La habitación era amplia, bonita y limpia

Nuestro avión llegó tarde y al llegar al hotel sobre la 1AM no sabíamos como entrar a la habitación. No recibimos indicaciones de como hacerlo y no había nadie que respondiese al teléfono al alojamiento. Después de un rato buscando y con la ayuda de nuestro conductor pudimos encontrar nuestra habitación que estaba abierta y con las llaves puestas. Después de muchas horas de vuelo, esto no es aceptable, tan solo debieron enviarnos las indicaciones sobre como acceder a la habitación previamente. Por la mañana quisimos llevarnos el desayuno ya que estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación, porque no podíamos esperar, pero no pudimos hacerlo porque debíamos haberlo pedido previamente porque el desayuno ellos lo piden a un restaurante y te lo llevan después, y esto requiere tiempo. De nuevo tan solo tenían que habernos indicado previamente a través de booking como proceder

The pool and grounds were lovely. Kitchen and lounge facilities were great. The location is great as 15/20 min grab either way to melasti beach / jimbaran beach. Easy to access Main Street with mall and shops nearby

Everything was great! Anna was super kind and attentive. The house was pretty, it has everything we needed. The breakfast and coffee were so good. Marvellous!

Nous avons aimé la villa, l'emplacement et surtout la disponibilité, la convivialité et le sourire permanent de Anna et Tutik. Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable moment en famille dans ce très bel endroit avec de très belles personnes.

The pool was nice and clean. The location was perfect.

The villa did not quite live up to our expectations after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately, the property feels somewhat worn and not as well maintained as we had expected. It feels like not enough has been invested in keeping the villa and its facilities in good condition. The beds were also extremely hard, even by Asian standards, and were not very comfortable. There was also quite a lot of noise during the night from dogs barking nearby, which made it difficult to sleep. The outdoor area could also be improved with more comfortable chairs or sofas where guests can relax. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, especially considering the very positive reviews and the expectations they created.

It is probably a good place for young families or couples. Considering the price, it is very nice, with a friendly host and a delicious breakfast.

Biggest problem was a showerroom. The upper part of the shower room wall was open to the outside. Although it probably wasn’t visible from outside, I would have preferred if it had been closed off.

Super luxe, zag er prachtig uit! Comfortabele kamers, heerlijk zwembad! We werden fantastisch geholpen door Anna en Putu, hele lieve mensen. Putu heeft ons overal heen gereden.

Nuestra estancia en Karma House fue genial. El lugar es súper bonito y acogedor. Nos alojamos en el bungalow de luxe, una maravilla. El personal es atento y amable. La ubicación también es buena. Volveríamos sin duda :)

Karma House is a beautiful oasis with amazing staff, specifically Ibu Anna took amazing care of us and would very accommodating, bringing us food and preparing a beautiful breakfast in the pool.

The rooms are not so well isolated so I recommend using ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Een mooie oase van rust Midden in Uluwatu. Er attent, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg goede chauffeur met luchthaven pickup. Ook Ibu Anna was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Elke ochtend heerlijke koffie.

Anna, Tutik and Putu made us feel very welcome. They looked after us beautifully 😍 The breakfast is a real highlight.

Wir kamen Abends spät an und wurden herzlich von Ana empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich wie zuhause fühlten. Nach einem langen anstrengenden Flug bekamen wir erstmal Tee und durften auch spät Nachts noch den erfrischenden Pool benutzen. Wir blieben 3 Nächte und fühlten uns immer sehr Willkommen. DieUnterkunft war sehr schön und man spürt dort nicht vom Trubel der Stadt. Am besten war die Massage für die ganze Familie in der Küche. Besonderen Dank geht an Ana, die gute Seele des Hauses. Der Stecker des Föns haben wir nicht in die Steckdose bekommen, aber das lag ganz bestimmt an uns.

C’est un très bel endroit, luxuriant. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Anna a été aux petits soins pour nous, toujours souriante et bienveillante et nous a donné de bons conseils notamment pour des restaurants. Le reste du personnel également très sympathique . Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Bien pratique pour se déplacer. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine et le fait de pouvoir faire notre petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons ce magnifique endroit.

We had a fabulous stay at Karma House Ungasan. Ana and Tutti gave us such a warm welcome and were absolutely amazing throughout our stay, always attentive and caring, like real little mums. Every morning, they asked if we would like coffee or tea and if we needed anything during the day, including massages or other services. We also had breakfast at the property, and it was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of choices. The accommodations are large, spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bedding is incredible, and we slept so well. It is also possible to rent scooters directly from the property, which is very convenient. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet, while still being close to many attractions and amenities nearby. We highly recommend Karma House Ungasan and would gladly come back!

Had a great experience staying here. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and felt like a little paradise. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and the host was amazing. Would happily stay again!

Where to begin… This is my second time in Bali, I have stayed in lots of different places , villas, hotels and so on but never experienced nothing like this. The hospitality, warmth, style, coziness, cleanliness and lots of other small details I have never experienced. Two girls who are always around if you need them just giving you the small pieces of their hearts. Thank you Anna and Tutik for everything. Also wanted to thank the owners, you made a lovely home for people who is searching peace and love. Forever gratefull 🙏 Hope to come back one day and until that day - Karma house will always be in my heart 💚💚💚

Parfait, rien à dire tout s’est super bien passé Anna et tuti sont toujours disponibles et super gentils Il y a la clim, la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, propose des locations de scooter directement à domicile et les petits déjeuners. Je recommande fortement c’est un vrai confort supplémentaire.

I booked this stay while I was already in Uluwatu, just a few hours before check-in, and for such a modest price it honestly exceeded my expectations. You can really tell that a lot of care has been put into the interior design. Even though the windows are panoramic and my room was located next to the shared kitchen/common area, I barely crossed paths with other guests, so the stay still felt quite private and peaceful. The property is close to a lively main road, so you can walk to grocery shops within just a few minutes, but it is tucked away in a quiet lane, so you don’t hear the road noise. The manager, Tatik, is an incredibly charming and elegant lady — she feels like someone from a movie. Very caring, warm, and welcoming.

The wooden villa is built with nice design, very clean, well kept. Anna is the best property keeper we met so far. She kept everything in neat, she is so kind and friendly. Just really like a home. Definitely I will come back bring friends here.

The room is a bit hot, because the air conditioner direction is towards the main door. A fan would make it better, otherwise everything is perfect. A thought for improvised.

Sehr ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre in einer stilvollen Ambiente. Mann hat alles was man braucht. Die Anna und Pute sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Putu hat uns netterweise von Flughafen abgeholt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was great and the place was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Anna and Tutik — they were absolutely amazing! Both were super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of, which made our stay even more special.

We enjoyed staying in this Villa, everything was perfect, stuff was very friendly and helpfull, very good location, calm, clean, comfortable.

Gentilezza pulizia professionalità ambiente molto bello e accogliente

Отдыхали в бунгало 2 недели, всё очень понравилось. девочки всегда помогали по любому вопросу, номер убирался ежедневно. Анна была очень вежлива и гостеприимна, у нее очень много работы, но несмотря на это, Анна пытается уделить внимание каждому гостю и подарить свою улыбку.) До пляжа Меласти на байке 15 минут езды, байк брали здесь же по очень хорошей цене.

Perfect place, very clean and located in a quiet side street. Anna was super helpful and positive, she helped us when we had a medical emergency and drove us to the local clinic. We will be forever grateful. 🙏🏻 We will definitely be back.

The Host Anna and Tutik was friendly and helpful. The manager Tutik offers rent the scooters, so makes Your first days in Bali more easier!

To miejsce jest wspaniałe, niezwykle czyste, atmosfera cudowna, przestrzeń niezwykle klimatyczna, a przesympatyczne menagerki tego miejsca- Tutik i Ana nadają Karmię House niepowtarzalny urok! Czuliśmy się jak w domu, moglibyśmy mieszkać tam przez cały rok ❤️ Na Bali spędziliśmy kilka miesięcy i to miejsce było zdecydowanie najlepsze, godne polecenia prosto z serca! ❤️

깨끗하고 스탭들이 친절했고, 간단한 식사를 만들어 먹기에 좋았다. 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있었고, 욕실에 방충망이 없었지만 모기가 없었다. 오토바이를 운전할 수 있고, 오토바이를 쓸 수 있다면 너무 좋을것 같은데, 우리는 차를 이용해야해서 울르와뚜내 그랩 차 비용이 너무 비싸고 잘 잡히지 않아 조금 불편했지만 오토바이 이용자들에겐 좋을 것 같다.

암막 커튼 말고 얇은 커튼도 하나 더 있으면 좋을 것 같다.

Es un lugar súper acogedor, te reciben dos mujeres que te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Servicio de masajes, alquiler de moto, desayuno… Muy bien todo!

Location is pretty far (but not too much,20 minutes) to the highlights in the southern Bali,like Uluwatu or Nusa Dua,i would say that is in the perfect middle beetween them. The location and the outskirts so,don’t offer too much to do,only Garuda Visnu statue a few minutes,but don’t worry,a scooter is always ready for you to rent directly from them. Karma house is very clean and comfortamble place,and Anna and your husband Putu are the very reason to stay there,always present and smiling,i problably,the best host i ever had in my life. And don’t forget,if you need a passage from the airport to the house,Putu is always ready to pick up you,at every time. Thank you for everything,it was great.

Emplacement au calme, mais il est facile d'accéder aux rues commerçantes a pied. La chambre est très jolie et très propre, et les parties communes avec la piscine et la cuisine sont très agréables. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux. Anna est adorable et aux petits soins pour vous . On regrette de n'y avoir passé que deux nuits. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

Very beautiful villa with swimming pool, each villa has an enormous comfortable bed with mosquito net. Everything is so clean and the staff is awesome, they clean all the days everything and the villa is always like when you arrive. Anna is the manager, she is awesome, very kind, always nesr and prepare for anything you need, a motorbike, info about anything. Also, his husband has a big car and work as a taxi for people in the apartment. In general, amazing experience and the vibes of the villa are awesome. Ac in all rooms.

Great place to stay, highly recommend. Owner is very helpful, but Anna and Tutik ladies who are working there are so nice and helpful. Very loving and nice people. We stayed in the house, was clean and comfortable. Very private place only 5 house for 1 swimming pool.

The house host Anna was lovely and super helpful during our stay. The included breakfast was delicious and came fresh from the restaurant each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Karma House and would certainly stay here again.

The location

Booked two rooms, jungalow and pool view double room. Both were nicely set up and the ambient was great. The house keeper Anna was very friendly and love to joke around which made us feel like home. Breakfast there was delicious! Location wise, karma house is located in the middle which makes travelling very convenient! Would love to come back here when I come back Bali!!! Last but not least, host/manager (not sure) was kind enough to guide us even though we arrived very late at Bali, the enthusiasm the staff team has showed was really professional!

Beautiful Balinese guesthouse with a friendly owner.

The mosquito nets around the bed could be cleaner. Also it would be better if they could provide water bottles.

The accommodation is beautiful, it is great to have a different location than Uluwatu Center and get a different impression of Bali. The house manager Tutik is very lovely and helpful and provided us with great recommendations for activities. It was the perfect start for our first stay in Bali!

There was only a very small wardrobe in our room, so if you are staying longer this might be difficult, but for our short stay it was fine.

Our stay at this accommodation was wonderful. Perfectly located in the heart of Uluwatu, it was close to local shops, and with a scooter rental, we were only 15 minutes away from any major point in the area. A special thanks to Anna and Tutik, who truly made the place feel like home. Their warmth, helpfulness, and hospitality were exceptional and added so much to our experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Uluwatu.

Friendly staff and very clean room with aircon and shared pool. The pool was perfect. I love it, also very clean. WiFi was good.

The place is inconvenient if you don’t drive a motorbike. Only the lighting in our room was white(quite blue). It didn't match the atmosphere of the hotel at all. When I first entered the room, there was no hand towel. Also I went back into the room the next day, the towel was not replaced, even though the cleaning fee was included. The bed and pillow was not uncomfortable and so hard. So, at this price, I will find another hotel.

Beautiful Villa, quiet, amazing Pool and lovely staff!

Karma house is a well designed and neat 4 unit housing. The place is calm and relaxing. You do need a scooter to move around but the manager will happily rent you one for a day. The staff is really really friendly and the place is well suited with ‘common areas’ if you want to meet people during your trip! But you can definitely also get some privacy in your own little cocoon if you want! A huge thanks to the staff for the welcoming and arranging taxi drives.
