低価格で宿泊できたのに、朝食が美味しかったので◎です。 また白馬へ行く時は利用したいと思います。

Everything went very smooth. The beds were comfortables. The breakfast in the morning was good (western and japanese options). We were there with our two kids. They have a room with some blocs and games. We also used the balance with a kid helmet from the hotel which was super nice!

木の香りがよかった

Great experience, specially with the staff as they were really nice attending to any requirements. The size of the place was good, as Hakuba seems to increase their values for stay constantly.

The humidity levels of the place were only a difficulty if you try to avoid using the AC as I do. For the rest, nothing in particular stands out as a negative experience at all.

I comfortably used the shared space and bathroom.

今回は3連泊で利用しました。連泊なので、同じ部屋に滞在できた。朝食のメニューが変わって出してくれていた。

連泊なのにバスタオルの交換がなかった。

部屋はそんなに広くありませんでしたが、小さなベランダがあり、朝、パジャマのまま自然を楽しめたり、共同のリビングには無料のドリンクやゲームなど宿泊者が楽しめるものがたくさん用意されていて、子供も喜んでいました。

ところどころ、整理されていないところもあり　気になる点もありました。

受付の外国人のスタッフさんがとても親切でよかった。 朝食もフルーツやヨーグルト、シリアルなど種類豊富でとても良かったです。

建物の場所がわかりづらい。 建物前の駐車場は鍵を受付で預けるタイプだったが、カウンターの上に鍵をそのまま置いてあったので防犯上少し不安でした。

Everything about Penke Panke is amazing, the environment, the stay, and the homeliness feelings. If I ever happened to visit Hakuba again then definitely I am going to stay there again.

森の中のロケーションと気楽で楽しい雰囲気が気に入って今回3度目（6泊）の利用でした。自由度が高い利用方法は私達を最高にリラックスさせてくれました。毎回良いリフレッシュになります‼︎森との親和性を大切に考えられたお宿で、お部屋も共用ゾーンも全ての場所から木々と外光が感じられて素晴らしい設計‼︎ 共用部分のおもちゃやギターなど子供も楽しく利用させて頂きました♪自転車もいいですね♪ 当日、BBQの設備が空いており急に使わせて頂きましたがとても親切に対応して下さいました。車で近くのスーパーの美味しい地元食材を買いました。 朝食はシェフの温かい一皿に加えてセルフ方式のドリンク、フルーツ、ご飯と納豆など簡単ですが十分に満たされ楽しいひと時でした。 家族旅行満喫できて最高の思い出作りが叶いました☆ありがとうございます‼︎

スリッパは玄関のカゴにまとめて入れてあり、素足で誰かの履いた物を使い回すカジュアルなスタイル（気になる人は持参するのが良い） 細かい部分のほこり掃除（他の宿でもある様に用具を置いて下さればセルフでやります） ドアノブ、補助ライト、冷蔵庫内…毎回どこかしら壊れている（お安く利用させて頂くので許容範囲です。アンケート用紙が部屋に置いてあれば故障を見落とさないのでは？） 宿の利用方法の説明書きは置いて頂きたい（お風呂の時間やWi-Fiなど説明して下さるが聴き漏れはいちいち質問する必要がある） 共用浴場の湯量が半身浴程で驚いたがセルフで追加するスタイル（理解していれば問題なく納得。暗黙の了解）

施設が快適で過ごしやすかった。 古い建物でも清潔感の感じられる良い設備環境だった。 朝ごはんのビュッフェがとても良かった。 外国のお客さんが多くとても楽しく過ごせた。

8月とはいえ、廊下のエアコンが効き過ぎていて寒かった。 室内はエアコンがなくても平気だったが、少し寒かった。

朝食が美味しかった。天気が荒れる予報で急遽BBQコンロをお借りすることになったが、すぐ予約・利用出来て良かった。

廊下や他の部屋の音・声がよく聞こえる。

マウンテンバイクが無料で借りられる

白馬という立地にありながら十分に広く、快適で居心地が良い。

朝ごはんは十分に良いのだけれど、ホットサンドではなく卵料理とかになればもっと良いと思う。

全体の雰囲気（施設、スタッフの方々）がやさしくて素朴。心地良かったです。

部屋が少し暑い気もしましたが、廊下がエアコンが効いていたのでドアを開けていたら十分に快適だった。長野の夏ならそれで十分です

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hat, kann man jederzeit zu ihnen kommen und sie finden eine Lösung. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm und der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam.

Der einzige kleine "Nachteil" ist die Lage im Sommer. Man ist etwas abseits und ohne Auto hat man einen längeren Weg in die Ortsmitte. Aber man kann Fahrräder beim Hotel leihen, deswegen ist man trotzdem mobil und kann die Gegend erkunden.

エアコンが無い部屋でしたのでちょっと暑かったです。値段を考えたら問題なしです。

今回で2回目の宿泊でした。 前回より、広い部屋と大きなTVで快適でした。朝食は相変わらず、美味しいし、果物も豊富でした。

お風呂の洗い場の排水口がオーバーフローしていたので、取り外してみると、石鹸のカスで目詰まりしていました。入浴後にキレイに取り除きました。

ドミトリーを想像していたが個室だったこと、バスタオルや水のサービスが有ること、インスタント飲み物が無料だったこと、朝食が充実していたこと。静かで眠りやすい環境だった。

悪い点は本当に何もないが、捻りだすとすると駐車場がわかりづらかった。

Greg and Martin were great. Continental breakfast really good. Can't really complain. Highly recommend.

Amazing breakfast. Even though we were just 2 guests, there was a big selection even with nutella, peanut butter, vegan milk drinks and dark toast. Loved the hot and freshly made dish shakshuka. I liked also that it is early available from 7am on. So nice to have a small onsen when the nights are still a bit chilly. Free bike rental was my highlight! They have lot of great bikes and I got an amazing Giant MTB and was able to drive around whole time, this was so great! If you have luggage, they also offer a service to bring/get you from the station or bus station which is very helpful. Friendly staff.

Only thing is that I was a bit scared when I walked from the station to the house at about 7pm since I didn't imagine it to be so much in the forest and with almost nobody on the road (I could have avoided it by asking for a shuttle service which I didn't).

とても素晴らしい滞在でした！心から強くお勧めしたい宿です。 鉄道で白馬に来た際にお世話になりました。公共交通機関だけでは少しアクセスの難しい場所にあり、最初は辿り着けるか不安でしたが、白馬駅まで車で迎えに来てくださったおかげで、全く不自由しませんでした。チェックアウトの際も駅まで送っていただけるそうで、車を持たない旅行者でも安心です。 宿からバスターミナルへ続く道は「和田野の森」と呼ばれる美しい樹林地の中にあり、木々に囲まれて歩くのが本当に気持ち良かったです。 さらに、マウンテンバイクを1日無料でお借りできたこともとっても助かりました。街のレンタサイクルを利用すれば1日3000円以上はするはずなので、周辺の移動に便利なだけでなく、ここでも宿のコストパフォーマンスの良さを実感しました。 一番リーズナブルな部屋を予約しましたが、個室で大きなテレビがあり、お部屋も非常に清潔でした。この価格で朝食まで付いているのが信じられないほどです。朝食は日によって担当の方が変わりメニューも異なるそうですが、滞在した2日間とも本当に美味しかったです。 室内には机と椅子があり、共有スペースも充実しているので、パソコン作業も非常に快適に行えました。 何より、駅への送迎からチェックイン、滞在中まで、フレンドリーに声をかけて観光のおすすめを教えてくださったスタッフのReijiさんのおかげで、旅が特別なものになりました。本当にありがとうございました！ 2泊では足りないくらいで、「もう2泊して、もっとゆったり過ごせばよかった」と後悔しているほどです。また白馬に来る際は、必ずここに戻ってきます！

朝食のハンバーガーが美味しかったです。 スタッフの方に近場の観光スポットを紹介していただき、楽しい時間を過ごせました。

浴場の排水にトラブルがありましたが、直ぐに対応していただきました。

バイク旅行で1泊の予定が、翌日の雨でもう一泊したいとスタッフに問い合わせたところ、快諾して連泊できました。また、雨なので特別に八方の湯まで送迎してもらいました。 心も身体もホカホカになりました。

連泊のタオルがなかった。

バイクで初めての宿泊で、不安と期待で訪問しましたが、若い女子が対応してくれました。少し日本語がたどたどしい感じでしたが、優しく丁寧に案内してもらい不安は払拭されました。翌日は雨模様だったので、もう一泊お願いしました。快く受諾していただき嬉しかったです。リピーターとなりました。

オーストラリアのスタッフがほぼ日本語ができず、スマホアプリで対応しました。

Staff: special shoutout to the team (we only got the names of Bailey, Sato, Justin) who seamlessly helped us clueless first time skiiers, and didn’t make us feel bad about ourselves at all. They were really patient with the shuttle buses and ski equipment tryout as well. Toilets and showers: even though the showers and toilets were limited and public, there was literally no one sharing the showers in our 3D2N stay. And we stayed during new year period.

If you are trying to catch the 8am shuttle bus to Tsugaike, the morning timing will be quite tight

Love everything about the lodge, magical place.

Property was well kept and maintained, our room felt like newly renovated, the design was not just nice but cosy and well thought for a corner room. Lots of storage space including under the bed. Dont normally see a full size ceiling fan in a hotel but they had one in our room, apart from of course the air conditioner and also kerosene portable heater. Management/ staff was amazing, they messaged us before arrival and offered to pick us up at the train or bus station. (Parking available right in front of the reception but limited). Also always greeted us warmly whenever they see us at the property. At breakfast they serve one hot entree per person apart from the continental buffet and even kindly accommodated to our no meat request.

Super cozy. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Real nice bath. Common area had a really homely and warm feel. The entire stay was delightful!

Super skønt sted. Hotellet ligger lidt op ad bakke i skoven, rigtig hyggeligt - tæt på skisteder, hvis man kommer i vintermånederne. Vi var der dog i oktober, og der er der super smuk natur at vandre i lige udenfor døren. Personalet var behjælpelig med alt fra start til slut. Morgenmaden rigtig fin.

The staff member Erica was exceptional she made our stay, she is friendly, efficient, informative, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Cosy place.

The shower. The water was not hot enough and the shower caddy and bottles were unusable as the lids are not secured The breakfast for the first 2 days ☹️last day😁

Un séjour super agréable au Penke Panke ! Tout le staff est aux petits soins. C’est propre, bien pensé, bien agencé et joli. Cerise sur la pancake, le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec chaque matin une proposition fait maison différente. C’est bien simple, on a pris 2 nuits de plus ☺️ Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Arigato gozaimasu, PS : j’espère un jour pouvoir revenir pour la poudreuse ⛷️

Certains hôtes aussi irrespectueux que le staff est courtois…
