The bathroom floor drain is not removing water fast enough, maybe the floor gradient to the drain hole is not steep enough.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable due to the noise issue. The lodge is not soundproof, so noise from the upper floor, especially children running and people making loud noises, could be clearly heard from downstairs. This was despite the “Keep Silent” sign. We tried to politely inform the guests upstairs to keep the noise down, but they became upset instead. The staff came afterward, but unfortunately, no proper action was taken to resolve the issue. The noise continued even after we had raised our concerns, and the management did not seem to take any further steps to ensure the comfort of other guests. I hope the management can improve the soundproofing and take noise complaints more seriously in the future, so that all guests can have a more comfortable stay.

Vanaf het terras was er fantastisch uitzicht op Mt Kinabalu. Daarnaast is de tuin fantastisch onderhouden met mooie planten en bloemen. Voor de kinderen waren de jongen kittens ook een plus.

Door de opzet van de verschillende woon units, heb je in dit appartement weinig privacy. Ook was het vrij gehorig. Daarnaast misten we als gezin dat je nergens kon zitten in het appartement. Er waren practische gezien allen bedden, zonder nachtkastjes.

The stay was okay but communication was poor. No clear instructions and slow response from the host. Adding some rug on door/bathroom entrance is more convenient.

The views and balcony were fantastic. Pretty basic accommodation but that was all we needed. Cooking facilities OK but we didn't use.

Great location, close to town and easy/quick access from main road. Views over the mountain especially from the balcony of our place. Comfortable enough accommodation, very basic but did the job for us as a family. Love the Christian vibe.

Thin walls/floors mentioned in other reviews yes, baby downstairs very loud in the mornings. Staff weren't very present/proactive and no information or leaflets on what we could do during our stay. Objectively very basic but I think one of the best for the area for a family with 3 young kids, spent a long time comparing before booking and I'm happy with what we got.

Room facilities, don't have TV, water heater needs slow press to get the hot water.

El lloc és espectacular. Molt tranquil. Vistes increïbles. Rodejat de natura. Espais comuns on hi pots estar. Cuina que es pot utilitzar. Habitacions correctes. Gatets bonics i cuidats. Moltes flors boniques.

El personal molt ausent i no hospitalari, a vegades no saps a qui preguntar. L’accés al lloc és difícil si no tens cotxe, no hi ha Grab. Les habitacions semblen de paper, s’escoltà tot. A les nits pot fer fred. La cuina molt bruta.

No staff help at all. Not set up for tourism. Kids screaming in the morning early and evenings. Far from shops/food. No evidence of Christianity apart from the Bibles?

Untuk bilik a,b&c katil queen.. dia punya pemandangan memang tak boleh bawa bincang, memang terbaik.... amat puas hati... pukul 4.00am, boleh nampak lampu suluh pendaki² yang sedang mendaki gunung Kinabalu.. memang satu pengalaman yang tak dapat dilupakan.. 👍👍👍👍

VIP seat for viewing Mount Kinabalu, there's a working heater, no aircond needed as it's already chilly. Plenty of restaurants around. Perfect for being with the nature but still there's civilization. Perfectly safe location even for solo travellers.

Great view of the mountains. Excellent service from the staff. Had breakfast at the lodge which was great , enjoying the view without having to drive to town.

Pillows need changing cos too soft and flat. Stayed in a twin room, would be better if there are power sockets beside both beds. There are 2 sockets but they are beside one of the beds.

The view was great and there was even a special platform for us to take photo of Mount Kinabalu. The wifi was a life saver as the reception in that area was terrible. Their staff was super friendly and welcomed us with a big smile.

The sound proof in the room was terrible. We could hear people walking around the whole night and someone next door / upstairs was chatting late into the night. There was a lack of power supply in the room, which make charging our phone + using the fan at the same time, a bit difficult.

Tiada kemudahan untuk makan kerana dekat dengan kawasan pekan namun suasana yang nyaman, kebersihan bilik serta persekitaran yang baik dan pemandangan gunung di hadapan bilik menjadi faktor utama pemilian penginapan ini.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr tolle Lage. Von der gemeinsamen Lounge aus kann man wunderschöne auf den Berg sehen. Sie waren auch sehr hilftreich damit uns Kontaktdaten zu schicken, damit wir einen Scooter mieten konnten und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen.

Ich fand die Matratze erwas hart, beziehungsweise hat man die Sprungfedern ein wenig gespürt.

I liked my stay at this place. It's calm and serene. The rooms are clean and have the basic amenities. The staff is also helpful.

The location might be a bit hard to reach if you don't have your own car. Also, the water in the bathroom was at the most lukewarm. The common area is small and the kitchen is a mess. But the cute cats make up for it.

A good accommodation for basic needs. Morning view for Mount Kinabalu was excellent. Spacious area for activity. Overall, it was a good stay.

The place is strategic, where one can see an awesome view of Mount Kinabalu clearly. Overall, the place is worth the money.

It was difficult to get to and from. Steep hill. It's impossible to get a Grab. We booked it because there was there supposed to be breakfast There was a fridge downstairs where you could store milk, etc. The bedding was inadequate. It's cooler up there, and there was only a thin Donna We.slept in jumpers one night

The view of Mount Kinabalu especially first thing in the morning is sensational.

There was no breakfast option or any restaurant as it states on the facilities. The walk to the property is a-steep 800m from the main road uphill. This improves the view but requires walking up and down to town for provisions, restaurants and onward transport. The bathroom needed a little maintenance.

Dpt bilik view gunung.😍🤩. Bilik selesa. Dekat dengan pekan Kundasang. Senang nak cari makan. Lebih kurang 5 minit jer. Dekat nk ke Hidden Hill & War Memorial Kundasang.

I like the amazing Mt Kinabalu view and quiet premise. Not too crowded and the staffs were attentive.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I had a very good memory of 1st time, so, I came back. But toilet cleanliness was not as good as before. Maybe different room. The water in toilet could not flow out completely so we had to sweep away the water with the broom hanging in the toilet.

I loved the beautiful mountain view and the peaceful environment. The room was tidy and cozy, perfect for a short stay. Staff were also very helpful.”

Room smelled damp and hasdmould on the walls and blinds. Kettle and cups were provided but no tea/coffee. We saw no restaurant on site and were told we couldn't actually get breakfast there. Minimal communication from hosts.
