Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Muy bien, ubicado cerca de la plaza principal de Puerto Natales. Una habitación con cocina muy cómoda para pasar unos cuantos días en este bonito pueblo. Todo muy limpio y muy adecuado. Además, nuestra habitación daba humo ido Porsche. Recomendable.
El baño era algo pequeño, especialmente la ducha.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Stay was cancelled before we arrived - Booked in the evening before we were due to arrive. We’re in the National Park with no internet coverage so did not receive message about cancellation until 10 minutes before we were due to arrive. I can understand cancellation of people did not arrive at time advised but felt this was unfair. Basically arrived at 7pm in evening to cancelled booking and had to go find an alternative then. Said there was an issue with credit card but it has worked with all our previous bookings and bookings made since. Very disappointing.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Ich war oben im Bungalow und er war einfach super schön - meine schönste Unterkunft in Chile. Der Bungalow ist total schön ausgestattet, hell und sehr ruhig, man fühlt sich einfach wohl dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, man kann mit ihm super auf englisch per Whats App schreiben, wenn man selbst kein spanisch kann, er ist sehr freundlich und hilft mit allem weiter. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt.
Es war alles klasse, was ich jetzt schreibe, ist jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die Heizung ist nur schwer regulierbar, es ist entweder sehr kalt oder sehr warm. Man kann sie aber z.B. nachts einfach auslassen und morgens anmachen, der Bungalow ist schnell warm.

They kept our luggage while we were hiking and had it back in our room when we got back. It was a nice room with a great picture window and a very friendly cat.

Wish there are more place to hang on clothings. I heard dog barking for couple of hours during my stay in the middle of the night. But the dog does not belongs to the property. Hopefully just a random bark.

They kept our extra luggage while we hiked the “O” and had it waiting in our new room upon our return. Don’t forget to spend time in the gift shop - they have lots of locally crafted items. Pretty property - hidden from street.
Second room was a bit smaller with an unusual layout, but still had everything we needed.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Rustic on outside, modern on the inside. Hidden gem in great location. Well stocked studio. Stayed in 2 different studios going and returning from “O” trek. Delicious restaurant right across the street & super helpful laundry next door. Be sure to stop by the souvenir shop in the front of the property.
One studio was a bit smaller than the other with an unusual location of bathroom relative to bed. Overall no complaints.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to store luggage while we completed a trek in the NP. We would stay here again on our next trip to PN!

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026A fantastic cosy studio apartment, equipped with a kitchen which allowed us to have a 'quiet night in'. We will always have fantastic memories eating our meal out on the terrace with a bottle of wine and watching the sun set the night before we ventured off to Torres Del Paine. Well located, within a short walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and the water front.
Booking.com said I would be charged in USD but it was actually in peso which meant the ultimate amount charged worked out higher than advertised..

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Cozy, friendly staff, and clean bed. Small kitchen and essentials like coffee to use. Lovely shop in the reception and very friendly staff. Good spot close to DT and the last pick of or tours.
The waterfall shower was very short and a person taller than 5'8" would not fit. Also waterfall is frustrating for women who don't want to wash their hair. The lack of countertop in the bathroom is an issue for getting ready. You need to pay the VAT due to the type of location!

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025We had a wonderful stay in the bungalow! They are very cosy and we felt right at home, the moment we entered: and after a 4 day hike it was a true treat! The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful during and even before the trip. The decoration in the bungalow was very nice and the bathroom - especially the shower excellent. As excellent as the WiFi: So this is a great stay in Puerto Natales!
We did not stay long enough ;-)
