Hotel rooms were not serviced during our stay. Was told they do not service them unless we ask.

The balcony could have used a good sweeping and cleanup. The location - access on the highway especially turning left. The distance from amenities and the town of Revelstoke.

Ein ganz zauberhaftes Hotel. Personal rundum freundlich. Frühstück nicht günstig aber wirklich lecker. Terrasse mit zauberhaftem Blick. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt nur der Fitnessraum war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Gute Lage. Viele Auspflugsziele in der Nähe. Klare Empfehlung

The hotel is located a 5-minute drive from the highway, in a quiet, cozy, and beautiful spot. The room was large and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary appliances (and everything actually worked!!!). It was spotlessly clean, very neat, and convenient. The hotel also features a restaurant, a gym, and a spa. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Personally, I loved everything about my stay. Thank you! 🤗

We spent a few nights at the Coast Hillcrest and honestly had a wonderful time. From the outside it looks a little dated, but the moment we walked in we got such a warm welcome. The staff are truly the stars here, and Sabrina in particular really stood out for us. Breakfast was excellent and the service was fantastic too. We stayed in the Coast Premium King Loft Suite, which was very spacious for our family of four. Sure, it looks a bit dated inside, but nothing that bothered us, and the view from our room was absolutely gorgous. The one thing they could improve is the AC, it sounded like a truck when it was running, so we couldn't really use it at night, and it wasn't the most effective anyway. I would happily stay in that room again, just ideally not on a very scorching hot day. Overall, the staff are what make this hotel so special.

The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and relaxing hot tub area. The location was also great for exploring Revelstoke.

Everything was great overall. We didn’t have any major issues during our stay.

We stay for a few nights at Hillcrest. From the outside it looks a tad dated. But I found a warm reception when we arrived. I think the staff where the stars in this place, with Sabrina being a standout for us. Breakfast was excellent and the service was awesome here too. We stayed in a Coast Premium King Loft Suite. The location was away from street noise and we liked that. We received good service in the dining for dinner. Hot tub was nice and hot after a long day of travel.

Friendly, good location. Easy to get to town, or the mountains, hikes or the rain forest. Lots of parking, clean and pleasant rooms.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse des hoteleigenen Restaurants lädt zum Entspannen und Genießen ein, was wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen und Getränke war sehr gut.

Prima hotel. Fijn bed. Op het oog schoon. Goed restaurant aan huis. Parkeren is eenvoudig. Wifi goed.

We hadden een wat donkere kamer met een soort dakkapel in het dak. We vonden het een ongezellige ruimte met verouderd meubilair. De kleurtemperatuur van de verlichting in de kamer was niet goed. Te kil. (Advies 3300K, geen 5600K lampen! we zijn niet bij de tandarts). Het is al een wat oudere locatie die op zichzelf prima wordt onderhouden, maar een frisse make-over zou niet misstaan.

We decided to make our 1 night stay into a mini-vacation. And the "Coast" was perfect for our plans. We used the restaurant and hotel amenities (including fitness room, and pools.) which were ideal for our interests and needs. And it is hard to beat the view from the restaurant.

The only small issue was the AC unit in our room which was quite noisy

I've marked you down a bit because the air conditioning unit was extremely loud in our room. When we turned it off then the room would get very hot.

Wunderschönes, sehr komfortables Hotel etwas außerhalb von Revelstoke. Liegt sehr idyllisch mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge.

The Coast Hillcrest Hotel is not in Revelstoke's downtown, rather, it overlooks the town's valley. But this means fabulous views and their rooms are set up well for it. Also, it's location right next to Mt. Begbie Brewing is excellent too...that place has some amazing beers.

The TV setup was a but strange to work with, but we weren't stating in the room that much. The only other thing is that I wish they had a way to limit light at night. I'd have to imagine that star viewing would be amazing at this facility.

Excellent experience! From checkin to checkout - great room - comfortable - clean and lovely staff. Great value - restaurant was yummy too.

Close to the highway but you can’t hear it, hot tub on the deck off the main lobby is really nice. The room was nice bed was okay. The only issue we had was when we had breakfast in the restaurant. Great view as we were up against the window, once our order was taken nobody came back until the food arrived. We had to get our own coffee refill while we waited. Service was non existent. Coffee is free in the lobby but in the restaurant it was 4.00 a cup. Had we known we could have just brought it in with us filled it up in the lobby. Great view, good service in the hotel restaurant was lacking. Oh and there is a brewery just down the road, great beer for the win

The atmosphere and the suites were fantastic. Meal was very enjoyable with a stunning view. Location a few minutes from town gave in a alpine feel

Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. During our visit, the hotel was in maintenance mode, and unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool and sauna zone.

It would be great to get a notice that there will be no power during the time we stay to plan our visit accordingly.

The hotel is in a spectacular location with great views of the mountains. We particularly loved the Quebecois staff members - they were so friendly, charming and helpful. Our hotel room was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable and we very much appreciated that the hotel allowed our small dog to stay too. Housekeeping staff were also great.

We did not want to leave our small dog in the room and it had rained on the outside deck so a server from the restaurant brought us a menu in the lower lobby and we ate there. The lower lobby was not so inviting but our server made up for that with his great attitude and attentiveness.

We had a nice two-night stay. The room was quiet, clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outdoor hot tub was working well and had a great view. We booked a Premium King w/jetted tub. It came with a balcony, but the view was blocked by trees so we paid for an upgrade to the Executive King which had a great view of the mountains. Even with the extra cost, it was a good value. We liked the location just out of town on a hill with a great view.

Kostenloses Parken vor Ort, das Essen im Restaurant war gut, nette Mitarbeiter. Das Bett war auch in Ordnung, ruhig.

Also ich muss sagen, die Fotos, die die Unterkunft hier anpreisen sind sehr positiv dargestellt. Insgesamt ist das Haus 🏡 schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war ganz gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren in Ordnung, aber es war nicht gemütlich.

I have no complaints

Excellent hotel! Very good staff, service, food, room. Nothing to complain about. But do have a couple of suggestions: The bathroom lighting in room 317 could be improved as it is very dull. There are no clothes hangers so there is really no place to put your clothes when in a shower or getting dressed. Also, like most hotels, there are no grab bars in the shower which would be an easy addition. This shoud be a requirement in my opinion.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Leider war das Fenster klein und sehr weit oben. Schade - unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon buchen.

Der Empfang war ziemlich kühl, wenn nicht sogar unfreundlich. Kein Welcome oder Infos…

Another Wonderful Stay! I’ve stayed at the Coast Hillside a number of times driving between Calgary and Victoria. My absolute favourite. Beautiful rooms, great welcoming staff, excellent on site restaurant and lounge. Pet friendly too Was upgraded to an Executive King - absolutely wonderful with a great soaker tub- so nice after a long drive! Comfortable bed and nice linens. You won’t be disappointed!

If you are looking for an excellent hotel with an in town location then 'this is not for you'. 1 or so kilometres outside town is the location of this hotel.

The pools and steam room were beautiful.

There was a natural disaster and the property had no water, the staff handled it situation okay. I felt we should have received a notice.

The sofa in the room was not comfortable to sit on. It was old, and the cushions really sank in when sitting down, and we ended up not using it again.
