All of it was bad, very embarrassing living in such a low class place

Shower was got cold water on a last day and wifi never worked ever since we arrive at the place

False information for not telling us the truth

Big and spacious room and bathroom. Comfy bed and bedding. TV is always sonething nice. Wifi was also a plus point.

The hot water wasnt really hot in the shower.

Having to go to reception every time to ask to open the gate to park the car. Perhaps give patrons a gate key to come and go without having to request it.

Aircon was not working was so cold there had to wait minutes for them to open gate we had to call to open the gate

No, it was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Entire facility poorly maintained. Receptionist very unprofessional/ disinterested in her work. Cracked mirror in room. Shower full of soap scum. Water tank held tap water. Very noisy, could hear children crying throughout the night. Lot of dirty marks and chips on all the walls in the facility. Assumed our payment went through booking.com, only at arrival learnt it did not and only pay on arrival.

The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was disappointing. The front desk staff member appeared unfriendly and seemed more focused on her phone conversation than on assisting guests, which came across as inattentive. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable.

There was secure parking

Cleanliness was a little lacking there was leftovers in the microwave and hairball on the floor. Wifi was also close to non-existent.

No towels, we had to request for them. The electricity kept tripping. The TV remotes batteries were flat, had to ask for more. The window sill was really ver6 dirty. There was no towel hanger near the shower. The building, passage stank of very strong cigarette smoke that came into the room.

Been here a few times and ever time very pleased. Spur right behind it is a very good combination..

Safety is very good

Air conditioner always cold even if you put in to be warm. Water was very cold in the shower. Electricity was continuously off, and the room was very cold. No warm blanket as indicated on the specs.

The room and bathroom is big. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. They are also 24/7 open.

The DSTV did not work. The Wifi did not work. The mirror was cracked. The fridge/freezer was not on/cold. The bed was broken. They advertise things as if they are on-site, but it's actually nearby places.

I was phoned 12:00 to inform that they cannot accommodate me in the room previously confirmed. The lady said I must book an additional room. I said to her that I have children with me, should we split as I family. I said they is not going to happen I'll search for alternative accommodation when I arrive at 14:00 at Beaufort West.

The cars were secure and safe.

The staff were not willing to explain or assist well enough. Not enough condiments. There were stains on the sheet. The shower head was far too high.

Felicia was an excellent host. Friendly, and helpful and full of joy. She made us feel at home.

There are some repairs that must be done but nothing major.

The room we were given, the light in the parking area was so bright, it made the room look like a light was on. I hardly slept because of that. I suggest they put in block out curtains in that room.

Main door only one latch and bathroom door dint lock. Felt unsafe as people passed by the window, now and then. Pool was dirty, alternate rooms had mold and were stinking, Not recommended for family.

Our 2nd stay... Great location... comfortable bed and clean linen and towels.. property is quiet and safe.

There was a problem with the electricity in the family rooms section due to some sort of fault during check in time... someone sorted it out , then during the early hrs of the morning it was off again. The private property next to the lodge has puppies which woke us up with their wailing ( I would think due to the freezing temperatures)way earlier than I would have liked to be woken.

The staff went beyond a level of service I have ever encountered before. I left my camera behind. My destination, Africa Burn has no cell phone signal. The staff persevered until they had contacted me. I was able to collect it on my return journey. I truly appreciate their diligence and high standard of care.

Very nice room, no disturbances from traffic or other guests. We enjoyed out over night stay.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. Special shout out to Felicia, who was lovely and very helpful when I was trying to make the booking . We enjoyed our stay so much that we made another booking for the following night as well.
