The staff were amazing. Nothing was and issue. They moved us without us asking due to an issue with the neighbours. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.

Unfortunately they were in the middle of a renovation, so breakfast had to be pre ordered, came a little cold but nothing real bad. Rooms could do with some updating few stains on lounges, nothing major.

A bit disappointed that the restaurant/ bar was closed for remodelling and there was no prior correspondence advising such.

Dewa went above and beyond to make our stay so special. My husband had his birthday while staying and Dewa, again went above and beyond to make his birthday one we will forever remember! 17 days staying at Sakaye was definitely something we recommend and would stay again! Private villa with pool. Good location in Legian with short grab rides to Seminyak, Kuta and airport. Room Service was fantasic value for money. Kids loved the french toast and nasi Goreng.

Villas are tad dated but very clean. A little noisy during peak hour traffic times.

All meals were delivered to our villa in a acceptable time. Quality and presentation of the food was very good and as described on the menu. Great value for money, the quality of room service and meals was restaurant quality every time.

Possibly some additional coat hooks in the bath room and the robe / dressing area. No suit case stand or bench in the dressing area. Our Villa Wi-Fi was not very strong or reliable. Bath room plumbing required some maintenance.

The staff escorted me to my room which was so thoughtful and kind, thank you🙏🥰🙏 My private pool with open slider doors also to the pool was beautiful and luxurious. Delicious breakfast options with deliver service. Exceptional and highly recommend‼️👌💯

Staff were very helpful and property was kept very clean. Airport Transfers were good and so was the communication from the property from the time of our booking and for the duration of our stay. Plenty of places to eat in the area. It was great having our own pool also.

The pool

The property is very outdated. The drain in the bath didn’t work properly, there were stains on the couch. Very noisy surrounds and apartments and the restaurant was under maintenance

Wow wow wow!! This was such a beautiful stay. The villa was so clean, comfortable & the staff made it such a positive funny experience. Dewa and Eggy were amazing, so helpful and happy. I will definitely be staying again!!! We had the floating breakfast it was so special. Thank you SAKAYE VILLAS🤍

We loved everything

We loved the quiet of the property, it was clean, having our own private pool was perfect, the staff were friendly.

Restaurant is currently closed, we didn’t enjoy the breakfast we could order so went out each morning instead.

Clean, comfortable villas. Beds comfortable and pool was great.

The shower head was too low. Im only short and i still had to duck down to get water on my head.

The staff were all wonderful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. They were always friendly and happy to have a chat, often asking about our plans for the day and how our day had been when we returned. The food was very nice, and the rooms were cleaned and made up every day. In the evenings, staff would return to turn down the beds and spray the room with insect repellent, which was a thoughtful touch. A special mention goes to Dewh, who was absolutely lovely. He always reminded us to stay safe, checked that we were doing well, and genuinely cared about our experience during our stay. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff made our holiday even more enjoyable.

The only suggestion I would make is to have a microwave available for guests to use for reheating food. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was big. The private swimming pool also was big. The breakfast still ala carte but have alot of choices. The staf very nice and helpful. The surrounding area alot of food station.

Our villa was very clean, the bed super comfy, the pool large and clean and housekeeping made up our villa twice a day and was very friendly and flexible with the times as we slept in a lot.

The place was absolutely amazing, staff were welcoming and attended to all of our needs. We hired a pool fence as our son is a toddler & the staff were happy for us to have the pool. Our room got cleaned daily. It was great.

The only thing that could have probably been better is the shower head as you turn it on & it shoots right to the wall & makes a mess. You can’t adjust it in the one bedroom villa.

I had a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool which was both clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I have had. The aircon was cold. The fridge larger than most I have come across in Bali. The pool was perfect for me. The gardens were well kept. I didn't have much to do with the staff, but what I did, they were always happy and eager to help. The pictures were accurate. I absolutely loved it here and to be honest, in 36 years of coming to Bali, this is the first place I have stayed in that I would stay again. There is plenty of streetfood around the area and some 24 hour convenience stores.

If I had to say some negatives, the bath/shower was difficult to climb out of as it is in the bath and the bath is rather deep. The pool was also a little hard to climb out, depending on how much you have had to drink. I wouldn't use either of those as a deal breaker though. But if they are important to you, then yes, maybe look at something else.

The hosts were extremely lovely and the facility was extremely great value for money.

The distance from the main part of town where the bars and bunch of street vendors was about a 20 minute walk from the villa which wasn't ideal.

We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom villa with private pool for 2 weeks, breakfast included. Photos are as shown, and it’s a beautiful villa. It’s in a great area, not right in the heart of Seminyak but very close so you get the peace and quiet to relax. Pool is beautiful and a great size. Everything is always kept clean and tidy and you can tell the staff take pride in the property. Air conditioning works a treat for a cool change when you’ve been out and restful sleep. Beds were super comfortable. Turn down service includes spraying for mosquitoes which is great. Staff here, particularly Dewa have been amazing. Always checking to see if they can help make your stay more enjoyable. Breakfast and restaurant is great food with a wide selection at a very affordable price so we frequented room service. On top of that, massage place attached is great too, and they offer discounts when staying at the property.

Nothing really. Everything was spot on. We would definitely stay here again. It felt like home away from home and the staff made us feel welcome.

My Husband and i absolutely loved Ratan Villas because of how How kind and accomodating the staff were ! I loved how we could lounge in the pool and order food from the restaurant ! We loved how the tv actually worked so my hubby and i could lounge at night and watch movies with our netflix account. Must try the chicken parmi 100000/10 !

Great location. Far enough out of central Legian to make it less touristy, but nothing too far away. Room 109, Beautiful pool villa, nice & quiet back from the road. Dewa and his staff were super friendly & accommodating. Kenangan coffee shop next door, money changer, mini mart & bottle shop all right there. Great room service. Definitely recommend the breakfast croissant! We will be back.

Only had one warm shower in 4 night stay. Mind you, we didn’t ask them to fix it so it didn’t really bother us.

The showers were awful, and the property is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation. We were given dirty cutlery, and strangely, only one teaspoon for the whole room despite having two cups and saucers?

I just didn’t like the fact that the door to the villa is a little small. We are all average sized humans and had difficulty passing through the door.

The villa was quiet despite multiple villas in the complex. Pool was refreshing. Room was large and beautifully set out! Bathroom was a great size. Staff friendly.

It was a little far from the main town nearby (Kuta). I did walk it on occasion, but seeing as I was only in the area a few days with multiple things I had to do, I got gojek around.

We had such a wonderful stay! The villas are beautiful and come with everything you could need, with a spa and massage, kitchen, and pool bar conveniently located nearby. The location is perfect — close enough to everything, but still peaceful and not overwhelming. The staff were exceptional; everyone was so kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Dewa, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily, with cold mineral water provided, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — such a treat to come back to after a day out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and amazing service! Will definitely be coming back to stay.

The property needs a bit of maintenance. It is not so easy to walk around, traffic and motorbikes in all directions.

Cleanliness and the location! Very close to everywhere and just 10 minutes from Kuta! The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Abang Dewa as he helped me plan a birthday room decorations for my husband’s birthday.

Sewage smell from the toilet but eventually went away

We booked a two bedroom villa for a week, we really enjoyed having our own private pool and the rooms were relatively clean. The staff were so lovely and friendly cannot fault them, they even organised a cake for me for my birthday. Very grateful for the staff throughout the week.

No amenities in the Villa, my tv blew up and bathroom flooded twice resulting in the room smelling like dirty water. We had to ask to have our rooms cleaned daily, sheets weren’t changed.
