportation. The breakfasts are delicious and changed every day! Best of all, the house is right on the beach and close to everything while at the same time quiet at night. We loved every day lounging on the chairs under the palapa and jumping in and out of the ocean! The little bar next door also delivers drinks which was a nice touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Casa Tom Tom was the paradise - there is nothing about it that I didn't love

We had the entire place to ourselves. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and made a great way to start the day. Will definitely go back.

Everything was fabulous. Our brilliant hostess Sandra and her staff looked after us beautifully. We were so lucky to find Casa Tom Tom, we stayed in 3 separate hotels on the island due to late booking and this was head and shoulders above the rest.
