Construction next door is extensive. The workers could see my wife in the shower in our villa. We complained to the manager of the villa however they refused to refund us the remaining stay so we left after 1 night to stay somewhere else. This upset my wife very much, no privacy at all.

The room had mosquitos all in it, the room wouldn’t really cool down all night… uncomfortable, choose your poison, get eaten by mosquitos sleeping or burn up under covers

A few maintenance issues...door didnt lock, power point worked intermittently. Air con didnt cool overnight but was repaired promptly. I was charged 100,000 rupiah for makeup on a towel - was not happy about this charge. This would very commonly occur with women.

I recently stayed at Ini Vie Villa Legian and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, making me feel right at home. Its location is another highlight; it’s conveniently close to everything I needed, with just a short taxi ride to the main area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible stay!

My villa was tired, maintenance upkeep not good, pool ladder is dangerously loose, bathroom door would not shut. Breakfast was simply not good enough for the price the property charges and is something they need to address immediately along with their general maintenance and upkeep.

The hygiene standards to this hotel was soooo poor we checked in and checked out within an hour of being there. Dust, kitchen cabinets rotting, bugs and there was even bug spray next to the bed side table. stains on bedding and sofa. The AC was not working. The only positive thing I could say in the reception staff was friendly.

Poor . One breakfast only and the food was so cold and the coffee undrinkable . Ate out everyday after that . N

No where to sit by the pool , the spa was old and dirty and the pool water very cold and dirty .

The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. I felt very well taken care of, like a princess really. I enjoyed the E-Butler service that took the hassle out of everything! I booked a candlelight dinner via the E-Butler and everything was sorted on return from my day out with everything and more that I had asked for! The villa would clean the rooms so beautifully and leave beautiful smelly oils burning for our return. I was even able to easily book a massage and pedicure in my room just by speaking to the staff- again completely hassle free! The facilities are incredible. I felt transformed, completely relaxed as soon as I entered.

While the location is the only downside to the villa, that is a very minor issue. Transport is very accessible and it was enjoyable to walk around the area and explore a bit.

The pool was too cold to swim in much as no sun reaches into the area. Privacy was not good as always had to go through the little reception area to get to our room. Also reception could always hear us if we left doors open or were outside in pool area. Not really any area to relax outside there was only one chair and no outdoor table.

The service is very good and perfect start from the check in until you check out

-At the dining area.. it is better to fix a ceiling fan so while dining it is not so hot and stuffy. -And also better put a small mosquito machine in the dining all so many mosquitoes. . Been biting more than 6 times.. -Bathtub is better to run the machine regularly so that the drainage smell is not so strong & need to brush the area regularly so that there is no stain left over.

Definitely worst experience in years. The one staff i met was nice but she couldn't do anything for my situations. Sent a complaint email to the property group but no response. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The property looks good in pictures but not in reality. Firstly, the public shower (only shower facility in the villa) lacks privacy due to the adjacent building, making the experience uncomfortable and inconvenient. Secondly, the jacuzzi's hygiene was unsatisfactory, with visible dirt and neglect. This not only compromised the promised amenities but also raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Furthermore, I observed a safety hazard concerning the power plugs in the accommodation. All of them appeared cracked, posing a risk to guests. This issue requires urgent attention to ensure the safety of everyone staying on the premises. Lastly, the presence of cattle near the accommodation emitted a persistent unpleasant odor, diminishing the overall experience. Addressing this concern is essential for the well-being and comfort of guests. I left the villa 30 mins later without using any facility or touching the bed. Complained to EXP but couldnt help. May use another platform to book next time coz they were able to help in a similar situation previously. To sum up, look somewhere else.

Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days.

The basics were missing from the villas - eg., there were no teaspoons in the cutlery draw - there was tea and coffee provided but nowhere to boil water to make a coffee or tea. There were no hand towel provided and we needed to specifically request bath towels before we got any.

The staff were so polite and accommodating. The venue was very amazing and exactly what we needed.

Loved the villa. Nice outdoor space with a private pool and jaccuzi. Also s rainshower Just little hard to figure out what is hot and what was cold ;). Inside a very comfy and large bed. And nicely decorated.

Ordered a candle light dinner. My wife has a gluten and lactose allergy and we mentioned it multiple times when choosing the food. The front desk said will be take care off. After the dessert my wife didn't feel well. Later we figured out it was made with normal cooking cream. All we got was a sorry, which was dissapointed in our eyes. For breakfast we did expect a bit more for what you pay for. With no food restrictions it was oke. But with the food restrictions it was a smoothie bowl (no yoghurt). We could just find 2 power outlets to charge. One by the bed and one in the bathroom.

Liked the pool. The bathroom was spacious. Private pool was lovely. Swing was nice. Bed was comfy. Staff were kind. Filtered water was topped up regularly

Overpriced candlelight dinner gave my wife food poisoning. Steak and veggies came out stone cold, fish was warm but had hairs in it Overpriced for how unclean it was kept. Food and drink containers not cleaned that were placed next to the very small bin. Floor was not mopped or swept the entire time we were there. Outdoor shower is a great idea until you have to shower in it, a tropical island has mosquitoes and if the door to inside was open the room would fill with them..

Check in experience was pleasant however this villa unlike most I've stayed at in Bali and from the same branch (Ini vie Villa) required a deposit of 500k rp towards mini bar which can be paid through card or cash (I recommend cash!! As you give them permission to charge fees to your card otherwise). Whilst not unusual to pay a bond fee for damages in Australia, definitely felt unusual this time around for Bali.

Hoping this rating gets the attention of future customers considering their stay at Ini Vie villa Legian to err on the side of caution. We recently had a change of plans and required a one night stay overnight to recover from our trip back from east Bali before moving to our original accommodation in Legian and chose this villa as photos looked capturing. From previous stays I decided to take photos of any pre-existing damages which we had at this stay - broken tiles in the bathroom covered by a non-slip mat amongst other minir things. The drama started when we were due to check out. The staff do a run down of the rooms for any damages and checked the mini bar. We could hear through the walki-talki that the upstairs remote was missing. Immediately we thought a scam was at play as no one thinks to check these things or reporting it to reception. No one watched TV that night or touched a remote so of course we didn't pick that a remote was missing. We informed the gentleman and the receptionist of this and they continued to search the place. The thing is if a remote is missing of course they can't use the TV so you'll have to pay for a new universal remote or replacement. Eventually they accepted this and we informed them that the person doing the previous check should have been more thorough. We had to ask for our deposit back otherwise we would have not received it. For future guests I recommend checking everything thoroughly yourself and report it to reception immediately. Take photos as evidence as well that have time stamps.

Cocktoaches everywhere in our villa , no attention to detail , 2 towels , no pool towels , asked for more , had no more available, asked if room service was available upon check in , she said yes but 10 minutes into unpacking rang reception and they said no staff for room service , aircon leaking onto my side if the bed , very moldy, couldn't use hammock was overgrown with black mold , no space in fridge, only on the door , but the plastic bit that kept drinks on door would fall every time you opened the door so our drinks would smash on thr ground , no hot water when we wanted to have a shower , white sun shade around perm sitting swing over pool was rotten with mold and unhealthy to be under , doors wouldn't close properly in bathroom to outdoor and bathroom to room so bugs and cockroaches would litter the room at night, stayed 1 night out of the paid 2 nights because it wasn't of standard, do not recommend

We booked 2 bedroom villa.The size of the villa is not big but I find the size is just nice for family of 4. Total of 3 toilets in the villa. One at level 1 and two at level 2. Private pool, jacuzzi, kitchen and 1st bedroom at level 1, living hall, 2nd bedroom and two shower room at level 2. The swing above the pool is so cozy. You may also rent a beautiful float at additional charges. We love it. If you wish to have breakfast in the pool, rent a floating tray. We end up did not have our breakfast in the water as the water pretty cool in the morning. You may pre select your breakfast and timing, it will be served to your villa. Overall it's a beautiful villa with friendly staff.

Lovely staffs. They welcome us with coconut with my name on it. It’s so unique and feel special. My room was so beautiful,clean and romantic environment. I would love to stay again if I go to Bali next time.

Need to improve on the breakfast menu. The breakfast options are less. The villa is right in the middle of Legian. Easy access to restaurants if you want to have food outside.

Ini Vie Villa was amazing! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and it truly was a wonderful experience. The moment we walked in, they welcomed us with a fresh coconut to drink and our room was tailored to a honeymoon experience ( unexpected and for free). The villa was very clean and the pool was amazing. At the end of our stay they gave us a small pardon gift and a picture of our wonderful experience. I would truly recommend this place!

Pretty nice villas, but it’s in a pretty horrible and run down area. It would be much better in the heart of Seminyak with the rest of the villas.

Clean & quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unit needs new fridge and lounge area to be bought downstairs. Lots of breakfast options however not many healthly choices - very American style.

The staff are very welcoming when we arrived. We didnt have to wait that long for our room. Our one bedroom villa is cozy and nice. Really like the hammock and swing. Jacuzzi was a tad dirty but its ok since we didnt use it.The amenities in the room were great. Loved the tv channels. Plenty of it. The microwave. 2 sinks in the bathroom so we dont have to argue over one. Haha. The bed was super comfy. Wish it was a king instead of a queen bed. Some of the things that i dont really like is the villas are spaced too near to each other thus privacy was a bit down there. U could pretty much hear or be heard. And they dont accept cash, only credit card for everything that we ordered or take from the fridge. Basically, thats abt it. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay. Will come again.

There's nothing to complain about this villa. Everything is great and their service is superb! Plenty of choices from the breakfast menu! Love the soft pillow that welcomes me back after a long day of having fun exploring Bali!

Very nice villa... don't be put off by it not being too close to the beach it is really a 15 min walk or shuttle fromvilla ... romantic touches added to your room ... could use a bit of tlc in some areas like spa ... overall staff are friendly and try to help you as much as possible ... would stay again

Checked into the villa on a busy Saturday, room was not ready but staff were more than helpful to point out where to grab a quick bite and come back. We were upgraded to the two bedroom villa, which meant the room was upstairs and pool/ living room was downstairs. Perfect place for a getaway, however there is construction going on nearby. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff. Bali hospitality at its best!

The Villa was very well appointed, with modern facilities which provided an ambiance of luxury, including an in-room water feature and plunge pool less than 1.5 meters from the king size bed. Overall we loved returning to the sanctuary of Ini Vie Villa after the busyness of the day in Legian. The only minor drawback was the villa did seem a little compact; however this may have been due to our preceding accommodation being so open plan. Any unenthusiastic comments are however truly negated by the helpful and always cheerful staff (especially Yanita) who went above and beyond to ensure our stay at Ini Vie Villa’s was pleasurable.

Ini vie is an amazing hotel in Legian, probably one of the best. It's small, so the staff can really focus on helping you have the best stay. They provided us with taxis, a tour, and great food while we stayed.

Overall a pleasant stay, close to seminyak and kute beaches. Could be better if breakfast is constantly good but it was hit and miss during our stay. Very pleasant staff.

Very warm hospitality and polite staff. Room was very clean and cosy - really felt like our home away from home. Room was bigger than expected with kitchenette, king sized bed and decent sized toilet. Especially liked the outdoor shower, jacuzzi and private pool. Food was great and affordable. Excellent experience and up to standards. Truly appreciated the personalised details in the room. Wished our stay was longer. Location was great too - other areas easily accessible via scooter/ cab. Highly recommended - will definitely consider this villa again for our next holiday to Bali.

We stayed in Ine Vie villa as part of our last stage of our Bali trip. 2 night stay was very calm, relaxing, time well spend, private pool was a plus point. Good food served right into the luxury of your villa. Local food around the villa is available and pretty affordable, just need to be ready to explore and bike is very handy. Staff were very helpful, just a call away.

Great room, A little bit out of the way but TAXIS cheap and very Quiet and peaceful

The villa was lovely, had a few issues, there was a leak in our villa, we told them immediately, told it would be fixed the next day, it wasn't. It rained again and the leak got worse. We checked out the next day and was told all villas leak in Bali. Apart from that the service was nice and friendly.

Nice villa with good accessibility to major tourist attraction . Great staff who provides good service such as providing private land tour , breakfast delivery to the villa every morning with options to choose from , helping you to book cab , very prompt service when you need something . Villa also provide driver and car to bring you to tourist attraction at reasonable price

All the staff are very friendly and customer-service oriented, esp Manik. She went the extra mile to give my wife a birthday surprise during our stay and provide all the great assistance. The villa is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. It is located between Seminyak and Kuta. About 15-20 mins drive to the shopping street considering traffic jams.

A block removed from major road, but once you close the door to your villa's entrance you feel like the rest of the world disappears. Bed/swing over the personal pool is such a nice touch. great staff! These guys try hard to ensure an enjoyable stay.
