Delta Suites

Delta Suites were right in central Oia, literally metres from the sunset point. Although very busy at times, being dropped down the cliffside, you were away from the bustle and noise (albeit it was a lovely sound to hear the hooves and bells of the donkeys as they ran overhead). The view was breathtaking, and the balcony had many breakout seating spots to sit and enjoy the atmosphere and the pool. Inside the bedrooms, kitchenette, living areas and bathrooms were generous in size and decor, linen and facilities were beautiful. We had ample room for the 3 of us. Arrival, departure, and all in between was a breeze with the wonderful assistance of Anamaria, who was very happy to assist with taxi transfers and booking boating tours and anything else you wished for. We had an amazing time and felt very privileged to have stayed in such a wonderful place.

Beautiful place in the most amazing location, you’re literally in the centre of everything. Lovely decor and obviously the hot tub is a lovely addition with a great view.

Very friendly welcome, easy to communicate with the owner and made to feel at home. We had a problem with a taxi we'd booked with someone else on the morning of our departure and Anamaria was so helpful - she found us a new taxi withing ten minutes and saved us from missing our ferry.

Nothing - apart from the crowds! But this was a quiet escape from all of that.

Fantastic host, everything you need

No sun on the front of the property after lunchtime, it's just the position in Oia, no the properties fault!

The location is exceptional. It is located on the path that takes you to the sunset views. Also a couple of minutes from the blue domes. AnaMaria the host was wonderful. She had a lot of good tips for us and was very responsive at all times. The accomodation is very well equipped and very clean. The living area is small but so is everything in Oia. The bathroom toiletries were of a good quality and it had nice linen. It exceeded are expectations and we would highly recommend.

The streets of Oia are very narrow, so hard to get around when the cruise ships are in.

We loved the cave hot tub, the helpful and attentive host, and the location—it was close to everything in Oia while still feeling quiet and private.

No es que no me gustara pero hubiera preferido que el jacuzzi en lugar de ser de los interiores de terraza que no daba el sol, hubiera sido de los exteriores con sol y vista total a la caldera

Las vistas a la caldera son estupendas aunque no se ve el atardecer desde ellas , personal muy amable y con servicio de portaequipajes a la salida

Una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento nos ha encantado: precioso, muy cuidado, cómodo y con unas vistas espectaculares. Todo estaba pensado al detalle y ha sido un auténtico placer alojarnos aquí. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente para disfrutar de Santorini.

Como único punto a mejorar, el jacuzzi de la zona donde daba el sol tenía la indicación de no utilizar crema solar para evitar manchar las paredes del propio jacuzzi. Entendemos el motivo, aunque en una isla como Santorini y con el sol que hace, resulta un poco complicado disfrutar del jacuzzi durante el día sin poder protegerse del sol.

The property was so beautiful. Each apartment is in a cave-style and over looks the ocean. Our apartment had a spa pool built in the rock and the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully styled and decorated. While the location is very central to the main tourist area, once you go to your apartment it feels quiet and private with the most beautiful view! The owner, Anamaria was super efficient and one step ahead of all our requests. There was nothing she couldn't do or arrange and her and her husband were so lovely! Breakfast isn't provided but there was a welcome basket and a well equipped kitchen which made buying breakfast items super easy to organise. I would highly recommend Delta Suites for anyone wanting to stay in Oia.

Location and the entire house with the pool

The place is so charming. The pool is gorgeous, but not heated. What a beautiful little villa. Great hostess. Perfectly located in the middle of Oia. So very nice and decently priced for what you get compared to the neighboring villas.

Pretty much chose the place for the unique pool within the villa, but it was unheated. So, couldn't even spend time in it, was just too frigid. So that was a big bummer, as you're not exactly going to the beach on Santorini too much. Also, it didn't mention no kids, but we got immediately told to quiet down or possibly be kicked out. I appreciate that they don't rule kids out, so quiet families can enjoy. But our 13 and 15 yr olds were having a bit of fun on the patio during the day and were told to be quieter. So, I suppose it is not a family-friendly neighborhood.

The superior villa was amazing, the hosts were so helpful and took care of our every need even carrying bags up and down stairs.

Host was great. Helped arranged taxi and helped us into the room very smoothly. Location was fabulous, 2 minutes from the sunset spot. Room had nice view and was properly maintained.

If you are expecting to see sunset from the room, unfortunately the angle is just a bit off. To get the best view, you still have to travel up to the castle (2 mins away) and be with rest of crowd.

Todo realmente increíble, unas vistas al mar espectaculares que hacen que cada momento sea especial. Despertar con ese paisaje y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del entorno ha sido todo un privilegio. Pero, sin duda, lo que más ha marcado nuestra estancia ha sido el trato maravilloso de los anfitriones. Su amabilidad, atención y cercanía nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Siempre pendientes de cada detalle y con una hospitalidad excepcional. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar, relajarse y disfrutar de una estancia única.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. Un immense merci à Anamaria pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a toujours été réactive et aux petits soins pour que tout se passe au mieux. Le logement est magnifique, avec une vue spectaculaire qui rend chaque instant encore plus magique. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable, la literie était extrêmement confortable, et rien ne manquait. Grâce à Anamaria, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et nous espérons avoir le plaisir d'y revenir un jour. Encore un immense merci, Anamaria ! ❤️

There is nothing not to like!! Our host Anna Maria was just fabulous. Nothing too much trouble and gave us so many tips and assisted with booking trips for us. The location is to die for- right in the centre of Oia we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The apartment itself is absolutely perfect- there were 4 of us and more than enough space- beds was so comfy and views were just spectacular! We will be returning!

It looks much bigger in pictures than in real life, and the hot tub was a bit of a disappointment- at the end of May it wasn’t hot enough to sit in during the evenings as the water was too cold.

Very nice place and the price is correct

The view and cleanliness was perfect. The property manager Anamaria was absolutely wonderful and helped us with everything, especially when we got locked out and organised help with our bags on arrival and departure. Anamaria was so helpful in many ways and really made our visit so much better.

I loved the location and the owner was very kind and helpful. The suite itself was gorgeous and the view from the hot tub was unbelievable. It was perfect for our honeymoon. It was really spacious as well. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Host met us and escorted us to the room. It is a solid walk to the room, but automobiles are not allowed very close to the room. Fortunately, baggage help was available. The room is private, yet close to all of the action.

Such a beautiful place. The location/views, the rooms, everything was fantastic. Anamaria was a wonderful hostess, always attending to us and helping us with anything we needed. The shade sails provided shade and privacy from the crowds. The pool was the perfect temperature. Absolutely amazing, we were blown away.

Anamaria is very helpful and kind. She reached out a few days before our arrival to arrange transportation and provide useful advice. Upon arrival, she gave us a very warm welcome, and when we left, she even accompanied us to the driver. Regarding the villa — omg, very cute, cozy, and beautiful with an amazing view. Close to everything, yet very quiet at night. The outdoor tub was super cool and had enough privacy as well. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

everything from the hospitality to small details in the room was top notch! Anamaria reached out days before our arrival to confirm our check in time. She informed us right away when she noticed that our ferry got canceled. She even contacted the ferry company for us to confirm the ferry schedule and workarounds. She came to another hotel at 5 am to walk us to her beautiful property. The rooms were magnificent with great ocean view and the interior was very neat. One can easily see how much effort the hosts have put into their property. We were grateful to enjoy a warm breakfast with hot coffee on the balcony overlooks the ocean. The property is very close to the famous blue dome for great pictures. Anamaria even helped us with the ferry schedules AFTER we have checked out from delta days after. 10 out of 10 with no doubts. We loved our stay with delta and will definitely revisit if in the area.

Sem palavras para esta acomodação, foi tudo maravilhoso! A anfitriã é muito gentil e simpática, nos recebeu super bem com várias dicas da vila e algumas cortesias como snacks e vinho. A casa estava super limpa, tem um ótimo espaço, camas e banheiros confortáveis, a banheira é coberta e é uma delícia. Localização também é muito boa, perto de lojas e restaurantes. Na saída a anfitriã ainda trouxe um rapaz pra nos ajudar com as malas grandes para subir os degraus até o estacionamento, o que foi de uma grande ajuda!

We absolutely loved our stay at Delta Suites. The room was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the stunning ocean view each day was truly unforgettable, and the location couldn’t have been better, so close to everything, including the perfect sunset spot. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight of our stay, offering a relaxing and memorable experience. A special thank you to Maria who was incredibly attentive and kind. Despite the cold weather, she waited outside to welcome us, helped carry our luggage, and guided us to the suite. She went above and beyond by providing us with the local church service schedule, which allowed us to attend a lovely and meaningful service during our visit. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we would absolutely choose Delta Suites again if we return to Oia. Highly recommended!

Delta Suites is in the best location of Oia with incredible views and quick walks to the photo spots. Having done extensive research, this is your BEST value in Oia so just stay here. Beds were very comfortable and like most of the other stays in this area, it is a cave. This is exactlly what you are looking for!

My stay was exceptional! Anamaria took really good care of us and the property is locked very close to the famous sunset point of OIA! With great views and all amenities you will need. Highly recommend it!

incredible location, within walking distance of everything. the bed was very comfortable. the views were breathtaking taking. The hosts were also some of the friendliest people we met in Greece and we had such a nice time talking to them. extremely helpful helping us find things to do even in the off season and they were so kind helping us with transportation to and from the airport/ port. 10/10 would recommend just for them alone.

the only part that i didn’t love was that the pool did not get very hot. i could see how this is alluring in the hot season i’m sure it’s PERFECT but for winter don’t expect a “hot tub” experience. still fun to dip into at the end of the day.

We felt so privileged to have our 4 nights stay at Delta Suites. It's a typical Oia cave home, beautifully restored, and well maintained. Everything you need for a Santorini dream holiday is here. Anamaria was very prompt with communication, she's very helpful and totally understanding. We hope to return again...

Nothing really; our flights were cancelled due to bad weather. The airline rebooked us with much later flight. That means we arrived after 9pm which means €20 penalty for late check-in. It is what it is...

시설도 좋고, 전망도 좋아서 이아에서는 최고의 집 중에 하나인 것 같아요.

1. 位置很好, 風景很美, 就在看夕陽的旁邊; 用google map可以很簡單的抵達, 不會迷路 2. 2月去停車很方便, 路邊的公有停車場都很好停, 兩天都很輕鬆找到位置 3. 住宿方非常棒, 給了很多建議, 還有招待一籃葡萄酒與零食 4. 半夜可以訂外送, 會給DM, 會直接送到門口, 拯救了愛吃消夜的我們 5. 風景美, 貓貓可愛 6. 雖然在人來人往的街道下, 但洞穴屋裡面非常的安靜, 我們睡得非常好 7. 浴室備品很香很好用 不小心打破了一個玻璃杯, 但員工直接說沒關係, 真是太不好意思了, 謝謝您!! 我們下次一定會再入住

We had an amazing stay at Delta Suites. It was very comfortable and well located so close to everything. The hosts were very quick to reply to our questions and met us to help with our luggage. There are lots of tight stairs but very well worth it.

The outdoor jaguzzi was awesome.

The bedroom was far from the air conditioner. Can be hot at night.

The view was spectacular!

The location was fantastic. We could walk anywhere in Oia within minutes but it was quiet once down in the place. We had 4 people - 2 adults and 2 teens. It was great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms so we could have some space to enjoy a few days in Oia. Anamaria was so great and friendly. She helped with everything and even took some time to chat about living in Santorini. I would highly recommend this place. Great location with beautiful views.

A very beautiful accommodation that I would definitely recommend. The host was very friendly and provided lots of helpful advice. The pool was important to us — it’s not directly visible and offers comfortable water temperature of around 33°C in December, which was absolutely warm and more than sufficient.
