Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Un hotel normale e situato vicino al centro della città. La camera era abbastanza grande, pulita e dotata di letti comodi, con un bagno pulito e in ordine. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la comodità del posto auto situato proprio davanti all'hotel.
Nessuna problematica particolare con l'hotel, che era pulito. Giusto un piccolo dettaglio legato alla zona: trattandosi di una città in mezzo al deserto, ci è capitato di vedere qualche Scarafaggio nei dintorni (una situazione comune a tutta l'area), ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato assolutamente buono.

We opened a window because there was no a/c and the gas station across the street played loud music all night. Staff in the morning would not exchange our $10 deposit for pesos.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Not a great town so I'd skip it if you can. This was a basic motel except for a fatal flaw, black mold. Staff was OK but as you see below, non-responsive to core problem. There is a nice restaurant connected to the motel next door with good food and service. You can bring your pet in the restaurant which was nice.
My room had black mold and I couldn't breathe all night. Had to sleep w/ door open. Not great. Investigated next morning found oodles of black mold behind the headboard. I took pics and showed the front desk person upon checkout. She was unconcerned. And did not offer a refund.

Loved our overnight stay and the front desk gentleman was very nice, friendly and helpful. Reasonable rates. Bonus: Restaurant next door serves great food, early morning til night, and has great service. We’d stay again if we go through Guerrero Negro again.

El hotel cuenta con un restaurante donde puedes ir a desayunar, comer y cenar con un muy buen servicio. buena comida y precios accesibles además de que te atendien rápido. Puedes contratar tours a los alrededores también con buen servicio
Por alguna razón no tenían nuestra reservación en su sistema aunque para nosotros estaba confirmada en Booking. Afortunadamente se pudo solucionar y nos hospedamos sin mayor inconveniente.
