Super luxurious villa with large landscape areas

Very clean and big. The place is nicer than the photos

The AC was good, the swimming pool was loved by the children, the villa is really spacious and nice. It is very close to all amenities. Lots of toilets and bathrooms.

سهوله المكان والنظافه وسرعه الاستجابه انصح اي احد بالتجربه في المكان

Superbe villa spacieuse. Le hôte est très accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est top

Énormément de poussière et la Piscine étais très froide. La facture d’électricité à 35euros pour 2 jours.

The Villa is spacious and well-furnished. The host is very kind and responds promptly to any requests at any time of day or night. Fresh breakfast was provided daily. Very nice swimming pool and outdoor facilities. The villa is well situated and easy to access, around 35 minutes from Cairo international airport.

The electricity bill is substantial and may reach up to 70 USD per day, This should be considered in your budget planning, especially if you are planning for a long stay during summertime.

Amazing stay! The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The service was excellent. The pool area was a highlight — perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything was perfect for a trip with friends. Highly recommended! And the owner is very helpful with everything and kind

there was a friend of mine who stayed on the couch and got itches

The place is lovely, the owner is very cooperative and respectful

The host was very attentive and helpful. the check in and check out process were seamless. Dr. Aly and his staff paid close attention to us and were wiling to assist with all our needs and answer any questions we had.

Great house for families and groups we had a good time

Our stay at this villa was made exceptionally pleasant by Dr.Aly’s (host) kindness and helpfulness. From assisting us with currency exchange to arranging a vehicle for a last-minute day trip at a reasonable cost, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. His prompt replies to queries via WhatsApp were greatly appreciated, making communication effortless. Additionally, we were grateful for the flexibility he showed by allowing us to stay a few hours beyond the checkout time, despite knowing that other guests were checking in later that day. The property itself was impressively spacious, providing ample room for our needs. Nearby, there are grocery stores and take-away options such as McDonald’s and Domino’s, offering convenient dining choices. Furthermore, Dr.Aly arranged breakfast for us at a reasonable price, adding to the convenience of our stay.

There wasn't anything we disliked in particular but there were few things that could have been better. Areas for Improvement: While our overall experience was very positive, there are a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was a bit dusty, indicating that it could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have some basic amenities such as sugar, salt, drinking water provided in the accommodation to enhance our convenience during our stay. Things to Watch Out for Future Guests: One important aspect to note for future guests is that electricity is not included in the booking cost and has to be paid separately. Despite using very little electricity (without using air conditioning or heating), we received a considerable bill at the end of our stay. This is worth considering, especially if you plan to stay for an extended period. Additionally, while the property was spacious, it's worth noting that it can get a bit cold during the nights. However, considering the size of the property, this is understandable and also, we did not use the heating option available to save on electricity cost. While there isn’t any public transport option, Dr.Aly was more than happy to arrange vehicles and guides for sightseeing, ensuring a hassle-free experience for us.

It is a great property, we were 10 guests and everyone liked it, Dr Aly the airbnb host is a terrific guy, super helpful and friendly, It was our second time staying there and definitely would be going back.

we were well received at the airport by the host who took care of us and our luggage. our stay was very pleasant and Mr. Aly showed legendary availability by being very responsive to all our requests.

- The host was super kind and super attentive. He always went out of his way to help us and to accommodate our needs. He also helped arrange excursions and transport. - The Villa was bright and spacious. Plenty of space for families to relax. - The pool-table and table-tennis tables were a nice touch especially for the kids - The housekeeper was available at very short notice and was very kind.

- The pool was too cold to use at this time of year (October). It was not covered overnight. - The housekeeper was very good at cleaning the pool when asked. - The internet connectivity upstairs kept disconnecting- but the host was very kind and came to fix it many times but the problem reoccurred.

Literally everything!!! The service was beyond perfect, the villa was massive and extremely clean and well kept, the host was kind and prompt to all questions.

The location was a tad bit far from the main city. However it was in a very quiet area and extremely safe.

A good space especially for big family vacations. Good amenities and the host was very good and helpful. Beautiful house and property. Definitely beat the expectation on the photos : 😁

Have to start with how much of a gentleman the host Mr Aly was. He was waiting for us at the gate of what can only be described as a palace! He took us in with a big smile and walked us through the whole place while providing us with information of where everything was. The villa was incredibly spacious with 5 bedrooms and beds to accommodate the whole group (15), and situated in the heart of new cairo, so everything was just a call away. The area had just been cleaned and the pool was private and covered with a large seating area and bbq pit. We were also allowed to stay an extra few hours after check out times to enjoy the facilities for a while longer. I will definitely be going back again to this little peice of paradise in Cairo

very friendly, helpful owner with marvelous generosity 😍

Property was amazing. had everything we needed and more.

Compared to the surrounding villas, this should be named Super Luxurious Mansion. The architecture and interior design are truly lavish and stylish. The garden and pool provide excellent privacy and soothing relaxation. Mr. Ali is an extremely decent and helpful gentleman and will. spare no effort to accommodate requests.

The only potential reason for concern was the CCTV system, with cameras almost everywhere, including the pool. Mr. Ali did explain upon check-in that there are cameras and showed them. He also assured that the system does not record unless the guests set it as such. This is an excellent security measure, but I would recommend that the guest be given the option to disable it.
