Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Bien estaba cerca y bien cerrado la habitación sin nada que observar nos sorprendió gratamente el ofi que tiene donde puedes hacer una infusión o calentar algo, muy limpio y ordenado primera vez.
Lo único es esta independiente del alojamiento principal y para llevar el equipaje esta incómodo tambien en parte devido a las obras continuas el casco antiguo.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The location is very convenient, I came by public transport. The staff is very attentive, including the lady at the breakfast who memorised my coffee preferences. I also enjoyed the mixture between typical style and modern convenience, like the mirror. I didn’t have problems with noise, despite having a window to the street and keeping it open at night - the breeze from the sea comes in. But it might be because I’m a heavy sleeper. The other guests who went to breakfast and forgot their alarms/phone in the room were much more of a nuisance.
There are some quick wins regarding the maintenance. In my case: a single clothes hanger and the toiletries holder in the bathroom. Fixing small things gives off a good impression. The safe also didn’t work but might have been my card and I didn’t bother to change.

Habitación pequeña sin lugar para dejar maletas y ropa, y oscura. En el hotel nos enviaron a los apartamentos equivocados, tardaron mucho en solucionar el problema y nos recomendaron muy muy mal la logística del coche y maletas

A little bit of noise from the nearby street, nothing too much though, normal for a city center. Parking is not easy, but that's all over the capital. There are paid options close by.

There wasn't much of anything I didn't like. The shower could have been a bit bigger, but there's not much to be done about that.

I really enjoyed the beautiful architecture around, the ocean nearby, and the special atmosphere of the city. In the evenings, there were people singing in cafés and bars, which made the place feel so lively and magical. Thank you for a lovely experience. I would be happy to come back again! 😊

La ventana de la habitación solo podía abrirse de par en par q se veía todo y entraba bastante aire o cerrarla del todo que la habitación parecía un horno. Estaría bien poder abrir solo un poco la ventana. Faltaba espacio o baldas para dejar cosas en los armarios o algo así.

Tienen habitaciones en un edificio aparte, y esas habitaciones no son bonitas. Tienen un olor fuerte a orina camuflada con detergente. Se escucha todo ya que las paredes son de papel. Las almohadas son horribles, la guata es tan vieja que forma bolas en la almohada. Hace mucho calor en la habitación a pesar de estar fuera a 14 grados y el AACC no funciona bien. Una pena, ya que el edificio principal si tiene muy buena pinta y seguro las habitaciones allí son mucho mejores. Las habitaciones del otro edificio no valen lo que cobran por ellas.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La ubicación excepcional, al alojarnos en Semana Santa hemos disfrutado de las procesiones justo delante de nuestro hotel, muy bonitas y sorprendentes, hay restaurantes cercanos a muy buen precio, muy buen ambiente. Teníamos el desayuno incluido, abundante y bueno. La camarera era encantadora. Limpieza, instalaciones y servicios muy buenos.
El perchero- armario es insuficiente, pero como solo estuvimos cuatro días tampoco fue tan mal.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026La ubicación es céntrica y es fácil aparcar por la zona. Siempre cojo este hotel cuando voy a La Palma. Está en un edificio histórico reacondicionado con mucho mimo. Es céntrico pero la verdad que no tuvimos problemas de ruidos y descansamos bien.
Aunque el hotel y la recepción están en la avenida del litoral y alli hay habitaciones, las nuestras en esta ocasión estaban en otro edificio a unos minutos caminando (Calle Garachico). No es un gran incoveniente si viajas ligero de equipaje, pero lo tendría en cuenta si viajas con niños, carritos, etc. Las ventanas son de guillotina (no las pueden cambiar por ser un edificio histórico) y son complicadas de manejar si no tiene la suficiente fuerza. Si quieres hacer uso del desayuno tienes que ir a otro edificio.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame bij de receptie. Het hotel waar ik verbleef ligt iets verderop, maar wel midden in het centrum en beschikt over een lift. Fijne kamer met een ruime, nette badkamer, een koelkastje, airco en een goede wifi-verbinding. Weinig last gehad van geluiden van buren. Voor het ontbijt moet je een kleine twee minuten wandelen naar het nabijgelegen hotel aan de boulevard waar ik was ingecheckt. Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was goed verzorgd. Voor de prijs die ik heb betaald, een uitstekende keuze.

It's a separate location from Holiday Time Hotel, where the reception is located and breakfast is served - something that is not obvious from the description in booking.com pages (it's not too far away and you do get a message before arrival). No car/taxi access to the location.

No me cambiaron las toallas en toda mi estancia y fueron 5 noches. La habitación era pequeña y sin armario, solo tenía unas perchas. El personal no era especialmente simpático y eso es raro en Canarias. Además no tiene parking.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026De ligging van het hotel is ideaal om de oude stad te bezoeken. Het is een authentiek pand en de kamer en badkamer waren erg comfortabel. Zeer goed bed. Goed ontbijt.
Het inchecken was (op wandelafstand) in het hotel Holiday Time aan de Av. Maritima, waar ook het ontbijt werd geserveerd. Toegang naar het hotel was via de Calle Garachico. Misschien was dit allemaal tijdelijk omdat er nog renovatiewerken waren. Het maakte het, aangezien we om middernacht toekwamen wel complex. Na een telefoontje kwam er wel snel hulp. Parkeren kan niet bij het hotel, er zijn enkele parkeermogelijkheden op 400 en 800 m. Bagage droppen kan (mits kort parkeren) in Hotel Holiday Time.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026gutes Frühstück im Freien mit Blick auf kleinen Platz in Fußgängerzone Wir wohnten im historischen Nebengebäude, innen modern ausgebaut, Fassade und Fenster schön restauriert. Nur 3 Fußminuten vom Haupthaus mit Restaurant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Parkplatz zu finden ist schwierig

La colazione buona ma si può migliorare arricchendola con maggiori proposte, ma di base è buona. I dipendenti della struttura potrebbero essere più sorridenti e cordiali.
