La vista, la stanza spaziosa, lo stile della costruzione, personale disponibile e gentile.

Stanza poco pulita, odore di umido/muffa, jacuzzi sporca (quindi non utilizzabile), presenza di una sola stufetta piccola (non accesa prima del nostro arrivo) su una stanza molto grande, deumidificatore non funzionante, numerosi blackout.

Super Freundlichkeit Personal, sehr leckeres Sri Lankesisches Frühstück, Koch hat sich selbst übertroffen als er merkte, das es uns schmeckte. Sehr abwechslungsreich. Toller Whirlpool im Zimmer Spiele zum Ausleihen vorhanden

Als wir ankamen konnte unsere Buchung nicht gefunden werden und als ich auf mehrfache Nachfrage, ob sie denn jetzt ein Zimmer für uns hätten keine Antwort bekam, hat es mir den Einstieg wchon etwas verhagelt. Klare Kommunikation wäre besser! Alle waren aber sehr nett! Kleiner Tipp: Ich hatte eine unruhige Nacht, weil durch den starkem wind rine Metalltür zum Balkon dauernd krachte. Leider habe ich erst spät rausgefunden, dass die Tür das Probelm war, das dann durch davorschieben eines Stuhls behoben werden konnte.

Hotel sicuramente particolare e sopra la media rispetto alle strutture cingalesi (intendo quelle con prezzi accessibili) camera ampia e confortevole, box doccia enorme. Colazione buona e abbondante, abbiamo anche cenato in struttura e mangiato un pane Naan divino. Avevo anche ordinato un curry di lenticchie dimenticando di specificare “no spicy” e arrivandomi un piatto per me troppo piccante per poterlo mangiare, il cuoco é stato gentilissimo e mi ha prontamente fatto servire una versione non piccante, senza sovraprezzare il conto. I succhi di frutta invece, superlativi in tutto lo Sri Lanka, qui ci hanno un po’ deluso. In generale staff servizievole, accoglienza con tazza di tè, camera con tutti i comfort

Super nettes Personal und die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Man hat eine super schöne Aussicht und die Unterkunft ist an sich auch wirklich schön (Vikings angehaucht)😊 Alles war sauber😊

Dadurch, dass es in dem Gebiet eher kälter ist, war auch unser Zimmer kalt. Die Heizung hat leider nicht richtig für Wärme gesorgt und zudem war die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer recht hoch. Dadurch wurden ein paar Sachen etwas feucht. Zudem ist unser Whirpool auch nicht richtig warm geworden. War etwas schade und rechtfertigt dann den Preis nicht wirklich 🫠

The location was a bit secluded but perfect for privacy. Very nice view and comfortable large bedroom. The chef was very helpful and caring. Make sure to book a town trip through the hotel, Tuktuk driver Yohan is the funniest and the most loving guy in Nuwara Eliya. Food is great and eveynight at 18:00 they make a bonfire which is so relaxing with a perfect view. Family stays and group stays, this is a great location

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Empfangen wurden wir mit traditionellem Tee. Auf außergewöhnlich hohem Niveau war das Restaurant beim Abendessen, vor allem die Fleischgerichte. Das Design im Stil einer alten Burg ist extravagant und spannend. Der Platz in der von uns gebuchten Suite ist zu viert mehr als luxuriös.

Hauptpunkt: Unser Zimmer war extrem feucht, die Fenster am Morgen nicht nur angelaufen sondern nass - ebenso war unsere Kleidung in den Taschen am morgen feucht. Es roch bereits bei der Ankunft modrig. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht gut einzustellen - entweder nur heiß oder nur kalt. Vieles ist bereits abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung aber insgesamt passend.

Liegt sehr außerhalb, sehr steile Anfahrt, Zimmer muffeln und alles ist ein bisschen klamm, Heizung funktioniert nicht wirklich und Zusatzdecken haben wir zu spät entdeckt

Hotel wygląda jak średniowieczny zamek, pięknie wystylizowany w środku i na zewnątrz. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny personel. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt.

Rooms were spacious, staff were extremely courteous, the food was delicious and chef took extra care to consider our request for non spicy kid friendly food.. The only slight issue was the approach road to the hotel was up hill and not properly maintained by the government and caused difficulty for our driver to navigate the car.

The steep uphill location was not a significant concern and did not affect our enjoyable stay.

Джакузи хорошо работал, вид из окна был превосходный! Большой номер, можно отдыхать с семьей и детьми, он скорее для 4 человек, чем для 2. Обслуживающий персонал был приветливым и очень внимательным. Особенно порадовала кухня, так как в Нуара Элия мало мест где можно поесть вкусно и по приемлемой цене, мы заказывали еду в номер от отеля и она была вкуснее, чем в любых других местах в городе. В номере есть холодильник.

В целом номер довольно большой и недостатков было довольно много. В номере за 100$ в сутки ожидаешь больше удобств. К примеру не было банальных тапочек, халатов и обеденной зоны. Диван, который занимает много пространства в самой видовой части номера, повернут спиной к тому самому виду, но лицом к телевизору (вряд ли кто то едет в отпуск смотреть телевизор в номере). Джакузи расположен напротив окна за которым идет стройка, поэтому окно всегда грязное снаружи, но это мелочи, если принимать ванную вечером. В ванной очень холодно и без тапочек там можно хорошо проморозить ноги. Так же там некуда класть мыло, нет стаканов под зубные щетки и в целом темно и неуютно (+ дверь в душевую открывается вовнутрь, что абсолютно неудобно, если вы маломобильны). Паркет распух от сырости в той части комнаты, которая ведет в душ.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Nacht im Queen"s Room verbracht und ein super leckeres Dinner im schönen Restaurant ganz oben genossen. Der Chefkoch ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch, dem das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt Auch die anderen Hotelangestellten waren toll. Morgens bekamen wir sehr schmackhafte Frühstücksboxen, die wir bei unserer Pause in den Horton Plains geleert und genossen haben. Auch wenn es nur eine Nacht war so wird uns diese kurze Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben. Danke!

Wszystko było ok!

Die Zimmer sind absolut komfortabel, sauber und bestens ausgestattet .Das Personal war freundlich.ä und das zusätzlich bestellte Essen war schmackhaft.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr ablegen und die Anfahrt selbst für ortskundige Fahrer schwer. Über die Aussicht(die sehr gut sein soll) kann ich nichts sagen, denn es war absolut neblig. Rund ums Hotel lag teilweise Müll. Ich hatte versehentlich ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück reserviert und wir wurden mehrere Male gefragt, ob wir denn am nächsten Tag Frühstück wollten, was wir schließlich abgelehnt haben, weil es uns zu teuer erschien.

It was super clean, big rooms, hot shower, and amazing staff!

The location is quite out of the way from anything walking distance. Luckily it is very easy to get a tuk tuk! Other things that weren’t ideal for us: you cannot buy any alcohol onsite (they do offer a beer/wine delivery). There is nothing to do, like no activities at the hotel. Was gorgeous but just a bit boring for a rainy day.

The room and the views make it worth the money.

Hard to find rides since it’s a bit far from the city center. However, the hotel has a service for helping you find TukTuk

Очень необычное место. Вид из номера как с картинки! Замок из средневековья!) обслуживание на высоте! Особенно удивил ресторан, с огромными порциями (рекомендую мясную тарелку)

El personal muy amable y atento, los propietarios también, se prepcuparon mucho por nosotros. La habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. Las vistas son muy bonitas.

Por decir algo “negativo”, la habitación al llegar estaba un poco fría de temperatura, hay un aparato para calentar la habitación pero tiene poca potencia. Esto no fue un handicap para que la estancia fuese muy cómoda.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet-wie eine Burg/Festung eben. Das Zimmer war riesig und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und alles war sauber. Das Hotel liegt weg vom Stadtkern in sehr ruhiger Lage am Berg mit Blick in die Baumkronen. Das Frühstück war lecker. Ist zu empfehlen.

Bardzo duży pokój (nawet z szafą) z dużą ładną łazienką (odgrodzony prysznic), Kolacja i śniadanie OK.

Poza miastem na wzgórzu z trudnym dojazdem. Trochę chłodno na początku.

Nice overall decor like some old English castle; sort of Harry Potter and Game of Thrones fusion ambience. This is the highlight of this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff especially Richard whom seems to be everywhere addressing your needs. It was a pleasant stay here with nice comfortable rooms and although without AC (don't need one as it is already so cold there). Nice clean toilets with modern fittings and centralized hot shower. The view from lobby and even from the rooms was spectacular. Food was good too , although its a set order instead of buffet, the quantity was sufficient and delicious. Not too far from town (about 2km) and the hotel can arrange for a tuk tuk for you at the best local rate (almost close to pickme rate). They assisted for pack breakfast for us on the day we departed as we needed to catch a train at 6am.

Nothing actually but if I had to say something, the road leading to the hotel was bad ( last 100meters) due to an apartment construction next to the hotel. I was told they are planning to repair the road soon, hopefully its completed soon. One tip, there is a side entrance (at the carpark) which you will see first but that requires you to climb a flight of steep steps to reach the lobby, but actually you need to drive around to reach directly to the lobby without these steps .

Road to it wasn’t great so driver struggled to get there. There was a dog at another property outside who barked a lot at night unfortunately but not the hotel’s fault.

The breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay at Sri Lanka and the staff was very friendly.

The property feels abandoned. The location is hard to get and the hotel seems to be under construction.

Un gioiellino dello Sri Lanka! La struttura è molto carina, la stanza in cui eravamo aveva una vista grandiosa ed era comoda e spaziosa; così anche il bagno, dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo staff gentilissimo ci ha aiutato con gli zaini pesanti e ci ha riscaldato la stanza prima che arrivassimo. Cena buona e abbondante con ampia scelta, mentre per la colazione puoi scegliere tra English breakfast e colazione dello Sri Lanka. Consigliato!

Ambienti troppo umidi. Freddino anche in camera ma sotto le coperte si stava bene. Poca chiarezza sulla distribuzione delle camere e la colazione. Strada per arrivare non asfaltata ma per fortuna dura pochi minuti. Consiglio di arrivare di giorno

La única pega que puedo poner, y es algo que ya sabía antes de ir, es que la ubicación no es céntrica y necesitas un medio de transporte para llegar.
