Le personnel est aux petits soins, très agréable ! Le lieu est incroyable !! Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et très bons 😋

À part les travaux d'à côté qui commencent assez tôt mais ça ce n'est qu'une question de timing 😉

The location was super near GWK park, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the water pressure was high. The airconditioning worked really good as well. The breakfast was good too and the staff was really friendly.

Our door was hard to close, but it was doable. It didn’t bother us

Very dated and run down. Breakfast was ok. Two options Indonesian set menu for English Set menu. No alternative options available. No cold water for purchase. There is a convenience store nearby which was helpful.

The gardens and general maintenance of the property has fallen away. Many of the villas have tarps over the roof due to leaks.

My mother had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed her holiday. The place is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax. If you book a room facing the ocean, you’ll wake up to a stunning sea view right from your room. The bed was very comfortable, the hot water worked perfectly, and the complimentary instant coffee was surprisingly delicious. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They made us feel at home throughout the stay.

Goede locatie, niet te dicht aan de drukke weg maar een straatje erachter.

Het zwembad was vies en waren we elke dag zelf aan het schoonmaken met een netje. Personeel wel oké maar niet heel gastvrij. De luxere huisjes zijn leuk, maar het is huisje is erg onstabiel. Je hebt het idee dat je elk moment door de vloer kan vallen. Kraakt erg en huisje beweegt al bij de douche uitstappen.

Very nice resort with atmospheric cottages. There weren't many guests, so it was quiet. You can really feel the Balinese atmosphere.

The weakest point is cleanliness. It's obvious that a wicker cottage won't meet the cleanliness standards of a brick hotel, but the numerous stains on the bed linen were discouraging.

The pool was good, and the staff warmed to us as time went by. Did like the gardens.

When we arrived, after our flight, we asked about dinner as per advertised, They stated as we were the only ones there, we would have to go elsewhere. There was a drip over the toilet which made it difficult to sit down and affected Toilet paper. The room needed an upgrade. Also, to find out there was a sale on that week which meant the rooms were one third of the price we paid did not impress us much. Comparing the property to the properties we stayed at later, the price was high.

Cet établissement est classifié comme un 4 étoiles alors Qu il s agit tout juste d'un 2. Pas de restauration sur place ni rafraîchissement, aucun service !!!! Les photos du site sont loin de la réalité. Odeur nauséabonde dans les chambres, bref nous y sommes restés 5 minutes!!!!

It was not clean at all the as it was of wood it was sticky nit clean ac was not working properly , not comfortable, washroom was stinking

バリ感は味わえ、値段が安かった。 スタッフは接しやすかった。

建物、設備が少し傷んでおり、お湯があまり出ない。アメニティも殆ど期待しないほうがいい。 キャンプに近い感覚で泊まると全く支障はない。

Это был адский кошмар, впервые за все наши путешествия столкнулись с настолько ужасным номером. Бунгало ОЧЕНЬ старое, грязное, скрипучее, дверь в туалет не открывается нормально, на сам туалет капает вода непонятно откуда, вонь канализации невыносимая и постоянная(это для меня была самая главная проблема), до душевой кабины брезгливо дотрагиваться, места вообще нет, некуда поставить вещи кроме малюсенького столика, оно ОЧЕНЬ очень маленькое. Персонал не в состоянии помочь отменить бронь, если захотите съехать, никто не вернёт деньги. Завтраки очень скупые и не вкусные , вот прям до жадности доходит, один пакетик чая заваривают на две чашки, без фруктов. Было настолько ужасно что хочется вырезать из памяти это место. Лучше бронируйте варианты дороже, иначе отпуск будет испорчен, мы сто раз пожалели что забронировали этот вариант.

The location was perfect and walking distance from a market and local restaurans. The restaurant food was really of good quality.

Definitely not a 4 star accommodation - needs a lot of work to get to that level and staff need a lot of training to 4 star service. Room smelled. Although the food was really good at the restaurant they hardly had anything to drink on the menu - juice isn't freshly prepared like the rest of Bali but rather all bottled juice which isn't as great as the real thing.

L’hôtel est situé derrière une rue principale, au calme, avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Certes, pour vous déplacer, il faut louer un scooter ou faire appel à un taxi, mais rassurez-vous : les taxis arrivent généralement vite. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel comme base pendant notre séjour à Bali, en y revenant après chaque petite escapade de deux ou trois jours. comme un petit « chez-nous » à l’autre bout du monde. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et attentif à chaque demande. Ils ont même accepté de garder nos valises entre nos deux séjours – un service aussi pratique que bienveillant. Petit avertissement cependant : méfiez-vous du coq, ce chanteur passionné qui entame sa carrière solo dès 6 h du matin ! Disons qu’il prend son rôle de réveil naturel très à cœur… Si vous cherchez un hébergement plein de charme, paisible et authentique à Bali, le Kirana Ungasan est une belle adresse. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, profiter du calme balinais, tout en restant proche des plus belles plages et attractions du sud de l’île.

We recently received a message informing us that our original hotel booking was double-booked. We were then reassigned to another hotel that matched the amount we paid. While we appreciate that alternative arrangements were made, we were disappointed that the quality and standard of the new hotel did not match our expectations for the original property. We are not upset with the second hotel itself, but rather with the fact that the replacement did not provide the same value or experience we had initially paid for.

Très bonne literie. La salle de restauration est un petit coin cosy près de la piscine. Le personnel adorable.

Jolie environnement, belle végétation. C'est en hauteur donc très belle vue sur la mer en face, et sur la statue. On a apprécié le fait qu'il y est la possibilité de commander à manger ou boire au bord de la piscine à tout heure de la journée. Prix correct pour être pas trop loin de Uluwatu.

Odeur très forte dans la salle de bain, tellement forte que la chambre en a cette odeur. On a passé que 1 nuit, mais chien qui a passé son temps à aboyer jusque 1h du matin et personne de l'hôtel pour l'en empêcher. Clim qui fonctionne peu et fait beaucoup de bruit. Piscine non nettoyée, plein de bête et autre en surface. Et nous avons pas apprécié la nourriture.

Nos gustaba el tipo de alojamiento que ofrecían pero es verdad que tienes que ir mentalizado de que vas a un lugar con naturaleza, nosotros decidimos no quedarnos a dormir ahí y perder el dinero de 4 noches… ya que vimos que había algunos insectos y un olor muy fuerte en el baño y necesitábamos descansar. El personal fue en todo momento muy amable ofreciéndonos otra habitación pero nos pasó lo mismo. No hubo reembolso. Tienen servicio de moto y taxi.

Bom café da manhã . Tem um linda vista, e o quarto estava limpo e organizado quando chegamos.

A rua de acesso é um pouco escura a noite , mas está perto de vários lugares para comer e mercados. Teve um dia que a água do chuveiro não estava quente , mas no outro dia já voltou a esquentar.

Loin du centre. Difficile sans moyen de transport avec des bouchons empêchant toute mobilité sur courte distance

Le camere sono datate, hanno necessariamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. I servizi offerti, così come la camera in sé non sono assolutamente equiparabili a quelli di un hotel a 4 stelle. Il bagno era buio, con uno strano odore, inoltre la doccia perdeva acqua dal manico. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene e non hanno effettuato il ricambio asciugamani, cosa che viene offerta ogni giorno negli hotel a 4 stelle

Pool could have been topped up. Pool lounges need updating. Sag a little. But still comfortable.

Leuke huisjes in mooie tuin met fijn zwembad. Oase in de Hectiek van Uluwatu. Dichtbij cultureel park GWK met mooie dansvoorstellingen (incl) en gigantisch garuda-beeld.

Het resort zou nog beter zijn als er meer in onderhoud werd geïnvesteerd maar dat kost natuurlijk geld.

Nice location off the main road, no traffic noise. Had a little restaurant on site. Easy rent of a scooter. Wi-Fi was OK. Room was clean. Had a pool and sun loungers. Central location, shops, restaurants and cafés within walking distance, although still recommend a scooter to get around.

On arrival, had to wait an hour as room wasn't ready even though we arrived after check in time. Was offered a coffee, cold drink and snacks while we waited. Room not sound proofed, so can hear other guests late into the night.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good too, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus!

The shower was okay at first, but after a few minutes, I started feeling little electric tingles from the water — kind of weird and not very comfortable.

We really like the view staying here and the ambiance. So quiet. It's such an amazing place hidden in the crowd. We love the view, especially in the morning and evening time. We can even see fireworks from the beach from this hotel. The breakfast was complete and wonderful.

Only sometimes the wooden tiles get a bit noisy when we walk. But that's fine still

It was our last stay of a month’s tour. It suited us as it was individual and quirky. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good, lovely fruit juice. Shower worked well and the bed was comfy. A/C was efficient and swimming towels readily available.

The swimming pool needs a good clean! It was not full of water any of the 3 days we were there. The sun chairs all have holes in. There seems no one to encourage the staff to work more than minimum.

The rooms are smaller compared to the pictures online infact the whole representation of the cabin is false to the actual cabin. There was lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in the cabin. There was too much noise from staff swipping outside too early in the morning and some noise from neighbouring guests. Too much lighting from the air con and other small lights that we couldnt swotch off in the night. Cabin dirty in the bathroom and toolet sit positioned too close to shower , water goes all over during a shower. Also no hot water had to report on arrival and check out thr next day instead of finishing our intended 3 nights. Not going there ever again.

The location is great, not far from main road but quiet and peaceful. The room is nice, good space but need some maintenance and upgrade in bathroom area, for example: new hairdryer, proper shower screen

The hotel is almost on the main street but it is so nice and quiet there! Perfect location, close to the GWK culture park (huge statue). Staff was very nice and helpfull. Bed was very comfy and clean. Water refill every day.

Bathroom is tiny, but we were aware of it, so we didn’t mind. We have only positives :)

Very friendly staff and very helpful, the hotel is like older bali style houses, i loved them but maybe not for everyone.

The view from the "sea view" room was nice, it is a view of the island, primarily the airport and Denpasar, but I will admit there is a bit of sea in there as well, heh. The TV in the room was small, but it was a smart TV with YouTube which was nice. Also I liked the artwork in my room as well. The staff were helpful with our bags at check-in and check-out to go up the long staircase for each room.

This place isn't bad really, but it does feel expensive for what you actually get. I think the photos must be quite old because everything was much more worn than I expected. All of the rooms are made of wood and on stilts, this is okay, but you should be aware that every single movement you make will result in a noise, even moving around in bed was loud. The bed was just two twins pushed together and so it was quite uncomfortable in the middle. I woke up really itchy in the morning, so maybe the detergent they use for the sheets is not good. My air conditioner was loud, but other members in my group did not have the same issue. The pool is advertised as an infinity pool, but when we arrived the water level was easily a half meter below the rim. They had a water delivery when we were there which was an hour of a very loud pump trying to increase the water level, but still when finished the pool was nowhere near full. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 but when we arrived back from our sunset Kecak dance at 7:15 there were no staff to be found anywhere, so we had to order delivery.

Sono stato con la mia ragazza per 4 notti in questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. I bungalow sono molto carini, il personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Peccato aver trovato tanta polvere sotto al letto e la piscina un po’ sporca durante un bagno serale. Colazione buonissima. Struttura consigliata per chi vuole visitare il sud di Bali e allo stesso tempo immergersi nel silenzio e nella natura.

Tres joli, dommage que cela manque d’entretien. Le rideau de douche tient par miracle. La salle de bain mérite un bon rafraîchissement car vétuste. Nous avons rencontrer un petit problème de Clim mais cela a été résolu rapidement. Le personnel est gentil, souriant et a l’attention.

We had a small wood house and its great. Location is good, have a private parking for bike and car. Breakfast is exellent, and staff is great. Recomendation.

Loved the Kirana so much we came back for a second stay! This was our favourite accommodation over our 2 month trip in Bali. The staff are amazing, that’s what makes the Kirana a wonderful place to stay. Everyone is kind, helpful & provides 10/10 service to their guests. It feels like family! Breakfast was always 10/10. Lots to choose from including western breakfast, Nasi Goreng, oatmeal & more. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. The AC works very well, the room was always nice and cold. We never had any issues sleeping here. There’s also a mini fridge, kettle for tea & coffee. We loved the bed and pillows. If you stay here… try the BBQ dinner for two! The Kirana does a fantastic job at creating a romantic experience for you and your partner. Everything is freshly sourced the morning of the dinner, we had the best tuna steak we’ve ever eaten. They put a lot of effort and time in and it shows. The BBQ dinner is our favourite thing to while staying at the Kirana.
