Hotel estupendo: las habitaciones están muy bien, un desayuno muy bueno y bien ubicado.

El hotel está perfecto pero no me gustó tener que hacer yo el registro de viajeros. Te mandan un enlace para que lo hagas tú con antelación pero te tienes que descargar una app. Si lo haces en el hotel, lees un QR y rellenas tú los datos. Creo que eso es una tarea que corresponde al personal del hotel y no al huésped. Tampoco me parece correcto pedir una fianza de 50€.

Tolles kleines Boutique-Hotel inmitten von Santa Cruz! Eine Vielzahl von Geschäften und Restaurants sind zu Fuß schnell errreichbar! Auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Rooftopbar und super Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade! Zimmer 1a! Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend! Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Keine Selbstbedienung; nach allem muß gefragt werden! Keine Wechsel im täglichen Angebot! Wenn man zu bestimmten Zeiten frühstücken möchte, muß man quasi einen Tisch reservieren (10 Sitzplätze vorhanden) Mag jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, ob dieser Umstand etwas für ihn ist! Dss TV-Gerät in unserem Superior Studio war hinter einem Stützträger angebracht; man sieht also wahrscheinlich nicht viel! Wir haben das Gerät nie benutzt, ungewöhnlich ist es trotzdem. Hier könnte man sicherlich eine bessere Lösung finden! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiterin Halisa vom Housekeeping, die uns u. a. täglich ganz süße Notizzettel mit netten Nachrichten hinterlassen hat!

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, personal muy amable.

Aunque la habitación estaba bastante bien equipada y tenía un pequeño ventilador la faltaba tener la opción de aire acondicionado.

Nos gustó mucho el estilo, los pequeños detallles, el trato del personal, el desayuno, las vistas del roof... Muy recomendable!

Todo. Hasta el mínimo detalle, limpísimo, con ventanas cerradas no se escucha nada. Colchón comodísimo, ubicación en el centro peatonal, la playa a un minuto.

Qué no tuviera aire acondicionado, pero por la temperatura que suele haber, con los ventiladores torre genial. Soy calurosa, también es verdad.

Solo tuvimos un pequeño percance y es que nos encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. Es verdad que había muchísimas por la calle en santa cruz de la Palma

Bardzo czyste i zadbane pokoje, dodatkowo dużym plusem jest bar na dachu. Lokalizacja świetna, w samym centrum. Trzeba pamiętać że do hotelu nie przynależny parking, ale nie ma z tym problemu, można zaparkować za darmo na wielu publicznych parkingach. Śniadania są pyszne.

Niestety musiałam się upomnieć o zwrot pieniędzy za napoje. Pieniądze zostały pobrane z karty kredytowej mimo że opłaciłam zamówienie od razu przy zakupie. Niemniej od razu po zwróceniu uwagi pieniądze zostały zwrócone.

Su ubicación y las instalaciones

La ubicación es perfecta, en todo el centro y con unas vistas al mar preciosas. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, nuevas y están muy bien equipadas. El personal encantador, muy amables y el desayuno exquisito!

El sitio está genial situado, el desayuno está genial y la atención del personal es excepcional. La habitación con balcón tenía lo necesario para unos días, el rooftop común unas vistas increíbles.

El hotel es cómodo y está muy bien situado. Las vistas desde la habitación y desde la azotea son excelentes. Incluso se oye cómo rompen las olas desde la habitación. El personal nos atendió muy bien. Una buena opción para alojarse en Santa Cruz de la Palma

Lovely boutique hotel, large airy room, tasty fresh breakfast. Staff really helpful, in particular Dana. Great location in the old town near to restaurants, shops and museums and literally 3 minute walk to beach.

La ubicación, el hotel tiene encanto, son detallistas y el personal muy amable.

Si vas con coche es una zona ( el centro) muy complicada para aparcar, a cambio la zona es la zona histórica.

Me encantó el trato del personal. Uno de los recepcionistas estuvo con nosotros un largo tiempo resolviéndonos dudas del itinerario que teníamos pensado. Fue una estancia realmente agradable, con lujo de detalle. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno también (con té matcha incluido).

L’accueil plus que chaleureux de Dana et ses collègues, leur sourire et leur disponibilité, la boisson de bienvenue, la situation géographique, la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres, le calme, la vue sur la mer, le délicieux petit-dej’, le rooftop où prendre un délicieux cocktail après une belle journée. Les attentions personnalisées comme les petits caramels sur le lit ou la carte manuscrite pour notre arrivée. Bref, l’essayer c’est l’adopter ;o)

Een heerlijk hotel op perfecte locatie midden in de stad. In drie stappen sta je op een terras op de boulevard of op het strand, of je gaat naar het dakterras voor een rustig drankje. Fijn ruime kamer, alles schoon en netjes, lekker bed en goede douche. Ontbijt met veel keus en super aardige medewerkers die onthouden wie je bent en hoe je je koffie drinkt. Het voordeel van verblijf in deze stad is dat er meer te zien en doen is dan in de toeristenplaatsen in de buurt, terwijl je ook kan kiezen voor een strand dag. Absoluut een aanrader!

La ubicación es muy buena céntrico y al lado de la playa, muy nuevo y limpio todo. Muy buen recibimiento y bebida de cortesía

Hubo varios fallos para ser una habitación superior. Nos hicieron una retención de dinero por el servicio de minibar en la habitación y no había nevera. El código de la cerradura inteligente nos la dieron mal y nos tuvo que abrir el recepcionista las dos veces que bajamos.

Tout: le personnel au top, les petits déjeuners EXCELLENTS, l'emplacement central, le confort de la chambre...

Pas de parking à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel, surtout en ce moment (travaux). Mais il y a un grand parking à 10min de marche avec toujours des places.

Great location. Picturesque little town. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants, small supermarket. Lovely little gem of a place to stay. Very helpful and amenable staff. Everything about this hotel is well thought out, well presented, fresh and cared for. Breakfast was really good. Nice variety of local produce. Very clean room. Nice shower. I guess the acid test is would I stay again. Absolutely, yes. Great place.

Parking is a little tricky. Roof top area could do with a little shade for us UK (burn easy) tourists!!

Everything was great. We had a smooth check-in, they kept our luggage since we arrived earlier, and they took it to our room when it was ready later. The studio was very comfortable, with nice views to the street from the balcony. The rooftop terrace was great, totally worth a visit. Breakfast was also very good, with different options to choose. And last, but not least, everyone from the staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. It felt really good to come back to this place after exploring around the island each day. A fantastic stay.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam dość mieszanie. Na pewno dużym plusem jest lokalizacja – bardzo dobra, wygodna i sprzyjająca zwiedzaniu okolicy.

Ogromnym zaskoczeniem były dla mnie pochlebne opinie dotyczące śniadań, które zupełnie nie pokrywają się z moim doświadczeniem. Szczerze mówiąc, pierwszy raz spotkałem się z tak ubogą ofertą – do wyboru było dosłownie pięć produktów: żółty ser, pomidor pokrojony w plastry, jajko na twardo oraz jeden rodzaj szynki. Co więcej, śniadanie nie było dostępne w formie bufetu. Produkty były wydzielane przez kelnera – należało podejść do lady i poprosić np. o plasterek pomidora z za szyby czy sera, a obsługa nakładała dokładnie taką ilość. Nie było możliwości samodzielnego nałożenia jedzenia, co było dla mnie bardzo nietypowe i mało komfortowe.

Incredible value to stay in such a comfortable room in the heart of the capital of the island. Plus this is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Don't know how they provide such wonderful accommodation for the money.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln..

Lovely small hotel feel. Really friendly and welcoming staff: thanks to Fabián, Roberto and Dana. So good but rare nowadays to find individual places to stay. Excellent breakfast choices: so nice not to see a Full English option. Really close to centre of everything in town and only 10 minutes stroll from ferry port. If you go for a more expensive studio room there's actually masses more space in them. Worth it. Smokers (like me) note: no smoking allowed on small balcony.

Outside influences *which were in no way the fault of the accommodation*. A lot of redecorating and renovation going on in town and close to hotel, plus a really annoying flickering street light. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs and all will be fine.

A nice, welcoming hotel in a very central location. Very nice staff. The view from the hotel room was incredible.
