Didn’t realise how rural it was

All in all it was a great place to stay.

It was a little confusing going down the hill to Chalet 4 with all the signs saying 'Do not enter'. That part could have been included in the directions, so we would know to ignore the signs.

Perfect little wood cabin. Simple but effective. Parking and location felt safe and it was so quiet.

The shower isn’t constant water. Not a problem just need to be aware of that if you’re in a larger group or have long showers. Could be slightly more updated/modernised but if you’re just falling asleep it’s fine. Beds were a little hard but that’s personal preference.

Wir waren nur zur Zwischenübernachtung hier, wären gerne länger geblieben. Urige Hütte, ruhig gelegen mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier und da war es durchaus ok und ein Erlebnis, besonders für die Kinder. Self CheckIn hat gut geklappt. Alles wichtige war sauber. Bad, Küche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher. Es könnte eine 10 sein, aber ….

… der Boden war schmutzig, ein paar Spinnweben, Staub; Unser Aussenplatz war nicht sehr einladend, wenn wir länger hier gewesen wären, wäre das schade. Anlage könnte auch generell etwas gepflegter sein. Salz und Pfeffer und Ablage über dem Bett für Handy, Buch, etc. wäre super.

My son liked that it was a cabin and thought that was cool , the location was quiet .

There was no tea and coffee, there was a skip bin as a view from the bedroom, the floor was dirty and my feet turned black if I didn’t wear socks , which was unpleasant . The beds were too small for two adults as they were pushed up against the wall . Luckily my son slept in with one of us so it was comfortable.

레블스토크 중심에 있어서 위치가 좋았고 가성비도 매우 좋은 숙소입니다.스키장에 있는 산장 같은 느낌으로 조용한 숙소였습니다.

산속이라 벌레가 많고 곰이 출몰 할 수 있어서 외부에서 식사를 할 수 없는 점이 아쉬웠어요.

Clean and comfortable chalet with essentials included.

It was poorly sign posted and not very welcoming.

The location is very quiet. The kitchenette is well equipped. Beds okay. Wooden block house really beautiful.

No mountain view from chalet no. 4 and 5. Be prepared for spiders and lots of mosquitoes.

Far away from crowds. Lots of nature.

The location was great and the cabin was nice. It would be best to stay in this location at least 2 nights to be able to enjoy the location to its fullest. The directions and instructions given were very helpful.

I feel that this was a little expensive but this is an expensive area in general for accommodation, so not entirely specific to this chalet.

Lo chalet e' pulito e carino

La posizione non e' l'ideale, lo chalet si trova alla fine di una strada chiusa, ma non e' possibile fare nulla a piedi. Lo chalet non fa parte dells struttura che ospita il campeggio, e' isolato e senza servizi.

Sehr sauber! Sehr gutes WLAN! Sehr gute Ausstattung. Betten sehr bequem. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend mit Auto zu erkunden.

Peaceful, comfortable, rustic, and easy to get into town.

At first, we were concerned about the location of Chalet #5 tucked into the bottom corner of the wooded area on the property, but it turned out to be just fine. We were visited by a black bear twice and kept our distance. No issues.

Perhaps, an apartment sized sofa/chaise for 4 people to rest on would be comfortable. We found using the chairs from tne kitchen set were a wee bit to hard.

No ac in bedrooms.

Tolle Ausstattung und tolles Blockhouse. Ruhige Umgebung.

Leider stand Müll außerhalb der Blockhütte rum, so dass man nicht außerhalb sitzen konnte. Außerdem gab es extrem viele Schilder mit Verboten

Bed was soooo comfortable

White towels. Shouldn't have white towels, too many mosquitoes would have liked some cleaning supplies.

Reasonably priced, nice quiet setting, all that you need in the cabin for a traveller.

It looked like it would have been nice to stay there.

Everything! We had only received a confirmation number. When we arrived there was no front desk so we called booking .com and found out from the AI contact that we needed a pin. There was no pin on our confirmation email which we tried to explain. The AI said « sorry we can’t help you. We are ending the call and hung up. We ended up having to get another hotel room at the cost of $425 because booking.com was of no help to us. The next day we got the email instructions on how to enter the cabin with the PIN number . If there had been a real person we expect you could have resolved the problem for us without the huge inconvenience and cost.

Very quiet location & it was easy to find.

Cabin had two bedrooms.

The place was very quiet, neat, and clean. The kitchen was clean and spacious and neat. It was nice to have the key entry door lock. Wi-Fi was good. Many windows to look out and enjoy the view. Windows that can be opened to let in cool and clean air in. A very nice quiet place looking down on the valley and the other side of the mountain slope. Hearing the birds sing was extra special. We were entertained by our friendly gopher neighbors!

Bed was a bit too soft for me. Bed was flushed at two side of the room; therefore, it was hard to get in and out for the 2nd person. No electric outlet in the living/dining room area for computers and phone to charge. A small shower stool. Without a navigation device, it could be easy to miss the place and the access road from Canada 1. The place has no access road to the town of Revelstoke except to use the high-speed Canada 1. For my preference, it would have been nice to access a floor cleaning device since I do not like to feel the crumbs brought in by my shoes on the floor on my bare feet.

Great property, good location only a few mins drive from the town. There’s a shop on the campsite down the road and a brewery with a tap bar 5 mins walk up the road.

Our stay began with repeated blank phone calls, a mistaken chalet assignment, and a chaotic, unprofessional check-in process. On the stat holiday morning, we received more than 10 blank phone calls from the property’s number, with no one speaking when we answered. We also received an email with the access code for Chalet 5. When we entered, we found another guest’s luggage already inside, meaning the chalet had been assigned to someone else. After numerous phone calls and text messages, the property eventually reassigned us to a different chalet. The entire check-in process was disorganized and highly unprofessional. This created unnecessary stress at the start of our stay and left a very poor first impression.

Convenient to town and out of the main strip. Good amount of space, in quiet location

Smelt like a wet dog. Directions could do with some improvement (left on Koa road, left at fork, at first branch in the road turn right - almost back on yourself) then go to second chalet

Good location, peaceful, check-in was smooth, lots of beavers nearby.

Cobwebs on the walls. Shower cubicle too small.

It was clean, comfortable beds, nice surroundings.

Had to head back in to town to buy coffee for the coffee maker, wasn't aware there wouldn't be any. There wasn't any face cloths. Limited hot water...at least there was a note stating that.

Quiet out of the way cabins with nice amenities. We were on a motorcycle trip and it was nice to have cooking facilities and a shower.

The road down to the cabin was in need of some attention.

Nice option to a hotel room. Convenient. Comfortable cabin.

There wasn’t much there. Just a cabin off the highway. No real view.

Location and ability for an out side campfire

Looks like the cabin could use a little TLC in the way og painting the trim and balcony rails. The current paint is peeling and looking a little sad.

Exceptional clean. Quiet chalet that is minutes away from Revelstoke. Will stay here again

A very cute little cabin in the woods! Located about 7 minutes drive from Revelstoke. For the price it’s extremely good value, two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining, bathroom. TV in the lounge as well as wifi. Good heating if you need it.

The bed frames were creaky! Comfy but creaked with every movement. A used towel was left in the bathroom. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the chalet was wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. The check-in instructions Lily sent were very clear and straightforward, which made the arrival process easy. The chalet had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

It was nice and clean and a very quiet location.

It would have been nice to have night tables and lamps to read with. Also end tables in the living room to hold drinks. A full length mirror for the ladies.

Some things were unusable such as having the tv directly over the fridge so you can’t see it well except for one spot in the room. The place can have four adults but three spaces on comfortably sit. The beds are uncomfortable and I question whether completely clean. The oven wasn’t great and there are no baking trays so cooking is non existent

Pretty well self contained

No onsite office or contact, didn’t feel all that secure by not having someone to contact in the event of an issue. We were awoken our first night about 1:30 am by someone shouting at another person.

Absence serviettes de toilettes (et pas de réaction malgré signalement, elles étaient sensées être ds un placard, mais ce dernier était vide , ce n est sûrement qu un oubli mais pas pratique qd on n en n a pas !!).

Better accessibility to the lower cabins

Almost everything was fantastic, especially for the price.

The beds were wery squeaky, every single movement at night was heard across the whole cabin.

Location was excellent, rooms were comfortable, having a boot dryer was super helpful!

Would have loved to see some tea or coffee stocked. Water heater indeed runs out of hot water after 3 short showers.

It was a beautiful location, price was great, cabin was modern and clean and it had everything you needed! It was more than I expected. If we go back that way, we will definitely stay again.

Signage on where the chalets were located once you got off the highway. It wasn't hard but we had to go down to the campground/RV park to get directions and they are a separate property, not the same company.

only thing i did not like is bed was not comfortable as if i move it make squeaking noise which wakes me up all those nights which i was not happy at all.

Solid quiet cabins with decent amenities. Comfortable beds. Close to town by car. Fire pit. Great base for exploring the area.

No bike or pedestrian access to town except for the highway. Found a dirty disposable baking pan inside the oven.

Spacious for 4. well kept and decent kitchen supplies. Boot dryer a nice thing to have. Big fridge. Good size bedrooms. Easy check in and responsive management team.

There was a bad odor in the chalet when we checked in but not because the place was not cleaned, like a residual smell; management tried to help with extra cleaning of the floor but smell lingered though diminished a bit after a few days. A bit expensive but prices seem to match other accomodation in Revelstoke.

Quiet location. No traffic noise

Found mouse droppings in both beds. We called the office, the person sounded like they almost didn’t believe us because “The rooms had been checked that morning”. When housekeeping showed up 30 minutes later to change the bedding, they just wanted to hand us all of the linens and leave. We had to insist that they change the bedding.

Quiet area, easy access. Felt more out of town despite being very close.

Road in was a bit messy. Easy navigable, but needs some more gravel.

Beautiful, spacious cabin with two bedrooms, well equipped and with everything you need. It’s a bit hidden, so we initially ended up at a nearby campground, but the staff there kindly explained the way and helped us find it.

不過入住的過程中有些小插曲。由於是自助入住，需要房東寄送入住說明，但當天直到晚上都沒有收到回覆。加上沿途網路訊號不佳，讓人感到相當焦慮。若能提前確認並寄出入住資訊，或提供離線版本的指引，相信會讓整體體驗更加完美。 整體來說，這間小木屋仍然是令人難忘的美好住宿選擇，環境舒適、氛圍迷人，是非常值得再次造訪的地方。

The chalet was very nice, private and in a quiet area, check in instructions were very clear and accessing the chalet was easy using a code. Communication was very good.

We found that the kitchen was nicely equipped, however there were no coffee supplies at all. Most hotels, motels, and guest accommodations usually have complimentary coffee supplies, there were none provided, found this a bit unusual?

Fue un error no darnos las instrucciones antes de la llegada, número de cabaña y código ya que estábamos allí sobre las 5 p.m. y no había nadie para atendernos, tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas, ni nos habían mandado ningún mensaje ni sabíamos que había que llamarlos por teléfono.Tuvimos que preguntar en otro alojamiento que no tenía ni idea. ¡La llegada, un desastre!.

Le logement est bien situé, dans un endroit calme pas très loin de la ville. Les photos correspondent au logement. Le chalet était bien agréable et bien équipé.

Es war gut ausgestattet, die Küche, die Schlafzimmer hatten genug Kleiderbügel, das Wohnzimmer war auch ok, das Badezimmer sauber

we are not used to a double bed. I was a couple we sleep on a king.

I liked how it was super private and outside town, gave it a cabin in the woods feel. The chalet was in excellent condition and had all the luxury of heat and air conditioning.

I have no complaints

Very clean and well set up. Good sized two bed. Everything we needed was available.

Our chalet was by the road and the traffic from the nearby RV park was a bit noisy. Outside of town location but just off main road so convenient for travellers.
