Super clean and feels brand new! We actually wondered if we might have been among the first guests to stay here. The apartment is extremely well equipped and genuinely feels like a very liveable home rather than just a holiday rental. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, and it can comfortably sleep 6–7 people. The kitchen has everything you could need — fridge, oven, dishwasher, grill and all the basic cooking equipment. There’s also a big TV, which the kids loved. We ended up buying groceries and cooking our own dinner, which worked really well as there were very limited dinner options around during the time we stayed. Breakfast was simple, but honestly it didn’t bother us at all. Everyone in the family was happy with the stay. Clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — we would happily stay here again!

グリーンシーズンで他のゲストに出会う機会も少なく、ほぼ貸切の状態で滞在できて静かに過ごせました。 また自然天候の影響で電車が運休しており東京から白馬に入る事ができずに、滞在初日に宿泊する事ができませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフさんの思いやりのある配慮をしていただき、別のサービスを受ける事ができました。自然天候の影響はコントロールできない仕方のない事でしたが、ホテルのみなさんの配慮は本当に感謝しています。そして朝食も夕食もとても美味しくて毎日の朝食は日替わりだったので楽しみでした。そして嬉しかったのがホテルの周りに自然の猿がたくさんいたので、近くで見る事も楽しめました。私は何度も白馬に来ているのでアルプスの山々の素晴らしい景色を知っていますが、今回は残念ながら八方池は滞在中に深い霧があり、山々を見る事ができませんでしたが、再び別の機会に戻ってきます。

共有スペースが24時間利用できなかったくらいですが、それは大きな問題ではありません。

専用のBBQ、駐車場もあり贅沢でした。　 部屋で洗濯、乾燥が出来たのも良かったです。

立地 道路に面しているのでうるさいです

住了兩晚，一切都很滿意，房間設施乾淨又齊全，遇到下雨全家待在房間也很放鬆，早餐很棒每天主食會變化，隔天要去八方池，飯店小姐二話不說，馬上開車載我們去搭纜車。

ビュッフェとメイン折衷の朝食付き、清潔、八方ゴンドラ乗り場まで徒歩10分ほど。アパートタイプだが寂しさがなく、でも基本的に放っておいてもらえる。エコーランドのような密集感がなくのんびりしている。 和室で寝たいときはあらかじめリクエストを。

使い回しのスリッパ。 部屋に入ると消臭剤の香りがきつく、しばらく窓を開けていた。 ロビーが以前よりスペースを区切って広々感が減っていた。

施設がとても綺麗で、快適に過ごすことができました。 また、スタッフの皆さんも素敵な方々ばかりで、安心して気持ちよく過ごせました。 ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

温泉があれば完璧

3泊しましたが、毎食朝食が違いとても美味く大満足でした！ キッチン雑貨も揃っておりとても充実したものでした。

連泊中全くお掃除が入らないので、自分で少し掃除できるクイックルワイパー的なものがあると良かったです。

住了十天，每天的早餐都不同，很美味。房间设施齐全，小厨房很方便，油盐酱醋都有提供。房间也很宽敞，床铺舒适，酒店位置也不错，出行较方便.

住了十天当中提供二次保洁，第一次都没有吸尘，有点意外，第二次主动要求吸尘，如果可能请在打扫卫生上再仔细一点

Very nice facility with everything we needed as a family of 4. We were visiting Hakuba during the “green season”, so it was very quiet. The restaurants at the hotel were not open and staffing was short, but we had access to everything else that we needed including shuttle to and from the train station. Laundry was free (except for drying) and there was plenty of space for all four of us in the suite. Small kitchen in suite was a perk too. Very walkable distance into town, though we used the free rental bikes to get around as well. Get the included breakfast… it was so good! Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and great value for money. Games available for all ages. Food was excellent. Netflix already set up, easy for family movie time.

とてもリラックスできました。スタッフは外国の方が多くフレンドリーでした。格式ばった高級ホテルの対応はありませんが、若いスタッフは子供と遊んでくれいつのまにか仲良くなっていました。 朝食は感じのよい軽食です。自転車をレンタル出来るので、あまり旅行のプランを詰め込まずに滞在すべきです。 部屋はとてもクリーンでした。キッチンもありますが簡易的なもので本格的な料理は難しいかもしれません。 長野はとても良いところです。緑のシーズンも（こそ）お勧めしたいです。 滞在中に少しPCワークが必要でしたが、ロビーやその他に机があって助かりました。

不満はありません。強いて言うと受付にスタッフがいない時間があったので追加の依頼をする時に何度かスタッフが居るか確認に行きました。忙しい旅行をしたい方は少し戸惑うかもしれません。

Peaceful yet convenient location. Our apartment was new, beautifully decorated and very clean.

The fire alarm went off one night at 3:00am. Nobody was on duty so guests ended up needing to call the fire department to get them to come turn off the alarm, which took a while.

In den 3,5 Wochen in Japan war das die mit Abstand beste Unterkunft. Tolle Appartements, klasse Aufenthaltsraum mit Billiard, gute MTB‘s für umsonst zum leihen. Lage zum Bus sehr gut, Bahnhof vllt 2 km auch gut zu gehen. Oder Bus. Am Besten war das Frühstück. Absolut spitze vom Angebot und Raum

Die Straße vor dem Hotel wurde morgens gut befahren. Daher war dann Fenster zu angesagt.

全体的に清潔感があり、アットホームな感じで心からくつろげました。ホテル自体はそんなに大きくないのも逆に居心地が良かったです。ロビーもビリヤードがあり、くつろげました。スタッフの方も優しかったです。 白馬に行く際はまた訪れたいです。

Both the property facilities and the staff were great, but especially the kind and and welcoming staff. Even though we arrived after the front desk is closing the staff still greeted us and communicated everything clearly to us. The place feels warm and homely, I can definitely see myself coming back again.

The only I think I didn’t like were the pillows of the beds- there were not so comfortable.

The chef was great. Breakfast was delicious. Reception was very helpful, and the shuttle drop service was very helpful and on time.

The tatami area was raised about 2" from the floor and one corner was almost an obstruction and safety concern.

Местоположение отличное, рядом озеро с рыбалкой, с детьми ходили по утрам. Отель относительно новый, цена соответствует. Обязательно вернемся.

Большой минус, - завтраки были включены, но очень низкого качества, не соответствуют уровню отеля, надо обязательно решать эту проблему.

There is no ramp or elevator access and only stairs are available. It was difficult to carry luggage.

The staff were very helpful, location was great, all the facilities were spot on. Loved that there was laundry and a bar that made tasty cocktails.

It was pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Breakfast was small but nice; a different 'cooked' option every day e.g. smoked salmon & cream cheese muffins, ham and cheese croissants, eggs etc. All very tasty. Location was good - walkable into the Hakuba 'village' and up to the ski lifts too although there was a handy shuttle too.

Occasionally the staff were a little disorganised (our room didn't get cleaned when they said it would and breakfast was a little chaotic a couple of days) however they made up for it with friendliness and helpfulness.

We loved how centrally located Wadano Gateway is! It’s very convenient for accessing both the slopes and Happo One village. The concierge team was exceptional and went out of their way to help arrange transport around Happo One for us, especially as our son was on crutches due to an injury. Their support made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The room was a great size for our family of four, very cozy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. We also really appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, which are incredibly useful for a ski trip. Most of all, every member of staff was warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home!

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a Japanese breakfast option. Since we don’t visit Japan often, it would have been nice to experience a more local breakfast rather than a Western one, which we can easily get elsewhere. That said, this is only a minor point and does not take away from what was otherwise a superb stay.

The location and homey feel was very inviting. The reception staff were amazing and very accomodating

the breakfast staff were terrible, no matter what time we planned to go to breakfast they never had anything stocked, had to ask for simple things like bread, milk, cutlery, coffee cups, juices. The staff were just standing on their phones, or at a few points were just standing in a group outside the bar. They never greeted us or asked if we wanted the specials we had to ask, when we asked for food they would act like it was a hindrance to them, just replying with “ugh”. They were quite rude and made the stay at the apartment unenjoyable for breakfast

I had to wait over an hour to get my keys due to receptionist making a shuttle run. In there defense I did arrive a bit earlier than I informed them, however I could not get ahold of anyone else.additionally, the bar and restaurants were closed due to it being the beginning of the season. I don’t think that info was made aware upon booking.

Das Hotel ist durch viele junge Damen und Herren aus Australia und UK betrieben. Das Service ist nach UK / Australia Standard ausgerichtet, ist aber weiter weg von eine 4 Stern Hotel in Japan. Frühstück Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt und gar keine Japanische Essen zu wählen. Frühstück ist nur von 7 Uhr bis 9 Uhr möglich und laut der Regeln der Hotel soll das Frühstück in 30min erledigt werden, da die Küche und Esszimmer zu klein sind. Roomservice alle 4 Tage und Grund Reinigung alle 8 Tage sind kein 4 Stern Hotel! Mann hat das Gefüll wie in eine Australien Jungenherberge, aber nicht in eine 4 Stern Japanische Hotel. Shuttleservice ist in der Ferienzeit komplett übergebucht, dass wir paar Mal laufen müssen oder länger Zeit auf Abholung warten müssen. Mit ca.300 Euro per Übernachtung kriegt mann Vorort viele bessere.

The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was walkable to town. Although needed transport to supermarkets. Very helpful transport bus to get to snowfields just need to be organised and give at least two hours notice. Room was huge and very comfortable with great views.

The included breakfast left much to be desired. Recommended bringing your own breakfast.

the room was massive - we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment that could fit 6 people comfortably, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in room, 2 toilets, 4 beds and a massive smart TV with JBL sound system that supported netflix and disney+. it even came with a massive backyard with a full BBQ grill Would imagine this would be wonderful for large family getaways in seasons outside of winter (which we were in). We also loved the smart electronic bathtub that we could control the temperature of. Beds were comfortable. the staff was also friendly and spoke english.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hakuba. It was our first time seeing snow, and the experience was truly unforgettable, we honestly didn’t want to leave. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip feel so special. The service we received was above and beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful and even made extra arrangements for breakfast, which we really appreciated. We were also really grateful for the shuttle service, especially with our large family.

Very spacious and comfortable stay! The room was extremely spacious — much larger than anything you’d find in other cities at the same budget. It was actually set up with two beds, and my little one was so excited to have her own area to sleep in. The cooking equipment is provided which is convenient. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. On our second day, we encountered heavy snow and our car wasn’t equipped with winter tyres. The staff kindly drove us to breakfast, dinner, and the ski resorts. They even spent hours helping us clear the snow from our car and buying and installing snow chains. We truly cannot express how grateful we are. We will definitely come back next time!

We had a great stay. The facilities they had to offer- pool table, darts common area was great. Suite we stayed in was good size and very comfortable for 4 people. Location was great. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was something different each morning. Laundry facilities were good too. Shuttle bus service offered by the property was really convenient too.

We unfortunately booked in between the seasons so we were 1 week too early for snow, which meant the property restaurant and bar were not open yet- and also meant a lot of places close by like shops and restaurants were not open or were getting ready for ski season. Near train station had great coffee shop and down the road from there the best ramen ever.

We were upgraded to an amazing apartment. We watched monkeys in the trees for over a half hour, right from the patio. Awesome!
