Posizione fantastica nella foresta pluviale, comoda per organizzarsi in tour ed esperienze nei dintorni. Molto chiara la disponibilità e non dei servizi da parte dello staff, appena avvenuta la prenotazione. Sicuramente più avventurosa di un soggiorno in città.

Attenzione a organizzarsi negli spostamenti per muoversi da e per la struttura, causa l'ultimo kilometro dalla strada principale molto dissestato. La struttura fornisce tutto il necessario per riposarsi ma dà il meglio di sé come appoggio per effettuare tour nei dintorni, non per stare giornate intere nella struttura.

Eine tolle Unterkunft mitten im Dschungel. Wem es etwas ausmacht, dass Geckos und andere Tiere im Zimmer rumlaufen, für den ist es nichts. Uns hat es aber absolut nicht gestört! Das Essen war hier sehr lecker und das Personal war freundlich. Auch die organisierte overnight Lake Tour hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Las cabañas son muy espaciosas y están muy limpias. Hay bastantes insectos y hay que tener cuidado con las arañas ( tienen un tamaño considerable ) pero con las mosquiteras duermes muy tranquilo oyendo el ruido de la selva . El tour de elefantes lo reservamos con ellos y fue maravilloso.

Está un poco apartado de la calle de restaurantes . Para ir necesitarás andar un rato o tener vehículo propio. Lo cual ya sabía con antelación y no fue un problema .

Incroyable. Lieu authentique et magique en plein milieu de la jungle. Le personnel et le restaurant de l’hôtel étaient vraiment au top. Je recommande à 100%.

Tout était parfait. Très propre, très bon, personnel sympathique. Jungalows magnifiques.

Es ist eine wunderschöne, sehr naturnahe Unterkunft 🌿🌴 und das Personal war jederzeit unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich 😊🙏. Alle Touren, die wir gemacht haben, waren fantastisch! 🤩 Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Bamboo Cooking 🎋🍳, die Night Safari 🌙🔦🦎 und die private One Day Lake Tour 🚤🏞️. Auch Bamboo Rafting 🎋🛶 und das Elephant Sanctuary 🐘❤️ können wir absolut empfehlen. Richtig gut fanden wir außerdem das Essen in der Unterkunft 😋🍜 – ebenso die leckeren Smoothies und Shakes 🥭🍍🥤. Man sollte allerdings berücksichtigen, dass „naturnah“ hier wirklich naturnah bedeutet 🌿🦎 und sich deshalb auch mal kleine Tiere in die Unterkunft verirren können. Wir hatten zum Beispiel abends regelmäßig Besuch von einer Fledermaus 🦇😄. Im Koffer meines Sohnes haben wir sogar kleine, vermutlich von einem Gecko stammende Eier 🦎🥚 gefunden, weil er seinen Koffer nicht geschlossen hatte. 😂🧳 Für uns gehörte das aber irgendwie zum Erlebnis und Abenteuer dazu 🌴💚. Es waren wunderschöne und besondere Erfahrungen, die wir als Familie 👨‍👩‍👦 sicherlich nie vergessen werden. 🥰 Einfach schön! 🌿🐘🌴❤️✨

Struttura che propone molti tour interessanti

Non c'era l'aria condizionata, wi-fi molto poco funzionante e solo nella hall. Posizione piuttosto scomoda, lontana dal centro città.

L’accueil est vraiment top, l’équipe très sympa. Le lieu est très mignon, bien tenu et soigné. Les bungalows sont très jolis et confortables et en pleine nature. Un restau sur place qui est bien pratique car c’est isolé. La terrasse commune est aussi très agréable pour prendre un verre le soir.

Les lits sont durs comme du bois. Le restau ferme un peu tôt (20h).

Holes in mosquito net and badly bitten . A nice improvement would be free mosquito repellent that worked . Had to buy additional and didn’t really stop the bites on the room. Some guests had bats in their room which is dangerous for children re rabies .

Leuke huisjes met fijne douche. Lekkere maaltijden met vriendelijk personeel. Leuke tours geboekt via Monkey Mansion, met de altijd vriendelijke en behulpzame Han achter de balie!

Un posto molto suggestivo immerso nella giungla. Lo staff è molto collaborativo e ci ha aiutato in ogni modo soddisfacendo le nostre richieste. Un plus è stato il massaggio in camera la sera. Il ristorante è ti ottima qualità.

Forse i potrebbe aumentare la luminosità nelle camere. Basterebbe avere delle luci accanto al letto per leggere.

The Monkey Mansion was a great choice for traveling with my teenager, our twenty-something cousin and myself. The triple room had plenty of space for all of us, including a lovely little balcony and hammock with a gorgeous view. The upstairs dining area in the main building was wonderful for relaxing and dining and the staff were all top notch. The place is simple and no frills, but a perfect respite in the jungle with wonderful humans working there. They were also very helpful in guiding and helping to arrange tours. And they offer free water bottle fill ups- truly helping to reduce plastic waste!

Wifi gibt es nur im Bereich der Rezeption und des Restaurants. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber es sollte dann heutzutage doch zumindest stabil und schnell sein.

Todo! La cabina muy cómoda, el personal muy amables y la comida riquísima. Además el sitio es precioso y hay un montón de actividades como safari de día/noche, cocinar con bambú y la noche en el lago.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel extrêmement gentil et accueillant. Les logements était super avec vue sur la jungle et le doux bruit de la nature pour nous bercer. Le restaurant aussi était très bon pour des prix tout à fait correct. Enfin les excursions proposées par l’établissement était super. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Das Bungalow ist nicht komplett verschlossen wie in einem üblichen Haus. Das Dach ist nicht mit den Wänden anhängend, es besteht einen Spalt, was eine Klimaanlage somit ausschliesst. Dafür ist es der Eingang für Mitbewohner wie Falter, Insekten, Fliegen und Geko's, welche gleich auf die Jagd dieser gehen, offen. Ist also Natur pur. Nach Eingewöhnung der ersten Nacht geht es danach problemlos zum Schlafen, man muss es aber auch etwas mögen. Uns hat es gefallen, um das Bett herum gibt es ein Netzt was alles angenehm macht.

Man muss die Wärme schon mögen beim Schlafen. Es ist sehr warm und schwül. Eine Klima ist bei offenen Wänden nicht vorgesehen. Wer es mag, kann sich darüber erfreuen. Up to You! Ist sicher auch der Juli Saison geschuldet.

The staff are very accomodating, from helping us with our bedroom to booking tours and booking transfer between towns and ferries, they have been very helpful and supportive during our stay. The restaurant has a good range of delicious food which is a bonus after long days of touring

Super emplacement et bungalow très grand au cœur d'un site magnifique / Personnel très sympathique qui a géré notre réservation à deux excursions : safari de nuit dans la jungle le soir de notre arrivée et une journée sur le lac de Cheow Lan. Repas et petits déjeuners très bons.

Ajouter un ventilateur dans la chambre car un seul pour la surface est un peu juste.

Lovely rooms in a very nice area. Staff very friendly. Food good at decent prices. It felt like a jungle experience on its own.

You couldn’t really walk anywhere so you need to do trips, especially with having two children to keep them occupied. I would have liked coffee/tea in the room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Anlage liegt weit vom Zentrum entfernt, man muss gut 30min. gehen damit man ins Zentrum kommt. Es sind nicht wie angegeben 300m sondern mindestens 3.5 km. Toll ist es, wenn man die absolute Ruhe und das Dschungelfeeling sucht. Es ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Ort.

The staff is amazing and treated us really well. Rooms were one of a lind and cozy experience. Definitely recommend it to others.

Staff were great, food was available to purchase for breakfast/lunch/dinner and was always very yummy. Could organise tours at the front desk we did the bamboo cooking and night safari which was great . Cute cat as well.

Very very hot rooms, tried to have nap and really struggled as there is no aircon, was a bit worried about bugs but had good mosquito nets, would prefer visiting when it is cooler. Didn’t realise how far it was from the Main Street but since there was food options on sight it didn’t matter too much. A bit far to walk to main town but there is a monkey temple nearby which we highly recommend.

Nice stay in the middle of the jungle, and a real eco-friendly cabin. It's a short walk to the restaurants, but definitely doable on foot. Very friendly staff and nice tours you can book with them; they also arranged our taxi to the next destination and everything was fine.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The villa is beautiful and really cozy and quiet. The surrounding area is gorgeous, the staff is lovely, friendly & kind. We also did a few tours organized by the hotel and it was fabulous. the night hike & bamboo cooking was amazing. 10/10

Everything was great!

Damit das nicht falsch verstanden wird: Wir hatten uns ganz bewusst für einen Aufenthalt mitten im Dschungel entschieden. Entsprechend waren wir auch nicht überrascht, dass es hier keine Klimaanlage gibt. Das weiß man vorher, wenn man die Beschreibung liest, und genau darauf muss man sich eben einlassen. Wer sterile Hotelkettenromantik mit perfekt temperierter Luft sucht, ist hier schlicht falsch abgebogen. Die kleinen Bungalows verteilen sich locker über die gesamte Anlage und liegen eingebettet in sattes Grün. Gerade morgens hatte der Weg zum Restaurant fast schon etwas Magisches: Hinter den Bergen schob sich die Sonne langsam nach oben, während Nebelschwaden durchs Tal zogen und der Dschungel so tat, als müsste er sich erst einmal sortieren, bevor der Tag beginnt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber passend eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, und ein Ventilator sorgte immerhin für etwas Abkühlung. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist sicher das Badezimmer, das zu einer Seite hin komplett offen ist. Das hat Charme, sorgt aber auch dafür, dass man beim Duschen kurz denkt, gleich schaut ein neugieriger Gecko oder der halbe Urwald vorbei. Frühstück und Mittagessen gibt es à la carte, was angenehm flexibel ist. Praktisch ist auch, dass man Ausflüge direkt vor Ort buchen kann, etwa in den Dschungel oder auf den nahegelegenen Stausee von Khao Sok. Wer Natur, Ruhe und ein kleines bisschen Abenteuer sucht, bekommt hier genau das.

Mir hat im Zimmer einen Schrank gefehlt.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, mochten den ruhigen Charme ab vom vom Ort im Vergleich zu unserem vorherigen Quartier mitten im Dschungel. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber alles was notwendig ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt auch beim Frühstück. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit als es darum ging, unsere Weiterreise nach Koh Samui zu organisieren.

Wir hatten für eine Nacht nichts zu bemängeln.

The jungalows are amazing, fun, cosy, beautiful. The staff was very nice, the place is basically at the jungle but made very safe and comfortable to be in.

There is no AC , just a fan. It was very hot and it made our stay little less comfortable. Of there was AC, I would definitely come back again and stay longer.

Le personnel était serviable et hyper attentionné. Les activités et excursions étaient extraordinaires. Nous avons vécu un rêve éveillé.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant and cafe were really good.

The villas were stiflingly hot. Even if you left all the windows and doors open (unsafe given we were in the jungle) the room remained horribly hot. No pool to cool off in between trips meant hours sitting around in the hot rooms getting bitten.

Man schläft in dieser Unterkunft in wunderschönen Bungalows inmitten eines grünen Pflanzendschungels. Diese sind schlicht und praktisch eingerichtet aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Im Hauptgebäude befindet sich das Restaurant, in dem man neben Frühstück auch Mittag- und Abendessen bekommt. Die Preise hier sind sehr fair und das Essen sehr lecker. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft für alle, die in Khao Sok abseits der Touristenströme eine entspannte Zeit haben wollen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unfassbar nette Personal: wir wurden super herzlich aufgenommen und bei allen unseren Fragen (Taxi, Dschungeltour, etc.) mehr als freundlich unterstützt - 12 von 10 Punkten!

Für uns war alles perfekt, aber folgende Punkte könnten andere Leute stören: - keine AC (nur Ventilator) (war aber gut temperierbar) - naturnahe Zimmer (es kann schon mal eine Spinne oder ein Gecko den Weg ins Bungalow finden)

The national park is very close and the jungalows are very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage is very cute, but also very open - they have a mosquito net to take care of that. Great bathroom view. The staff is really well organized and attentive. It’s clearly designed for all the activities you can do in the area. It’s a great alternative to the extremely touristic environment closer to the entry of the park.

Activities are very expensive, and everyday you enter the park you pay entry fee again.. so it does add up including tips.

We had a lovely room although the beds were a bit hard. The room and bathroom were open to all the jungle so bring repellent. The fan in M2 room did not swing to both beds which meant for a sticky hot night for the person in the single bed. Shower worked well. It is a good walk to the local shops but this was no problem for us as we had a car. The staff organised a private boat trip on the lake in the national patk, tailored to what we wanted and that was great. We didn't fancy a boat with aleast 10 other people in it! If we didn't have transport we would have felt a bit trapped here. Overall a lovely stay.

Me gustaron los bungalows (la estética) y las personas que trabajan aquí. También las excursiones que ofrecen, son top, sobre todo la de cooking bambú con night safari.

No me gustó porque los bungalows estaba totalmente abiertos, es decir, entraban mosquitos a la habitación, abejas etc. el baño tiene una ventana que está abierta y ‘la ventana’ de la habitación es corredera pero tiene un hueco por arriba, por lo que entran de todo. No ha wifi en la habitación pero esto es lo de menos.

Le lieu est magique, en plein milieu de la jungle et légèrement éloigné du centre ville. Le personnel est génial et nous a réservé un superbe accueil. Les excursions proposées étaient géniales et abordables.

Le confort est assez rudimentaire. C’est normal car c’est le concept du lieu, mais quelques efforts supplémentaires pourraient être faits pour gagner en confort.

Notre couple de cœur Khao Sok, magnifique au lac, paysages extraordinaires je recommande cette excursion L’hotel était loin du bruit en pleine nature au milieu de la faune locale Heureusement il y un ventilateur dans la chambre il fait chaud le soir mais dans la nuit il fait frais Personnel trés sympathique rien à redire

Bardzo czysty obiekt, pomocna obsługa. Fantastyczne widoki. Dużo atrakcji które można wykupić bezpośrednio w recepcji. Jeden z lepszych Jungalows jakich byłam w Tajlandii. Jakoś do ceny adekwatną definitywnie.

L’équipe a été exceptionnelle, et ce bien avant notre arrivée en nous aidant à organiser et planifier notre séjour. Sur place, l’équipe etait aux petits soins pour nous. Merci à tous

Such a beautiful stay in the family bungalow! You are right amongst all the trees and limestone cliffs. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking our tours, we did the night safari and one day adventure lake tour (would probably recommend a half day instead). We stayed for 2 nights which was plenty.

No aircon so if it doesn’t rain in the afternoon it gets quite warm, fan was really strong though so that helped. Beds were a bit too firm. Food was good but not amazing, the town is about a 20-30 minute walk so a bit far at night, would have loved a scooter.

The bungalow need a bit of maintenance and some more fans as the heat is quite high even in the evening.

Wat een prachtige plek! Monkey Mansion Khao Sok is echt een unieke, eco-vriendelijke ervaring midden in de natuur. De huisjes zijn ruim en sfeervol, en het concept is volledig in lijn met de omgeving – daar moet je wel van houden. De hangmat is heerlijk om in te ontspannen en het muskietennet maakt het slapen comfortabel, ondanks de natuurlijke omgeving. Het eten is echt heel lekker en de mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Daarnaast is er een goed aanbod aan tours, wat het makkelijk maakt om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Omdat het echt midden in de natuur ligt, moet je rekening houden met insecten en dieren: kevers, een gecko in de kamer en zelfs een spin in het toilet. Ook is de badkamer open, wat bij de ervaring hoort, maar niet voor iedereen ideaal is. Het kan warm zijn, mede doordat er geen airco aanwezig is, wel is er een ventilator. (wat wel begrijpelijk is gezien het eco-concept). Ook ontbreekt een koelkast; er is wel een gezamenlijke plek om eten op te bergen, maar zonder koelmogelijkheid. Een gezamenlijke koelkast zou een mooie toevoeging zijn. De locatie ligt vrij afgelegen, buiten het centrum. Taxi’s zijn daardoor relatief prijzig en er is geen Grab beschikbaar. Tot slot is het bed wat klein, maar voor één persoon prima te doen.

Loved the rusticness of the property. It felt like you were sleeping in the jungle. The veiw and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice to relax in.

After Phuket, crowds of rude, war causing russians🤮 this place was amazing silent place for soul. You live literaly in the jungles. The restaurant offers you a delicious food in good prices. So sad that we stayed just only 1 night. If I go back- i definetly cancel Phuket and would stay here for all week. Thank you, for amazing place! Take care of the Garfield cat🐈🐱❤️ P.s. the fan in bungalow works amazing. You do not need the conditioner in such a place at all.

Het is een supermooie plek midden in de natuur, met een hele fijne gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar je heerlijk kan eten en een biertje kan drinken. Het ontbijt was lekker en personeel is erg behulpzaam in het plannen van transport naar je volgende bestemming. De kamer is groot, voelt echt aan als een jungle hut. Het is allemaal open dus we waren bang voor insecten maar daar hebben we (met klamboe) geen last van gehad.

Er is geen airco maar dit viel mee, en er is niet heel veel gezellig licht in de kamer. De locatie is verder uit het centrum, lopen naar het dorpje is niet ideaal, zeker niet in het donker.

Le personnel était si adorable, toujours là pour nous aider. Les membres du restaurant et de la cuisine ont été exceptionnels et nous les remercions ! Ils ont été super attentifs à nous et notre bébé.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait pas de lit bébé. Nous l’avions demandé mais n’avions pas fait le suivi. Cet erreur de communication n’a pas du tout été reconnue par le gérant avec qui nous avons parlé au téléphone. Aucune solution n’a été proposée de sa part, de façon spontanée. Nous avons dû nous même insister pour qu’une solution soit cherchée de leur côté, ainsi que de la nôtre. Le gérant a été assez désobligeant et désagréable. Nous avons fort détesté cette façon de nous parler et a mis un peu un froid sur notre ressenti vis à vis de l’hôtel dès le début. Heureusement le personnel sur place a été au top.

Wszystko! Klimatyczne bungalowy, klimat ośrodka, pyszne jedzenie. Warto wspomnieć o wycieczkach - byliśmy na dwudniowej wycieczce z nocowaniem w domkach na jeziorze i na lekcji gotowania. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa bardzo się starała i we wszystkim pomogła.

Nie było nic co mi się nie podobało

Voorafgaand aan onze boeking werden we goed geholpen met de tours die we wilde boeken. Kamers waren prima, maar geen airco dus het kan erg warm zijn. Eten wat ook prima en betaalbaar.

De tour die we hadden geboekt was onwijs slecht georganiseerd. We snappen dat je met een grote groep bent dus ook afhankelijk bent van anderen, maar om uren in de rij te moeten staan om 5 minuten in een grot te wandelen vonden we gekkenwerk. We boekten de overnight lake tour voor 1 nacht, maar achteraf was alleen de overdag tour echt wel voldoende. Het eerste slechte punt was dat we hebben gevraagd voor een privé kamer, maar dit was allemaal niet mogelijk omdat Monkey Mansion dit organiseert via een andere organisatie. Toen we aankwamen op het meer bleken er mensen te zijn van onze groep die wel een prive kamer konden boeken, terwijl er dus bij ons werd gezegd dat ze niks voor ons konden regelen, zelfs geen eigen kamer. Je moest geluk hebben dat je een eigen hokje kreeg. Na de trip kwamen we terug aan in de haven en werden we op een bus gezet naar een restaurant. Hier hebben we 20 minuten gewacht totdat de chauffeur naar ons toe kwam dat hij ons naar het verkeerde adres had gebracht. Dit was dus een voorbeeld van slecht georganiseerd. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de juiste eettent konden we nog een half uur wachten tot we eindelijk iets te eten kregen, en dit was echt niet de moeite waard om voor te wachten. We stonden echt op het punt om een taxi te pakken naar ons verblijf omdat alles zo slecht geregeld was daar. Ook het vervoer terug naar ons verblijf verliep moeizaam. Ze spraken amper een woord engels dus op goed geluk zat je in de juiste bus terug naar je verblijf. We hadden vooraf een taxi besteld via de Grab app om ons af te zetten bij de haven van Don Sak, dit zou 1.000 bath schelen met de prijs die het verblijf aanbood. We hadden contact met onze chauffeur die aangaf dat dit verblijf niet blij is met Grab chauffeurs en dat we moesten zeggen dat ze van 12Go kwamen om gezeik te voorkomen. Gek zou je zeggen als dit het meest gebruikte vervoersmiddel is in Thailand.

A full 5-star experience! The setting is breathtaking, nestled deep in the jungle yet very close to the National Park entrance. The bungalow was spacious, featuring a terrace with a hammock and a truly unique open-space concept. It’s a brilliant design that makes you feel as if you’re sleeping right in the heart of the jungle or inside a botanical garden, while the high - quality mosquito nets ensure you stay completely comfortable. It was a true retreat for body and soul; our only regret is staying for just one night. The staff was incredibly kind, and the food at the restaurant was great (shout out to their fantastic playlist!). The hotel also helped us arrange a trip to the lake; even though it was run by an external operator, everything was perfectly organized. We dream of coming back here again!

Our stay at Monkey Mansion Jungalows was excellent, primarily due to the exceptional flexibility of the staff who seamlessly accommodated all our tour modifications. The service was superb and professional, and the rooms were impressively clean, especially for a jungle setting. While there is no air conditioning, the environment is definitely manageable and did not detract from the overall comfort of our experience. Highly recommended for those seeking reliable service in Khao Sok.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in de natuur. Super lief attent personeel en fantastisch eten. Het restaurant heeft een heel fijne sfeer. Gratis waterfles-refill. Waanzinnige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De bungalow is heel comfortabel met grote eigen badkamer met warm water. Excursies zijn goed georganiseerd en zeer de moeite waard
