Incredible location, clean and comfortable beds, great staff, lovely restaurant.

Our room didn't have air con so it was quite hot but there were plenty of fans.

Personal sehr freundlich ...man ist zudem wirklich i. Dschungel. Mehr geht nicht. Das erste Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir sind aber trotzdem nach einer Übernachtung auf dem See wieder zurück gekommen und haben einen super schönen Bungalow bekommen. Tolle Unterkunft!

Die Lage direkt in der Natur ist sehr schön und ruhig. Für Ausflüge rund um den Khao-Sok-Nationalpark ist die Unterkunft ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Besonders die Aussicht und die Umgebung haben uns gefallen.

Die Zimmer wirkten deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit empfanden wir nur als mittelmäßig. Auf den Innenseiten der Fenster war viel Staub, außerdem wirkte das Waschbecken sehr instabil. Auch der Service hat uns leider enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation war knapp und wenig entgegenkommend, und wir hatten mehrfach den Eindruck, dass das Personal wenig Interesse an den Anliegen der Gäste zeigte. Das Essen empfanden wir ebenfalls nur als durchschnittlich. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht gepasst.

Es war schön in der Natur

Es gab im Zimmer kein Fenster Das Bad war etwas dreckig Es gab keinen Handtuchhalter (außer im Zimmer mit Klimaanlage) Das Personal hat durchgehend versucht einen Touren zu verkaufen und war „sauer“, wenn man schon anderweitig etwas gebucht hat. Das war etwas nervig

Lage am Fluss war super zum Baden, man hatte wirklich Dschungelfeeling, trotzdem war man im 15 Minuten im Dorf und konnte dort essen gehen. Aktivitäten konnten vor Ort gebucht werden und waren nicht teurer als im Ort. Man konnte immer nachfragen und auch die Essenspreise abends waren sehr fair. Hatten einen Frosch im Zimmer und Affen auf der Veranda, aber wir hatten vergessen unser Essen wegzuräumen . Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und in Ordnung

Es war einfach alles war perfekt. Die Lage am Fluss ist ein Traum. Wir hatten einen Bungalow in der Nähe vom Ufer und hat das Gefühl man ist mitten im Dschungel. Man kann morgens von der Terrasse die Affen beobachten. Auch die geplanten Aktivitäten waren alle toll organisiert. Wir waren River Tubing, Tag am Cheow Lang See, Dschungel Nacht Tour. Unser Highlight war das Erlebnis mit einem Elefanten und das Kochen am offenen Feuer. Kann wirklich alles empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Für mich hätte die Matratze etwas weicher sein können. Für den Rest meiner Familie waren sie okay.

La posizione è decisamente l'unico punto a favore della struttura. Si trova immersa nella giungla e vicino alle camere si possono facilmente vedere le scimmie

Oltre alla posizione e ad avere le scimmie vicino alla camera tutto il resto non andava bene. In stanza si trovavano animali di ogni tipo dagli scarafaggi a dei simpatici rospetti che noi portavamo fuori tutte le sere ma la stanza era comunque piena dei loro escrementi. Vista la presenza delle scimmie si è costretti a stare con le finestre sempre chiuse poiché le finestre non hanno vetri. Ogni tipo di insetto puó entrare e non si può fare nulla se non dormire in dei letti ricoperti con delle retine per salvarti dai pizzichi. Preparatevi a sostenere un tenore di umidità di circa 110%, qualsiasi cosa voi lasciate fuori dalle valigie la troverete bagnata. Nella stanza non c'è niente, solo una sedia un piccolo tavolino e i letti. Anche il bagno è privo di punti di appoggio, c'è solo un minuscolo lavandino. La pulizia della stanza minimale ciò significa che non passavano nemmeno la scopa quando chiedevi da avere la stanza pulita e essendo dentro la giungla potete immaginare che qualche cosa sotto le scarpe la si portava. Detto questo consigliamo una notte al massimo come esperienza nella città di khao sok ci sono molte altre strutture di livello superiore e di comfort superiore. il rapporto qualità prezzo di questa struttura è comunque inadeguato, è veramente troppo vecchia e sporca.

The localisation was great and the dinning room area is also nice

The staff is just awful. After 3 weeks in Thailand this is the first place where we did not face any smile. The only discussion you can have with the front desk is about money, booking activities and spending more in that hotel. After a difficult first contact during the check-in, we clearly have been categorised by all the staff as potential "annoying customers "...and the taxi of thz hotel has also been really uncharming due to some discussion with the hotel Manager...leading to a 45min trip with his airpod and simply not answer at our questions. Breakfast is really medium though this is not catastrophic.

Amazing place for a family to stay. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife with tropical sounds and a relaxed vibe. Swimming in the river was a lovely break from the heat. Our room was clean, we got bottled water daily per person and had air con. We booked a night tour with through Arts Riverview Lodge and seen loads of snakes, spiders and lizards and even a civet.(Guide Fah was excellent). We also booked half day tour with the lodge and it was very enjoyable. Service in the hotel was excellent and they helped us book inward and onward transport. Food was excellent and well priced and breakfast was good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

De locatie is mooi gelegen aan de rivier.

Hutjes zijn heel erg primitief. Overal gaten in de muren en onder het dak waar ongedierte naar binnen kan. Kakkerlakken in de kamer! Het bed was aangevroten door beesten. Geen airco in de kamer. Bij de betaling 3% extra betalen voor creditkaart, terwijl via Booking wordt aangegeven dat ze dit accepteren zonder extra kosten. Personeel beetje opdringerig met het verkopen van excursies. Overall geen prettige ervaring, wij zijn een nacht eerder vertrokken.

De tours die ze aanbieden zijn echt massa tourisme. De tweedaagse overnight lake tour was verschrikkelijk ( ondanks het prachtige meer). We liepen tijdens deze tour met ca. 100 mensen in een rij door de jungle, wij hadden ons een wat idyllischere jungle experience voorgesteld...

Location & Atmosphere: Charming location set right in the middle of the forest next to a river. Seeing monkeys roaming between the cabins was a really special experience! Staff & Service: The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Food: Good breakfast, and the hotel restaurant was also great with very good food and service.

Bathroom: The shower experience was very disappointing. There was hardly any hot water, making showering very uncomfortable. There was also a very bad smell in the bathroom. Overall, the bathroom felt more like what you would expect in a budget hostel rather than a hotel.

The location of the lodge was a stand out feature. I was blown away by the gorgeous riverside setting and the luscious rainforest surrounding the property. The staff were very organised and booked us great tours. The restaurant food was delicious!

Breakfast was slightly limited.

Es exótico y divertido. Una experiencia muy especial, con casitas preciosas junto a un río por el que te lleva la corriente.

No puedes esperar comodidad en la selva húmeda con mosquitos, te alojes donde te alojes. Este sitio es estupendo si te gusta la aventura y sabes adaptarte. Lo que sí que no me gustó es lo innecesariamente caro que es tomarte por ejm unas patatas (de bolsa) y una cerveza. Así que es mejor darse una vuelta y salir al pueblo.

Le lieu est très charmant, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le personnel est accueillant et gentil. Le restaurants est pas très cher.

Pas de frigo Pas de clim Pas de wifi La douche avec les toilettes, ce qui fait que le sol est tout le temps mouillé... Pas de fenêtres, obligé d'avoir les volets tout le temps fermés... C'est trompeur sur les photos car on croirait qu'on peut facilement admirer les alentours mais non, sinon vous êtes envahi de moustiques et de singes.

Lokalita byla vynikající a personál velmi ochotný. Pomohli nám se všemi výlety. Měli jsme pocit že jsme součástí džungle, přišli nás navštívit opice a všude to krásně roste.

Onze kamer had geen airco. Er zijn genoeg hutten die dat wel hebben, dus dat zou iets zijn om op te letten als je boekt.

Geweldige ervaring voor een junglehut. Behulpzaam personeel. Leuke activiteiten met tubbing op de rivier met gids en dagtocht in het national park. Goed restaurant.

The location is amazing! You can swim in the river and you really feel like you are in the jungle. Plus there are lots of monkeys.

Because the cabins have large creases many bugs come in including giant cockroaches.

Deze accommodatie ligt in de natuur. Dus beestjes zijn er overal. Buiten om te bewonderen, binnen wat minder fijn. Ook de aanwezigheid van aapjes doet hetzelfde. Leuk om te zien, minder leuk dat je zo goed op je spullen moet letten.wij hadden geen airco. Dat was niet fijn in dit klimaat. We hebben genoten van de prachtige natuur en waren blij om weer te gaan. Bij aankomst werd er onmiddellijk een pakket uitjes voorgelgd. Aan de ene kant fijn. Ze regelen alles goed. Aan de andere kant voel je je wel een beetje een nummer/geldmachine. Met zoveel wisselende gasten was er weinig oprecht contact.

Le personnel n est pas très souriants, tout tourne sur le fait de vous faire acheter des « activités ». Et surtout payer cash ou vous êtes majoré de taxes. Pas de nettoyage des chambres sauf si vous le demandez. Bcp d humidité et de moustiques ( mais ça ils n en peuvent rien ;)

Second time staying here Beautiful property. Right in the heart of the jungle and only 15 mins walk from the main road. Onsite stream to enjoy swimming in. There were otters last time I was here

Vriendelijk ontvangst met welkomstdrankje. Mooie boomhutten, midden in het groen, de omgeving is echt prachtig. Ze organiseren excursies. Wij gingen een dag het meer op en dat was prachtig. Er is veel ruimte in de kamers. Prima ontbijtbuffet. In de avond zagen we vuurvliegjes en vleermuizen, heel cool!

De insecten komen echt je hut binnen, vanwege de gaten tussen de planken in de vloer. We hadden dikke spinnen van zo'n 8 cm, kakkerlakken en veel kleine beestjes. Er zitten we klamboes, maar als je bang bent voor spinnen, is het wel een uitdaging. Doordat er geen ramen in de kamer zitten en we de luiken moesten sluiten vanwege de apen (die we overigens niet hebben gezien), was het bloedheet in de kamers. We hebben helaas niet echt (lekker) geslapen.

Super Lage. Direkt am Fluss, welcher zum abkühlen einläd. In die Stadt fährt ein Tuk Tuk 50 THB je Person. Die Touren können direkt an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Die Affen ums Haus sind sehr frech und neugierig. Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll gewesen.

De locatie was top, op loopafstand van het dorpje maar toch het gevoel dat je in het nationale park zit.

Onze 4 persoonskamer was wat sfeerloos. In de badkamer was geen ruimte om spullen neer te zetten dus we hebben daar een stoel voor gebruikt. Stopcontacten werkte niet allemaal.

Je zit midden in de jungle in de prachtige natuur. Je hoorde alleen maar de vogels en andere beestjes.

Jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer was. Daardoor moest je alles wel bij hun kopen, als je iets kouds wilde hebben.

I loved everything about this place. Staff were amazing. Location, walking distance to small village. Peaceful, back to nature, lots of beautiful sounds. Swimming hole.

Tolle Lage mitten im Dschungel. Kleiner Fluss direkt neben der Anlage, in dem man tatsächlich baden kann. Das war ein erstaunliches Erlebnis! Trotzdem keine Mücken oder Krabbeltiere im Zimmer (April). Zimmer sehr sauber, bequemes Bett. Toilette, Dusche im Zimmer. Natürlich sehr heiß und feucht. Nachts relativ stickig. Aber anders kommt man nicht an dieses Naturerlebnis. Personal super freundlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Restaurant. Ausflüge können direkt an der Rezeption gebucht werden.

Amazing stay, and Pim was so lovely as a host. We did a half day trek with Bird as our host and the kids' minds were blown by the wildlife they saw. The farm cooking class is another recommend, again booked through the resort. We also saw a firefly at the resort itself. Everything was great, and I really appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu.

Nothing. The fans instead of A/C were very effective, added to the experience and manageable even though we travelled in hot season.

Changed a double room for a family room as it is the only rooms who has A/C, spacious view on the river.

Do not recommend double room in the resort! Would not go back there. Very standard staff service as well.

L'emplacement proche du village, le fait d'être en pleine nature, en hauteur, la possibilité de se baigner dans la rivière, les singes, les chauves souris et les lézards.

La chambre était confortable mais il manque des moustiquaires aux fenêtres permettant de mieux aérer la chambre. La salle de bain sentait très fort les égouts, c'est dommage. Ces deux petits détails auraient rendu le séjour parfait. Mais sinon, très agréable dans l'ensemble

Just not your normal every day type of property.

Ein sehr besonderes Erlebnis. Schlafen mitten im Dschungel. Die Affen tanzen auf dem Dach. Saubere Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal.

The location and the wooden rooms are stunning. The monkeys are very exciting to see up close (but be very careful, we had an incident)

The staff were incredibly unfriendly. The man who showed us to his room kept his ear buds in, said all of four words to us ‘this is the room’, walked in switched the light on and walked out all while keeping his earbuds in. All staff held same demeanour except for one woman who was friendly. This was actually across the board in Khao Sok, it seems the locals are worn out with tourism (it’s completely overrun). Stunning location but I don’t recommend for longterm stay. 2 nights maximum. And there’s no atmosphere in the accommodation. Very dull. Nice for a couple. Kind of unsafe for a family. My son was pounced at by a dominant alpha male monkey and we had to leave early.

Prachtige locatie in de jungle! We deden overdag een kajak tour, dat was erg leuk. Daarnaast sliepen wij 1 dag op het Khao Sok meer wat je ter plekke kunt regelen.

We hadden een 'boomhut'. Het was wel erg oude, de raamluiken vielen er bijna af. Maar je zit midden in de jungle, dus je kunt ook niet verwachten dat het 100% top is.

Great location by the river, with helpful staff (and good food).

The room is fun and feels like an adventure for the kids, but it is quite open and bugs and other animals do come into the room (something ate a big hole in one of our bags).

Midt i junglen tæt på nationalparken. Meget smukt og hyggeligt. Der er vilde aber lige ved siden af og på hotellet - de kan være lidt aggressive. Rigtig god mad på hotellets restaurant.

Trappen op til ens værelse er meget mørk og råddent træ visse steder. Virker ikke sikkert. Lidt rustikt badeværelse men fint nok til en eller to nætter. Book dette sted hvis du er til jungle og camping - du skal ikke have fine fornemmelser. Fin og lidt skrabet morgenmadsbuffet.

Le lieu est magique. La rivière, les singes, toutes ces plantes magnifiques... Un grand merci à la réceptionniste qui nous a beaucoup aidé !

La communication avant l'arrivée pourrait être mieux, mais une fois sur place c'était super.

L'emplacement des bungalows dans un cadre exceptionnel. Le jardin tropical est particulièrement bien entretenu. Les bungalows bois sont bien intégrés et très agréables.

Trois nuits et malgré ma demande, la chambre n'a jamais été faite. Seulement un changement d'eau, pas de nettoyage de la cuvette des wc sans balai, le lit jamais fait.

Wir hatten aufgrund einer Overnight Lake Tour im Nationalpark zwei einzelne Nächte mit verschiedenen Zimmern. Die Dreibettzimmer (Treehouses) sind schöner als das Doppelzimmer. Generell ist die Anlage sehr schön am Fluss gelegen, die Anlage wirkt als hätte man sie in den Regenwald gebaut - dadurch sah man viele Pflanzen und Affen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war solide, wir hatten aber auch schon bessere in Thailand.

Die Zimmer sind allesamt offen gebaut (Fenster schließen nicht ab etc.), was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. In das Treehouse verirrten sich wegen der Höhe weniger Insekten als in das Doppelzimmer. Wir haben über die Unterkunft eine 1D1N Overnight Lake Tour gebucht. Die Buchung hat gut funktioniert. Wir würden die Lake Tour (egal wo gebucht) jedoch nicht empfehlen. Auch wenn der Nationalpark schön ist, handelt es sich bei diesen Touren eher um Massenabfertigung. Wenn man den Nationalpark unbedingt sehen will, lieber mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und eine private Tour (vielleicht einen Daytrip) organisieren.

Wir würden die Lake Tour (egal wo gebucht) jedoch nicht empfehlen. Auch wenn der Nationalpark schön ist, handelt es sich bei diesen Touren eher um Massenabfertigung. Wenn man den Nationalpark unbedingt sehen will, lieber mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und eine private Tour (vielleicht einen Daytrip) organisieren.

This was an absolutely beautiful and rustic location. We all enjoyed our too brief time here.

De locatie is super. Rondom het huisje aapjes spotten was fantastisch! Ontbijt was prima.

Huisje is erg primitief. De ramen moeten de hele dag dicht ivm beestjes waardoor je continu in een donkere kamer zit. Als je gaat douchen, wordt de hele badkamer nat en het vocht blijft hangen.

The treehouse we stayed in was so beautiful and spacious. It was right next to the river which was the most beautiful place to swim. The restaurant was also wonderfully located next to the river with good food, friendly staff and loads of amazing wildlife all around. In fact there was wildlife EVERYWHERE!!! It was amazing, and sometimes very loud! The staff helped us book our day trips to Cheow Lan Lake, The Most amazing government run elephant retirement park and a half day guided walk in the National Park. All very highly recommended.

The hand rails going up the steps to the treehouse and around the balcony at the top were wobbly and broken. Not a place to stay with young children. Our son is 10 and pretty sensible so were were fine. There was also a bit of confusion about paying by cash or card which was a bit awkward and I heard this was also an issue for other guests. It took the shine off an otherwise lovely stay.
