Blisko do morza i centrum. Na plus obsługa w recepcji. Dobra relacja ceny do jakości.

Bardzo zimna woda w basenie. Mało urozmaicone śniadania, mały wybór owoców. Aneksem kuchennym w którym był ekspres, czajniki i toster ale brakowało naczyń !! W pokoju czterosobowym były tylko dwa plastikowe kubki oraz kilka noży obiadowych i łyżek. śniadania były do godz 10, Pani z obsługi zabierała jedzenie przed wyznaczona godziną. Przy śniadaniu brakowało łyżeczek.

Мягко говоря очень слабый интернет. И в санузле слив душа был как-то не очень. Может с номером не повезло 🤔

The pool was great it was big and had many sunbeds. The hotel location was really good; it was close to the beach (10 minutes walk). The bus stop was just in front of the hotel. The staff was good. There was a billiard table, which we enjoyed playing. The lift/elevator was a really nice feature. There was AC, which helped us specifically during the night.

The breakfast was good, with more fruit, but it could have more pastries and warm options. Also, the cutlery and cups could be cleaner, and they could use glass instead of plastic cups. The bathroom could be cleaner and renovated. The price for each night was okay, but I expected a better bedroom for this price.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. We konden al onze vragen stellen en werden goed geholpen met het regelen van ons bezoek aan de samaria kloof. Daarnaast zijn we ook heel tevreden over de netheid van de kamers en het hotel algemeen.

Het enige wat ons een beetje tegenviel was de temperatuur van het water van het zwembad. Dit mocht iets warmer zijn.

Ми чудово провели час у відпустці в цьому готелі. Персонал на рецепції і офіціанти в ресторані були дуже привітні. Номер просторий і чистий, ліжко зручне. Гарно вкомплектований номер з усім необхідним. Хороший сніданок - шведська лінія, вечеря напівпансіон по спеціальному меню в ресторані внизу, комплексна і смачна. 5-10 хв до пляжу пішки.

Тюбика з гелем для душу не вистачило на весь час перебування і його не оновлювали. А також напередодні екскурсії нам сказали що зранку ми можемо взяти в ресторані «cold breakfast» з собою після 6 ранку, а коли ми прийшли і там була розкладена їжа якась жінка з кухні почала казати що ми не маємо права цього робити, хоча на рецепції за день до того нам чітко повідомили що ми можемо взяти з собою те, що там буде представлено.

Staff, restaurant table service and menu were very nice/good. Rooms, dining and pool areas well maintained and clean.

The room was very small so luggage management was an issue. The shower was open so the small bathroom floor was totally wet after each shower. Breakfast was very basic but fresh and suitable.

There was no trash can in the room .

the room was clean and decent. the staff was nice and friendly. breakfast was ok.

the problem was there was no air-conditioning in the living room. the bedroom had an air conditioner but it didnt cool off the whole appartement and it was impossible to close the bedroom door for privacy. seems like a hotel serving youth and not really suitable for families.

Breakfast was quite excellent. The beds and room were comfortable if a bit old fashioned.

Parking area was narrow- I had a small car so it was manageable. The walls carry sound- one of the neighbors was having a loud fight and could be clearly heard.

L'emplacement est idéal à la fois proche de la ville d'Heraklion et de la plage accessible à pieds. Petits commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très bon restaurant au sein même de l'hôtel. Personnel très gentil.

Le manque de place dans le parking... Mais un parking proche pas très loin.

L'accueil👍, il y a un ascenseur 👍, chambre superbe 👍. Il y a un restaurant "Maxim" très joli intégré à l'hôtel où vous prenez le petit déjeuner assez varié et si vous ne voulez pas aller loin pour dîner, choix varié à la carte aux tarifs très corrects et service top La piscine n'ouvre qu'à 10h 🥺, de + musique assez forte, il serait bien de se reposer dans le silence absolu. Il y a un bar, un billard, un babyfoot, bcp de transats autour de la piscine et sur l'herbe. Le soir un peu de bruit si votre chambre donne sur la piscine fermé la fenêtre. Pour se rendre à la mer, il faut emprunter un chemin sauvage mais goudronné sur 700 mètres.

Le personnel de réception et la barmaid de la piscine sont très accueillants, restaurant excellent rapport qualité prix grâce au menu , très bon petit déjeuner, sauf le chocolat et le cappuccino défectueux, plage à 5 minutes à pied par une route calme

La chambre a été régulièrement remplie de moustiques, au rez de chaussée il y a eu la musique du bar tard , même après la fermeture officielle , et le matin réveil par les femmes de ménage et la musique du personnel pour l’installation du petit déjeuner , le menu du restaurant est prévu d être servi jusqu à 22h00, mais a 20h20, on nous a dit que ce n était pas possible , il a fallu négocier , barman peu sympathique

The location was quite nice, it was close to the beach. The room had AC which was really nice. The pool was clean and nice.

We wanted a room with a double bed but we got a room with two single beds that were pushed together which was really uncomfortable. The wifi was not working properly. When they came to clean the room, they didn’t even bother changing the linen, they just fixed the bed and left, literally noting else. The breakfast was 5/10, not enough options, and it was only available between 8 and 10, if you came at 9:30 you would be scolded by the staff and they would tell you to come back even earlier tomorrow, I shouldn’t have to wake up at 8 in a holiday. They have this 'water saving' policy where they only change your towels once every 3 days, and you need to pay extra if you want to change them more frequently.

- Καλό θα ήταν να υπήρχε ένα καλαθάκι απορριμάτων στο δωμάτιο και μία μικρή απλώστρα με λίγα μανταλάκια στο μπαλκόνι (υπήρχε μόνο ένα σχοινί) - Ο χώρος του parking ήταν άβολος στο να ξεπαρκάρεις.

- good location, close to the beach - staff was nice and helpful - they let us in our room earlier than required, which was helpful because we had an early flight and we were tired - their restaurant serves really good food - the pool

- we had noisy neighbours on our floor, it was quite annoying how they were screaming and smashing the doors, but this is not the hotel's fault

Milý personál. Příjemný bazén. Pravidelný úklid, výměna ručníků, velmi čisto.

Velmi měkké postele, nevím, jaký je rozdíl mezi jednolůžkovým pokojem a pokojem superior, který jsem objednala. Musela jsem pokoj měnit, protože první byl do rušné ulice, což u superior být nemělo. Velmi malá koupelna, kde se nedá nic položit, dveře zasahovaly do sprchy, jak byl prostor malý. Snídaně velmi jednoduché a stejné po celý týden, teplý bufet (asi 4 možnosti) se střídal.

If I am arriving in Heraklion ,I stay always there.I can recommend the hotel,its very good and beaches are close and Heraklion its also close ,the busstop its outside of the hotel

Mi e piaciuto tutto, personale cordiale. La colazione è stata perfetta, molto varia. La piscina in hotel è ottima in quanto ci sono stati giorni con tanto vento e al mare non potevi starci/nuotare Grazie mille per questo soggiorno.

È una cosa mia... la doccia aperta non mi è mai piaciuta perché esce tutta l'acqua. Se volete dormire più tardi (10/11) ricordatevi di mettere il cartellino "non disturbare"

I had a wonderful stay at Castoro Hotel in Crete. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent — only a 3-minute walk from the beach, and there is a bus stop right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of food every day. The hotel was also very clean, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would be happy to stay here again.

Lyhyt kävelymatka merelle sekä hotellin edestä lähti suora bussiyhteys keskustaan ja lentoasemalle. Hotellin ravintolassa ehdottomasti koko reissumme parhaat ruuat. Hyvä aamiainen myös joka sisältyi hintaan. Allasalue siisti, paljon aurinkotuoleja ja allasvesi todella puhdasta.

We would like sincerely thank Castro hotel for another wonderful stay. Upon arrival, we received the room upgrade — we were truly pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The hotel is very clean, cozy, and quiet. This is not our first time coming back here, because this place has a truly special atmosphere. The staff is amazing — friendly, warm, and helpful, simply a refreshment for the soul. “Maxim Restaurant” — 10/10. Even though we had tried other places before, during this stay we wanted to eat only here. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the prices are friendly, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. A perfect place to escape from big city chaos and noise. The sea is only a few minutes away on foot. A big thanks to the owner and staff for the lovely farewell gift. We wish the entire wonderful team the greatest success ❤️ 100% recommended 👌

hôtel pas très loin de l 'aéroport et pas très loin de Héraklion, le restaurant était très bon , certainement le meilleur du quartier . Accueil du staff correct

Good value for money; great public transport access to Heraklion old town, airport and even Rethymno; delicious meals at dinnertime at the hotel restaurant; beach only a few minutes away; staff was very friendly; nice pool area

The breakfast didn’t include many fruit options; the hotel is situated on a busy street, at breakfast all the windows were open towards the street and it felt like eating on a highway, there was however the option to take breakfast to the pool area
